Terrible company. Read aloud a lot of company policy that wasnt printed anywhere. No factual proof they cant cover what they messed up.

This company is about collecting your monthly payment in hopes you never have to submit a service request. We placed a request on 06/05/2024 here it is 08/02/2024 and the issue is not resolved! they do not hold these contractors accountable. Our light bill went from $144.00 to $302.00 06/21 -07/23 billing dates. We are on a fixed income and have never missed one payment with 2-10 since 2018. In addition to this whenever the problem gets resolved we have to pay ****** to the contractors. that has not completed the job promptly. Ironically, 2-10 or the contractor would never call me with the updates, I have been playing ping pong with them to see who is doing what about the issue. Today 2-10 advised me that they must resubmit the new item number the contractor gave them to finance because the 1st set was WRONG! So we now have to wait another 7 business days for an answer. Meanwhile, we can turn off the ** here in the ************** heat or let it run which makes the bill even higher!

I hold a policy agreement with an insurance company for a claim that was denied due to a default diagnosis. I reached out to their customer service again to clarify the issue, but their representative disregarded the documented evidence showing a second opinion from another certified and licensed technician. My husband and I have carefully reviewed the 210 appliance insurance policy documents, particularly the sections related to ** unit replacements or reimbursement procedures. We found that we had met the guidelines for repair. The ******** ( Evolution ***************** )contractor sent by the company was not adequately informed, so we had to call a certified technician who was knowledgeable about HV** systems. He conducted maintenance checks on the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; cleaned evaporator drain pans, coils, and filters; lubricated fans; and repaired or replaced motors, electrical wiring, belts, compressors, and thermostats. The company's contractor 210 Contactor Regenald ( Evolution ) had misdiagnosed the ** issue as a circuit board problem. However, the actual issue was a dirty air filter and a blocked condenser unit. The certified technician replaced the motor due to WEAR & TEAR , ensured a safety switch on the valve, thoroughly cleaned the system, and completed the repair on the same day. It's always best to have a professional assess your home appliance needs to ensure you receive service from a reliable, qualified technician.Persistence pays off, so move on to a better-quality service!

I have filed a claim with 2-10 and have contacted them 4 times. They did sent a contractor out, which I paid them $100. They told me it was in review, which it has been for a week now. The contractor has even called them with no success. I can't believe they are not contacting me about my problem. I have an air-conditioner that isn't working properly. It has been very hot. It has almost been a month now. Still no contact with them.

Purchased 2-10 Warranty on new home in Jan 22 we were closing on our home in early Feb 22. I thoroughly questioned what was covered and how the warranty worked and I felt satisfied with info I received. On 7-2-24 I called and advisd. 2-10 that my oven had not been working for several days, bcuz oven was fairly new I worked with ******* to see if we could get it corrected by following instructions to set back to Factory settings. ******* advised me after about 1 1/2 hours to contact a repair person as everything we tried did not fix the issue. I called 2-10 they reviewed my warranty and said they could send someone out but I needed to pay a $75 fee. First avail for the repair was Tues 7-9-24 between *******, I agreed. On 7-9-24 the company that set the appt called me about 1:35 said the tech would not be out, I questioned why she said tech was ill, it was mid day why did they wait until now to call me. She then resched a new appt for 7-11-24 between *******. On 7-11 no one showed up and no phone calls. I saved the phone # from the original call and called them, no answer, I then called 2-10 to advise them, they also called the repair company, they did not get an answer either.. The person at 2-10 I was talking to said they only offered one vendor in the area for repairs. I asked why I wasn't told this when 2-10 hounded me to take out the warranty, if availability to get work done was so limited, I advised her I wanted to talk to a Mgr, she then transferred my call to another person who was even less willing to help than the 1st person. I advsd. him if I couldn't get repairs done I wanted a refund of money I paid, he gave me a 303 area code # I called no one answered and I left a msg, I still have not gotten a call back. I called ***** on 7-11 in pm and they were at my home at 8:15 the next a.m. and fixed my stove for $405.00, I called 2-10 and told them I wanted refund of money I put out and they said they would not pay me back. They fell short!!!

My residence was purchased three years ago. My preferred warranty provider is 2-10 Buyers Home Warranty. I recently missed my coverage deadline, so I called in to reactive my service. The first thing **** did was treat me incredibly harshly and told me he could only collect payment to bring the account current. **** informed me that my only option for initiating service was to settle the past-due invoice. My HVAC system unexpectedly failed three years after I moved into my new home in the ***********, *******, ******* subdivision. My impaired child is impacted by the fact that our home is without air conditioning. It was somewhat unexpected to contact the warranty company and receive such harsh treatment right away.In an effort to locate a solution, I was moved a total of ten times, but as of right now, none is apparent. It seems inevitable that someone will die trying to fix there HVAC system throughthis warranty service provider after reading all the reviews. The temperature is almost 100 degrees. As a single mom, I'm just scraping by. The temperature is almost 100 degrees. As a single mom, I'm just scraping by.Just so you know, homeowners have the freedom to move companies at any time and are not obligated to continue with this one.Nonetheless, you will need to maintain your structyralwarranty.

We filed a claim for a covered washing machine in Dec 2023. We paid the $100 service call fee to the technician. He said it needed to be replaced. Months later the company said they would replace the transmission on it. 3 times the technician over the next 3 months was scheduled to come out and fix it. Each time he was a No Call No Show.Every time we call for help we get placed on hold literally for hours. This company has sales staff willing to sell their services but getting service or talking to a helpful rep who does not put you on hold is pie in the sky.The annual renewal is 2 weeks away. I cant get help, a call back or find a manger to take my call.

I called 2-10 to file a claim for our ** unit on 6-7-24 and was told that my policy has been cancelled since **** of 2022!!! My husband went and Bought a Window unit that day!! I have the receipt for it. As I didn't Believe that it was cancelled, I started to check my bank statements. Surprise, the last payment was made 4 - *****. Then I try to get this resolved by calling them again and explaining the situation to them. My coverage was not cancelled in 2022 but would end **** 16-2024. I received a letter from them with no date on the letter but post marked **** 10th. It states that they attempted to charge our credit card for the monthly payment and it declined. I called them again, and was told that I filed a claim on the 20th, which is a Lie. It was recorded when I called on the 7th, so check your messages. PLUS I HAVE THE RECEIPT FOR THE ** UNIT WE BOUGHT THAT DAY!!! I WANT MY MONEY B**K FOR THE TWO YEARS THAT I'VE BEEN PAYING YOUR COMPANY!!! PLUS THE COST OF THE ** WINDOW UNIT THAT WE BOUGHT. WE GOT IT FIXED OURSELVES AND PAID FOR IT OURSELVES!!!! SO, SEND ME MY MONEY B**K FOR THE 2YRS THAT I'VE BEEN PAYING FOR MONTHLY OR WE CAN GO TO COURT!!! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY!!! THEY ARE SNEAKY, LIARS AND A BIG RIP OFF!!! I finally was connected to a manager and after giving him my info and explaining the situation to him, conviently we were disconnected. I never got a call back or any response from them. When I called again they asked me if I wanted to cancel my coverage??? What is Wrong with this picture!!! I tried to make an account to get into the website and it wouldn't let me. But I'm NOT GIVING UP ON THIS ISSUE!!! PAY ME WHAT YOU OWE ME!!!!
