      Dear BBB,Since December of 2023, we have been trying to reach this company to pay our bill, which was on auto-deduct from the beginning, but then ceased to be auto-deducted by them. Month after month, we have tried to reach the company, but the website does not connect; the payment portal does not work. They have never responded to phone messages, and over the last year, there is a message on their phone saying that the answering machine is full. The two times we could get through to a payment portal to try to place in our information in, we received a message that said that our account is not recognized. We have even tried to reach them at their headquarters, but to no avail.

      My Internet has not worked for three days and every time I try to call view me it rings once and is gone. I have no idea how to contact them to see if they are still in business.Their website does not work either.***** ******

      I cannot talk to a **** I have no internet and it's out for 2 or 3 days My daughter needs to take her classes. I have emailed to no avail no response. Not the first time it's happened. No customer service number there is a number but no response. At least Speedconnect answered.

      After a 10 day internet outage, our VuMe connection became active again. I have beern leaving daily voice mails to cancel my service and contact me to schedule a time to remove their equipment. As with the other reviews, no one has ever replied to my calls or emails. Giving them one star is generous!

      I would say customer service ***** but you need a customer service department for that rating. I needed to have the dish moved at my house for construction. They returned the call after 3 or 4 emails complaining about no response. Their tech tells me that they dont have techs in ********, MT and i should move my business to another company who does. Damm. That explains everything. Expect no service and no one to awnser your calls. Just takes your money.Oh, by the way.....my internet has now been down for 4 days. The only communicstuons with the company is a recording saying our techs are working on it. I think i will go to *************** hot spot for my internet

      On August 1, 2024 received an email from Vume it was discontinuing services to our city. Later the same day they charged my credit card for the month of August. Knowing that they were going to pull the plug. Unable to contact them. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They deserve less than 1 star.

      If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. We have been w/o internet for 3 WEEKS. We have called NUMEROUS times leaving a voicemail of course b/c you will not get chance to speak to a representative. EVER. You will not hear anything back from them. No calls, no text, no emails. You have to email them also to end service with them, so who knows if you will be charged after the fact. This company is a joke how they run it! I want my money back and you can keep your service.

      Absolutely the worse company ever. We were with Speed connect for years no troubles whatsoever. We also had a contract with Speed Connect for monthly service of $49.95. Vu Me (not) takes over and is charging me $69.95 per month. I paid the contract amount of $49.95 and they started charging me late fees. Are you kidding me ?? I have tried to contact them many, many, many times by phone, by text, by internet (when it decides it wants to work) no one returns calls, texts or e-mails. I have a friend who discontinued internet services with **** and went with another carrier (they sent VuMe an e-mail stating they were discontinuing their service). My friends now owe VuMe well over $600.00 in late fees. What a joke.their lawyer told them to let **** keep billing them they dont owe them a plug nickel. I have decided to go with our local internet company. No one has any complaints about them, their tower is about 2 miles away from us, they are cheaper and as an added bonus..a human being actually answers their phone.. what a concept. If I could rate VuMe I wouldnt even give them a 1..that is too high of a rating for them. They deserve a minus 10.

      Agree with previous reviews. Worst (non-existent) customer service I have ever seen. Like others have auto pay but these clowns don't seem to process it properly and then try to charge you a late fee and turn off your service!! Time to move on to someone else.
