      Vume is a provider of wireless internet services. They recently bought my old provider (Speedconnect) and the service since has been terrible. My service crashes randomly throughout the day. Vume does not provide contact number for technical support. They do not answer their phone with a live person, or an option to speak to a live person. Calls are routed to an automated answering service with an instruction to leave a message. No messages are answered, no return calls are received by me, their customer. This is an unacceptable level of service. The only option for me, the customer, is to cancel my service with Vume and begin the process of updating 500+ websites I use with a new email address. BUT, according to online complaints about this company, they don't even return calls from customers who do want to cancel. They report them to credit agencies when they finally give up and stop paying for a service they aren't receiving. Can the BBB take any action to force Vume to honor their obligations? Customers cannot depend on this internet provider to maintain an uninterrupted service and they can't even quit and go elsewhere. Please help!

      I have contacting this business to cancel service and finally got ahold of them via email in March. They rudely told me to pay my bill for the past 3 months and late fee. Also told me they had not received any voicemails from me. I had already switched to ******** and didnt even have their equipment plugged in. I paid it and told them to cancel. Apparently they didnt. I continue to get bills and late fees. I have called and emailed. Still no response. They are threatening to report me to credit bureaus. They say I owe them $154.90. I have proof that Ive had ******** since January.

      I have paid for internet service and have no service. I have left a message by phone. With no response. I have emailed each day for a week. Than twice a week. No response. I thought that maybe because they switched from speed connect that that was the problem. They did not receive my payment. I went through bank statements and all payments are accounted for. But have not had serve for a month. I am wondering if I have been scammed. They will not respond to phone messages or emails. Payments made but I have no internet. Not sure what to do. So that is why I am turning to you. Is this a true company. Help et me service is all I want. Or do I need to find someone else. I am a family of myself and husband. We are senior citizens I pay ***** a month

      Since November, VuMe has been billing me for internet connection services that I've never received. I've tried numerous times to contact **** about his problem. An automated voice says they'll call me back, but they never do.

      We have had terrible internet service. We have called several times, and no one answers. We have left several messages and they will never return our calls. It has been months of terrible service and days, of no service. They continue to bill us. I have called and left a message that I am canceling my service and will no longer pay. I am afraid that they will continue charging me. My in laws have had the same problem. I've also seen numerous ****** reviews with people having the same problems. I am a law enforcement detective with 22 years of service, and this is borderline criminal what they are doing. I do not want them affecting our credit, which is over 820. Please do something with this company. They are s******* a lot of people. Thank you.

      VuMe wirelss/TPT Speed Connect is still attempting to charge me for on-going internet service even though I sold the house in question 3 months ago. They cannot be reached any way. I have emailed and called >25 times. Still, no response. I am now NOT paying any longer and await a call from collections. Of note, my credit score is >800, so, i always pay on time.

      Vume wireless purchased TPT speed connect in 2023. Since the acquisition, service has been non-existent yet theyve continued to bill for full service. They dont staff the customer service so Ive been unable to contact someone for over 6 months. We ended up having to get another internet service. However I cannot get in contact with anyone to cancel the service. You cant purposefully understaff customer service just to Ignore people and bill them continuously.

      Before **** took over speedconnect, they put a receiver box on the outside of my house about 8 years ago and it's worked fine until a storm on 3/24/24 knocked my internet out. Storms have done this in the past, turn router off and then back on and then the internet comes back on with no issue until this time. It's now been 1 week, today being *** 1st with no internet. I have called the "customer service number" ************ over 50 times from the 24th-1st and EVERY SINGLE TIME it's a recording saying "all representatives are currently busy and can not take your call at this time, please leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible". I have left over 15 voicemails with my cell number, my work number, my mother's number since I'm with her often and an email address (4 different ways to contact me) and I've gotten no returned calls. I've emailed them twice now and have gotten no response. I'm paid up a month ahead so *** is paid for, but I no longer want any of their "services" but have no way of contacting them so they stop billing me. Please help. I want refunded for the month of *** which is $72. But since I only received service for 3 out of the 4 weeks in March I want a partial refund for March as well.

      Our Interne was recently taken over by VuMe and their customer service is beyond horrible. We have been without service for 4 days now and can't contact anyone. No one will answer phones, they aren't responding to emails. We have attempted every week to contact them with questions regarding our service and if it weren't for the bill in the mail we would be convinced this company is non existent. We would like them to call us immediately and we also do not recommend anyone pay them any more money until they fix their customer service.

      I have tried multiple times to call ************* company and I get a voice mail. I have asked that I be called back and I get no call back. I have emailed them several times with no response.My email was hacked and there is no way to reset my password, thus this is why I am trying to contact them.It is very frustrating!!
