      RW Terrible outfit. Have made umpteen repeated attempts to contact ****. They took over SpeedConnect because SpeedConnect dropped all their internet customers without notice. My internet service was running 6 am on 10-25-2023. When went to utilize it again about 10:30 am - nothing. No notice that service would be down, no phone calls, no info at all from SpeedConnect. As a customer SpeedConnect went out of business and left all their customers in the dark! Now this other company VuMe Live LLC keeps sending automated billing saying I owe them for services. I stopped payment to SpeedConnect as of Nov 2nd, 2023 as that was start date for advanced montly billing. You call VuMe you get an automated recording, telling you "all their people are busy" and then your directed to leave a message. If you don't want to leave a message, the phone goes dead. I hope the Castle Rock Better Business Bureau closes VuMe down. They are a joke as company and don't give a hoot about customers.

      Speedconnect just mashed with them and they have been nothing but unresponsive. I have reached out to them leaving multiple voicemails and email replies (*********-reply stating I cannot reply), but I have received zero response. First, I was not provided an account number to login and make a payment. Second, I tried to sign up for their app, but get the message that they will send me an mail to complete setup, however, have yet to receive a single email. Third, I finally only got my account number when they sent me a notice that I have been charged a late fee. Fourth, I immediately made my payment when I could and they still charged me a SECOND late fee after the payment was made. Fifth, they charged me 2 ate fees in 2 days... daily late fees? I have tried to make contact with them every day for the past 8 days and have gotten no response.

      ******************* have made repeated attempts to contact this company that say they took over my Speed Connect account, about having no internet service for days. No one will answer my calls or respond to me in any way whatsoever. The automated response you get only tells you how to pay your bill, which they have taken via autopay connected to my old Speed Connect account with no problem. I have requested a refund for being billed twice for the same month /once from the old account and now from VuMe as the new account. I also requested compensation for all the inconvenience of my internet service being down more than its been on since this company took over but no one has contacted me for either issue. This has been nothing but frustrating as a new customer so personally I would not recommend this company for internet service especially where you cant get any customer support.

      I have contacted this company over and over again via telephone and emails. TPT Speed Connect and VuMe have not responded to any of my messages. VuMe say my account it overdue? I have auto pay and I have never been late on my payments with autopay. I was without service even before I requested that my service be stopped. Several times in the past, I have been without service and there has been no credit/compensation for me. I've requested my account be closed multiple times now by both Corporations. I realize TPT Speed Connect has been newly acquired by VUme. However, this is no way to do business.
