      If there were 0 stars or negative stars, thats what I would rate this joke of a company. I have sent 12 emails, called and left multiple messages, and cannot get anyone to call me, give me anything but a blanket statement, or assist in any way. I have been without service for over 2 weeks, and so has my friend. You can only leave a message, and there isnt anyone to talk to. Only 2 of the 12 emails have been answered, and it just says we show you are online.

      Had SpeedConnect for many years. As soon as Vume took over **************** became very bad then quit . Company does not have a phone to actually speak to a live customer service rep. I contacted online support who told me I wasnt plugging modem/ computer in the right order . I paid $80 for a repairman to test and determine there was no internet coming to my house. I again contacted customer service and told them their lie had been found out and I had no service. They responded by saying , yes we really dont have any internet working at this time,,,, not sure when it will work,,,, you should probably find a different service as we dont know when well be up and running

      S**** Me Wireless is more like it. And, judging from the other customer reviews, I can see that I'm not alone in my displeasure. I hope they are proud of the train wreck of a company they're running. I may have to give up an email address I've had for 23 years because these idiots won't answer a phone. THE ABSOLUTE WORST ever. I'm giving them one star only because I can't go to where they live and take stars away from them personally.

      Received a late charge but I have autopay. I went in and it said autopay failed. I put in the same credit card and it went through just fine. No one ever answers the phone and they never call you back. Worst internet service ever!!

      Bad, Bad internet provider. Can not contact to to pay bill, service is awful and can not talk to anyone live. Can not even contact to cancel service, to cancel you have to email and the emails are automated and do not work. Worst company ever, stay away from Vume live, TPT SpeedConnect.

      Cant give them a 0 else I would. I dont know why anybody would buy a business and the run it this way. Its almost like they purposely are driving away business.

      Ever since they took over SpeedConnect, its become a company that does not care about its customers! No customer service what so ever! Cannot even get my account paid, their billing service does not even accept my email address so I can make a payment! The the service has been suspended and I cant even pay my bill online! Im not going to send them a check in the mail when I should be able to pay it online! When I did have service from them it was worse than dial up service! Very slow and disappointing, email service was terrible as well! Had to reload my emails for any pictures that were in the email! I am on the board of directors for a 501(3c) and have missed video conferences because of this lousy service! Why would they even bother with the buy-out if they were not going to be a customer friendly company? The *** or FTC should pull any licensing that they are required to have to do business!

      I agree with previous reviews. They are impossible to reach. Unable to connect on phone or website. Only way to pay was through a link on an email which I usually avoid because you never know if its a scam until it's too late. Very disappointing.
