    I responded to a discount offer for meal delivery. I signed up, reviewed the meals, and was unable to decide which I wanted at the time from numerous options, so I changed delivery to later week in Jan **** to have time to review meals offered. I did not want preselected options.Today I logged into my account to further delay delivery. I saw ready to ship and preselected meals for the delivery. I called customer service to stop the shipment and was told that there is no option to change or cancel it and I was charged for meals I did not order. I explained it says ready to ship !I would like to reject the shipment and get a full refund. I think he said it was 32 or $33.I requested to cancel the account by my phone.

    On 12/23/23, I was pricing the meal plan and exploring meals with GreenChef. It required me to spin and accept the discount code to proceed on the site. To view the meal selection I was required to put in my payment information. I didn't make a final meal selection and left the site. Thinking the account/ order was incomplete until I discovered my card was charged ***** on 12/24/23 for the first delivery. I immediately called to resolve the issue requesting delivery and plan be canceled. I was told a refund could not be issued because I accepted the discount. The representative also stated it was too late to cancel the delivery because it was scheduled within five days. Yet the computer stated I could make changes until 12/30/23. The representative attempted to retain me as a customer. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was advised a callback was required. That's no way to do business.

    I called to cancel subscription, and advised I no longer wished to use their services. They advised the would cancel further transactions. They advised,I had to receive delivery as it was one day pasted cancellation time frame for deliveries. I called and put payment on hold, they advised they had sent delivery and Cancelled dispute. However I never received the delivery and was charged for it . They said, it is a issue with bank/ PayPal. Which advised it was closed as they had a tracking number. It's fraudulent to charge for products not sent or received. I want a full refund.

    I decided to try this company to spice up my meals for the week. I had planned on doing it every once in a while, since it said I have the option to skip deliveries. Well I go online to skip this next delivery ( just the second one) and it says I can not skip it. It already charged me without even chosing my meals, and gave me something I'm allergic to ? Great. So I called customer service and the woman informed me that they can't stop the delivery ? Lol it won't even be delivered to my home for 4 days. I asked to speak with a manager and she said no but they can call you back. But that the manager already said no. I will be refusing this delivery. What a SCAM.

    Green Chef claims to be an all organic food delivery service. They charge a LOT because of this. When I signed up, I realized that even at the high price they are charging, THEY ARE NOT INCLUDING ORGANIC MEAT IN THEIR MEALS!!! You have to pay an extra charge for this! On top of the $12-$13 per person each meal that they are already charging you!And they want to charge you a lot more for "Chef Selects" Meals. So that you are not able to actually get any beef or high quality meat included in the high weekly price that u pay. With these prices, I would be spending around $58-90 per meal! For 4 ppl. That I have to still cook for myself!They do not tell you any of this ahead of time. And it is very deceiving.Them charging you extra for organic meat when they claim to be all organic is actually FRAUDULENT.I tried to call them 3 times to ask them about this....1st time I got hung up on as soon I asked a straight forward question about it.2nd time I got talked in circles, hoping I would dismiss it. Then put on hold for 5 minutes, and then hung up on 3rd time, I asked for a supervisor and told them I have gotten hung up on 2 times already. And she got my information to "send to the supervisor", then said nothing for 2 minutes and hung up on me!!!I was hung up on 3 times! In less than 25 minutes. That is NO coincidence.They are being sneaky and fraudulent and giving FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and they don't want to be confronted with it.Now I'm nervous that if I call back..... They will not even let me cancel.....or lie and say that I am cancelled, but still keep charging me anyways and not talk to me.(Because I have heard that they do this). I have never been hung up on by any company, let alone three times in a row. And I was being incredibly civil and not raising my voice or yelling or being rude in any sort of way. I was just asking straightforward questions about "Why do you claim to be all organic and then charge people extra money to get organic meat?"

    I received two boxes from green chef, I then skipped the weeks, I HAD SUCCESSFULLY SKIPPED ALL ****S, at this time realizing I didn't like it, I decided to just cancel it, and did. I then received a box, the 1st. I called and what they actually do is when you deactivate your account, you no longer have access to show you what weeks you skipped, like it displayed when it was active. They know this, and chose to send me a box anyway, its fraudulent, as they know I cannot show or access that I DID IN FACT SKIP THE **** THEY SENT PRIOR TO DEACTIVATING THE ACCOUNT. I would venture to say they do this all the time as a way to charge people, I called the customer service he said no refund, its a subscription, I said I skipped he week before I cancelled the subscription. He didn't;t care, and I told him this is wrong to have an app set up, that the customer cannot prove they skipped weeks once they deactivated the account. They completely know this is th4e case and I feel do it on purpose, I skipped, it, you should not have sent it, it was skipped in the timeframe and online said skipped, then I decided a few days later to just cancel it. But they shipped the box knowing I COULD NO LONGER PROVE I SKIPPED THE ****, IT IS FRAUD. IT IS A FRAUDULENT SET UP, NEVER CANCEL UNTIL YOU KNOW THEY WON'T SEND YOU ANOTHER BOX, OR AT LEAST SCREEN SHOT WHERE YOU SKIPPED THE ****, BECAUSE YOU WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO WHAT YOU DID AS ACTIVITY. and they know this. Obviously once you cancel you are not looking for emails, the proof I SKIPPED THE ****, IS THERE ARE NO EMAILS REFERRING TO SELECTING THE **** THEY SENT, BECAUSE IT WAS SKIPPED, THE ONLY EMAIL WAS THEM SAYING ITS ON ITS WAY. SO THERE GREEN CHEF, I DO HAVE PROOF, EVERY OTHER TIME YOU REMINDED ME TO SELECT, BUT YOU DON'T WHEN WE SKIP,. REFUND WHAT YOU DID. OH AND YOU CHARGED ME FOR IT THE SAME DAY I CANCELED THE SUBSCRIPTION, CONVENIENT.

    After a few boxes I realized that this food and preparation didn't fit my lifestyle I cancelled all orders past the last box delivered 10/4/2023 through their app. On 11/08 out of the blue I received a unexpected box of food. I attempted to navigate through their app with no support so I called I was told I selected and ordered these menu items I express that I had not chosen this food or approved and order and that I believe that I cancelled all orders as there had been no deliveries for over a month. I explained I did not want the food I was told that they could not do anything. I requested a cancelation and a refund. The customer service was rude and refused I ask for a supervisor I was refused that. I demanded that everything was cancelled she offered me a discount on future orders I explained I didn't like the food or the preparations and just want everything canceled she finally did that and assured me it was completed I demanded an email confirmation as I had been tricked once and would not hang up until it arrived. I would never order from them again because of the hassle to make changes or cancel anything! The food was okay but the prep didn't fit into my life!

    10/19/2023 I signed up for Green Chef as I wanted to view the menu options, the only way I could do so was by entering in credit card information. Once I saw there was no menu items I was a fan of I cancelled my subscription, email attached. After getting that email I thought all was fine but somehow my account was reactivated and I was charged $114.91 (10/28/23) for meals I didnt even select. After contacting customer service that essentially stated the system makes their decisions in the sense there is no way to override for a refund or even an account credit. I am astounded there is not a single thing that can be done. Needless to say I will not be returning to Green Chef EVER and would never recommend to anyone

    I ordered from my phone a trial meal delivery service from Green Chef. The app was confusing and did not seem to work correctly because I had to go back in and deliver. I spok to customer service on 10/27 and he confirmed my order is $34.32. I also received an email receipt showing my first order total is $34.32. I was charged this amount and in addition, I was charged $55.06. I called today 10/31 about this charge and *** told me it was because I ordered premium meals???? Why did I not receive any idication of this???? As stated before, I received an email showing $34.32 as my charges.     I ordered an introductory box from Green Chef and was given the receipt for $34.24 for my first box. I went to check my credit card statement and was charged an additional $19.01. I contacted Green Chef and was told I ordered an extra Premium meal. I did not order a Premium meal. I did not receive a receipt for the $19.01 extra charge. I was only made aware of the $34.24 charge. The meal was not labeled Chef Select as they state it was when I ordered or it should have been reflected in the *********** charged to my credit card.
