  Steel was damaged in packing. Price was increased 3 times. Steel was scratched and poorly packaged. Shipment was extremely late. Shipment delivery was changed 3 times.Do not use them unless you like headaches.

  Unpleasant Experience with Armstrong: Lack of Transparency and Business Practices My recent encounter with Armstrong has left me disappointed, prompting me to share feedback on some concerning aspects of their service. The primary issue stems from a lack of transparency during the delivery process, with critical information about a fallen box only coming to light when the delivery driver arrived, not through direct communication from Armstrong.Armstrong's policy requires a docusign confirmation and commitment to inventory within five days, along with a scanned cashier's check for the driver. However, incomplete deliveries were met with insistence on full payment, raising ethical concerns and hinting at potential fraudulent practices. ***** communication and collaborative resolution were notably absent.Adding to the frustration, Armstrong's plan to expedite missing items lacked proper documentation, leaving me unaware of the contents of both the initial and subsequent shipments. An additional box arrived beyond the stipulated five-day period, contributing to further delays.Had the initial shipment been complete, timely inventorying could have occurred, enabling my team to start work promptly. Unfortunately, the delays and incomplete shipment forced my team to switch projects, resulting in a three-month setback.In summary, Armstrong's five-day policy lacks transparency and customer protection. The insistence on full payment for incomplete shipments, coupled with communication gaps and subsequent delays, raises ethical concerns. I encourage Armstrong to reassess its policies and adopt more customer-friendly and transparent practices for the benefit of all clients.

  DO NOT BUY from Armstrong Steel. They request a deposit and ask you to sign a contract for a price they do not honor. I signed all documents sent to me by the dates requested yet was told I failed to sign final design documents on time even though I had not received them by the date they were due. I was sent a COD price significantly higher than the agreed upon initial PO. I requested my deposit be refunded because of the price increase and was referred to **** who was rude and falsely claimed that I caused delays. He told me I will not get my deposit back. I have the documentation to support my experience.Check this out:******************************************************************************************************************************************************************** my opinion Armstrong Steel is a very unethical company. You might want to search ************************* (CEO of Armstrong Steel) I found some very disturbing news and lawsuits against him. Also look up former employee reviews.In hindsight I wish I would have read more reviews and NOT TRUSTED the BBB rating!

  Armstrong has many reviews. Some good and some not so good. From my experience it's been excellence. I've past the design phase and now working on the blueprint and logistics phase. Working with Armstrong has been great. *************************** is my project manager who has walked me through each step. We made a few design modifications which dialed in my building requirements. Can't wait to see the product onsite and built. So far, my experience has been excellent.

  *************************** was our rep and she was fantastic! Fast to respond and fast to make the changes we would inquire about. We started with another steel company, but glad we found ******* at Armstrong because her customer service went well beyond the other companies. We can't wait to install our new Armstrong building!

  I am an unhappy Armstrong Steel customer. On March 10th of this year, I agreed to purchase a 30x40x18 steel building from this company for $31,100. It is a shell structure with no doors or windows. ***y were calling me several times a day to sign the document and get their deposit. That should have been the red flag for me, but I looked at the BBB review and figured this a good company to do business with. I was wrong. Once they got my 25% deposit, I did not hear from them for several weeks. After another week or so I was able to connect with a project person named ******. I discussed what I needed in a building such as windows and door openings along with a wind rating of **************************************************** at an additional cost of $116,000. This was a mind-blowing figure. You might be wondering what kind of modifications were they? Well six window openings, two door opening and a 40x4 porch roof sheeting along with insulation. *** original building supposed to have a 148-mile wind rating. I believe Armstrong Steel is price gouging their customers. I anticipated that I would have to pay some additional cost but not $116,000. I had two other steel companies had given me proposals around $60,000 for a **** square foot Red Iron Steel structure with my required modifications.When I asked for a refund Devian sent me a no refund policy. No one ever contacted me after.**** BEWARE. I am writing this review to warn others to do a due diligence.If you have to get out of the contract for any reason, you will lose your deposit.

  ZERO star rating. This company is a scam. A paid at all costs! Been dealing with this company for over 2 years. Made attempts to mutually part ways and they refuse. Theyll keep all your money and force you to sign an NDA. They always have some kind of excuse wether it be Covid or the war in ******* or ************. They will give you a start price then raise it by upwards of 300%. Do not under any circumstances do business with them!

  After looking at your buildings and reading all the positive reviews about your company, I knew that if I was going to purchase a building, it would have to be you.*************************** contacted me and was very courteous and prompt with addressing my needs. Unfortunately, with other more pressing purchases, I am not able to purchase a building this year.We agreed to make contact next year and hopefully to a more positive end.It was very refreshing to deal with such a courteous, non-pressuring, understanding person.Thank you ****!

  Even though we did not buy a building at this time, I would recommend **** to anyone that needs not just the building but knowledge about the process. She really helped me make the right decision even though it wasn't with her. Great customer service.
