These are just a few of the dates we were without internet from VuMe. Off 6/19 on 6/20, off 6/27 on 6/29, off 7/7 on 7/9, off 7/24 on 7/26, off 8/12 on 8/29, and again off 8/5 and its now 8/11 and its still off. With all these days without service they have never credited our account and maybe they would if you could actually speak with a customer service representative. Ive left multiple messages with no response by either phone or EMAIL like there recording states. Unfortunately ************ sold to **** and we dont have any other options for internet where we live. Yesterday(9/10/24) we tried calling **************** but their number is disconnected and if you go on the website it wont load the account information.Initial Complaint

**** was/is(?) our internet provider, having taken over TPT SpeedConnect when they closed down their business. About a month ago we lost internet service and received only 1 very thin communication regarding services being down after my husband emailed their customer support email address following a week+ of no services. After multiple calls/emails, there's been no updates as to when service would be restored; no communication regarding progress on regaining service. I've received ZERO communication from the company, and the account is in my name. There's an automated message attached to the phone number listed on their website for customer service that no one ever no-never answers. Messages are not returned. Emails are not returned. Their online portal is for billing only -- there's no way to communicate with customer service through their website. We continue getting billed for internet service we no longer have. Attached is a copy of the emails I've sent + one from my husband with no response over several weeks. As a resolution, I'd like: 1) some form of communication from the company confirming my account is closed (I removed my credit card # from their billing portal, but there's no formal way to cancel service so I have no idea if my account is still active and 2) a refund for August and September billing (about $150) -- they bill out a month in advance. Attached is a snapshot of our data usage showing no data usage in August, along with copies of two billing cycles I'd like refunded and record of my attempts to contact them.Initial Complaint

They are my internet provider and they have provided no support. All they want is my payment. Whether or not they provide service. I was on auto payment and for some reason they discontinued it. But they won't let me know why I cannot access my online account. I have called them. I've left at least 20 messages I have emailed. I've can't even tell you how many emails I have sent. I have tried to disconnect as I've closed my business and I'm not getting any response. I am no longer going to pay my bills effective. The end of August is they cannot even respond to me. The tower will be taken off of my business place. I was in a mall and I will no longer be there.Initial Complaint

I have not had internet service since before June 2024. My bills are current as of this date. I have contacted the business several times only reaching a voice mail and I have emailed them more than ten times. I just received bill for September 2024 and still do not have internet service . This is ridiculous. This business does not return emails or voicemails. The customer service is awful. I will NOT be paying for September 2024 billing . I want a total refund for the past two months and the installation fee for a new company which is advertised at $199.00 +Initial Complaint

VuMe Wireless formerly Speed Connect Internet. I have emailed them several times and have gotten replies that a ticket has been opened. I have disconnected their internet service on 6/20/24 and that someone needs to come get their equipment. They will be able to see on my account that I haven't used their internet since 6/20/24. I have also left several voicemails and no one calls me back or emails me back. I continue getting bills from them. I do not want them to turn me to collections for this mess. I want them to stop sending me bills and to come get their equipment or let me know what to do with their equipment. They do not have my payment information on file. When Speedconnect merged with Vume in 2022. I received no access to my online statement access. I have asked for 10 months to get this access for y accountant aka taxes. recently i was given access to another customers account, not mine. i have a hefty credit that i would like refunded. No one will assist me with the access to my account to prove i have an owed credit. VuMe Live LLC formerly known as Speed Connect continues to issue billing statements even whilst our residence does not have service. We have been without their ******** services for 2 months or longer. Multiple attempts to reach the company have gone unanswered. Emails, phone calls, voicemails. This company is not reachable and will not connect back with us on our concerns of lack of service. We have asked via email for tech support to come to our residence to fix our ******** problem. We have left voicemails to contact us in regards to our problem. All's bills have been paid and were current until this month July of 2024. I REFUSE to pay for a service that I am unable to utilize and wherein am unable to connect with the company to service our address and correct any or all problems associated with ******** loss. I am unable to log into an account for this company who took over the billing for an email address, which my previously deceased partner had which I oversaw after his death. I have contacted them by phone and by email twice to ask them to assist me and then to cancel - I never received a reply. I have seen many other people complain about this company online and I wish to cancel this subscription and report this company who keeps sending me new invoices every month for an email address I am not using and cannot cancel myself. They also have an old physical address which I moved from 3+ years ago. Please do something about this Company. I am unable to get resolution myself. Fortunately the credit card they were using expired in March so Im not getting any further ******** on that account but the charges keep piling up and I do not wish to continue with this company, And I also do not want my credit score affected because of this continue billing without being able to resolve it. My internet has been out since 7/1. It is now 7/8. I have tried restarting the router many times. I reached out to the company through email twice just to receive replies that their mailbox is full. I have called and left voicemails, but no one has reached out to me. I also experienced internet loss June 2nd to the 6th. More internet troubles from lagging to loss from June 15th to the 24th.
