  Excellent customer service! I had been getting quotes on a building from several suppliers and ****** of Armstrong Steel was the most responsive and answered my questions in timely manner. He was easy to get it touch with and always returned my calls and emails. ****** gave me great confidence in the quality of service Armstrong Steel could provide. Other companies could take a ****** from ****** on how to provide excellent customer service.

  Hello everyone. There admittedly is some negative press going around about this company BUT take a few minutes to check all the facts. Remember that IF people are making reviews it is typically the few that had a bad experience, especially here on BBB. Were some people disappointed with their experience through the ***** crisis with delays and/or cost changes? Yes. However, ***** pricing affected all of us and still is. Finally we are starting to see some relief. I am not affiliated with this company at all but rather was working to get a building through them.Well, what about my experience? I have been on the phone many multiple times with these kind, helpful and accommodating people. They went out of their way to make my project work. The worked with me on the pricing and the shipping to make the project fit my budget. I was able to get in on some special pricing due to a large order being placed, however a budget problem came up and I was not able to continue with my project. Again, these people worked with me to everything they could to help me out. Ultimately I was not able to continue with the project, at least not yet, but even though this was the case they STILL were kind, understanding and helpful. They really wanted to help me make it work but when my budget got killed by unforeseen circumstances they came through. In a few months I guarantee I will be working with them again, detailing my dream garage workshop. Thank you Armstrong. Good luck!

  ******************************* Was awesome to work with thru the process of getting the right building layout and pricing over so we can make that choice. Very knowledgeable on understand our wants and needs. If I need a second building later down the road will go thru Armstrong steel again.

  My point of contact was ******, and hes done amazing. I was upfront that I was just shopping around for quotes and he did amazing, answered every question I had. Will definitely be going with them when the time is right to start building.

  Sept 2021 purchase order signed ******* sent, there was an omission on their quote and addition fee was encored totaling to ****** +-. Multiple communication to date December 2022. Last couple of calls was informed that an additional ****** dollars would be due upon delivery. Company provided cost of steel from 7 2021 (order signed sept 2021) and cost from Jan 2022 it is December now. I am challenged if current prices have changed (no answer to my question) Requested current cost to justify increase. Director called and they are willing to reduce additional fees to ****** (about) requested written documentation due to integrity issues and concerns, did not want to be caught in a he said she said situation. Mentioned that the only other way was to record the conversation at that time **** told me that all conversations were recorded (undenounced to me Suprise not sure this is legal due to not disclosing at the initiation of the phone conversation) All documents signed with a email address directing to the "terms and conditions" no hyper link, difficult to find and I did not read them, ************ have you initial all pages to validate true informed consent not a cross reference. I requested a refund multiple times, refusal each time. During this 15 months the color I order is no longer available, and was told no refund and I must choose a color that was in stock. This tactic is bulling one to make a decision, leaving the buyer with a option to pick another color or forfeit payment (with the risk of other liability stated in the terms and conditions . This company over sold and under delivered, now my concerns about gouging and deceptive practices are perceived as reality. The request is to have our deposit refunded due to the lack integrity it is unsure they even have product to fill this purchase order. Again a refund is requested. I am checking on status of certificate of good standing in ******** Section 909 (2) ******** PA 23.

  Dissatisfied is an understatement! The evidence of increase history are no way near the dates in question Jan 2022 cost was provided and not current prices, makes me wonder if you are hiding actual current costs. It is difficult to support your statement "have change dynamically" yet you are using dates provide July 2020 and January ********************************** cost. Your statement about precovid rates cannot be validated as the information provides is old and not current. If you did not over sell then help me understand why it has taken 15 months to call regarding delivery and the "Upcharge", there is no accountability with Armstrong as additional fees are passes on the buyer, the integrity of this company is in question. "oversold" With the inability to obtain product you could not fulfill the purchase order timely. I have yet to find the certificate of good standing in ******** as stated in the initial report. I have been informed that this a petition filed with other "buyers" experiencing the same "upcharges blaming it on Covid"

  I am not satisfied with the information provided by Armstrong the history provided is not applicable to current cost justifying "their" increase in cost. I have reached out to them several times with no timely follow up. I believe they have deceptive advertisement and their sales tactics are substandard for the consumer. Once the down payment was received additional costs were imposed on the buyer. I have detailed records of all written communication. That supports my concerns. I desire a refund (they can keep the interest due to using my money for the past 15 soon to be 16 months. By the way the upcharge is less than what the reduced rate offered, someone should do the math before sending numbers. I understand that there is an increase in everything however this huge difference is not acceptable. I will await the response from Armstrong. Please contact me to discuss refund.
