    This company is terrible. We had to have our water heater replaced recently. Wait times 1hr+, the contractor that they sent was extremely rude. They didn't tell me in advance they wouldn't pull a permit, or what my options are. Then they made me out to be the bad guy when I said I wouldn't pay them $250 for it when the county charges $70. Then the contractor made me sign that I "refused" a permit. Absolutely not the case. He showed up with no intention of discussing permitting with me and then made it out to be a big deal. I'm really upset that a warranty company would not consider it a standard to do work legally, or even offer reasonable service if a customer is having issues. I would not get a warranty through this company.

    Terrible customer service,. I have paid ****** in insurance premiums to this company order the years and now need help. My air conditioner has been repaired for he same problem four times, the service company is exasperated as them have asked to have this 20 year old system replaced as 2-10 won't give an answer. It is impossible for me to get into their system to speak to a person. We are experiencing extreme heat in the home. I have been on the phone on hold 61 mins before I gave up on Friday past, another time could not even get to being on hold as the 2-10 phone system is a total mess: kept asking me same questions and returning to same phone tree and questions, .

    Filling appeal & possibly suing? Filed claim 4/6/24 on refrigerator its 5/30/24 purchased Ultimate Supreme Policy . Was diagnostic by service contractor A month later accepted by management to replace a 4 year ** model #LRFCS2503S from compressor that 2-10 is in legation law suit with ** that cost of this refrigerator is $1,504.42 this model that compressor out .They cant provide A certified License Tech to fix ** compressors they will only agree to as of the 5/28/24 $1,190.00 buy out no new replacement. Breach of Contract on the Ultimate Supreme Policy states standard cap lifted to replace to equal value or pay out not to exceed $25,000.00 for year policy on Home Warranty.

    This insurance company has great customer service in their sales department, but don't be fooled by this like I was. When you try to actually have any work done, they have INSANE processes in place that delay things by weeks. My example: to replace an out of commission AC unit in the summer, they automatically pre-approved $300, but for my full $1,500 replacement reimbursement amount I must request a special code. The only way to request the code, is to get a special type of customer service rep on the line (not the general line). I have requested a call back from this special department, waited for a week for them to call me back, and still have not heard from them. I have now resorted to staying on hold with them...listening to the music (which is the new soundtrack to my life lol...hoping that they pick up. I have no other options available to me. I would not waste my money in the future for a $1.5 refund that takes this long to approve.

    I truly can not believe this 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Company is still in Business. They are nothing but a SCAM!!! They will not help with anything. I call them about Structural Cracks in our house, the receptionist proceeded to tell me I would need to pay $250 for someone to come out and if they did not think the work should be done I would not get refunded the $250, that was a RED FLAG for me. This is just a Big Joke the builders gave us this no good Company for Warranties....smh!

    Buyers beware, 2-10 home warranty in breach of contract!!!! 2-10 home buyers warranty owes me a new gas range. They dont stand by what they say. I bought my 1st home in March 2023 and it came with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. At first I was glad to have the warranty since most of the appliances and ** unit were getting old. It started out ok, a little challenging to get someone to come out. In the beginning the claims for the ** and refrigerator were resolved, until January 2024. Filed a claim on my gas stove. February a contractor was sent out but he wasnt licensed to work on gas stove so I had to wait another 3 weeks before a licensed contractor could come out. Then once the 2nd guy looked at the stove he had to order a part and came back 3 weeks later to only tell me he needed to order another part . Around March ************************* to replace the appliance, which I didnt know. Mid April I hadnt heard from anyone, contractor or 2-10. I Kept calling 2-10, multiple times a week and spent endless hours getting nowhere. they kept passing me around to different departments with no resolution. Finally I got someone who said it was to be replaced and sent it to that department, They ended up declining the replacement, said it was PRE-EXISTING condition. What!!! Everything in your home is pre-existing. I argued with them to no avail. You will not have any problems with them until you need a replacement. A lawsuit needs to be filed against them for breach of contract. I advise going with another company

    I have been with them for over 5 years, all of my claims have been honored and paid. The process for repairs is okay, I wish the company given the repair would call within the 24 hour period versus me contacting them. The appointment is schedule without my approval and then we have to reschedule to fit into my/the customers schedule, Everyone does not work from home! I have received calls from other companies talking about your rating being bad then I check theirs and the scores are the same. Every company has its bumps and sometimes you have to work through them. If this company is not for you then change and move on, life has challenges and you work through them or you move on. Take care of your home and feel good. Have a great day!!

    I'm not getting any help from people on the phone. ******* and *** both told me to hold after I told them I made a claim two days ago that no one has called me back about. *** then said that my claim was declined by the people that accepted it. Then, he told me to hold. He just put me back to the beginning of the automated phone service thing. I just want to have my hot water heater fixed, and now it's been two days of cold showers. I've been on hold for TWO HOURS now. No help at all. They are doing everything they can to not help me with my problem. I will be cancelling this service as soon as possible.

    2-10 Home Buyers Warranty seems to be a scam/deceptive rip-off type business. They will not honor their promises in their contract and progressively lead you down the "rabbit hole" of warranty services so that you can continue to pay their high monthly and service visit fees. After 2 years of back and forth ************************ visits and temporary repairs i have finally seen true thieves in action.

    They dont cover your heating and air conditioning problem they told me they would cover it 100 percent but they then told me they wouldnt I have to pay $ 4000 so please dont be fooled by this company
