1 starI had the sewer line in my basemente cleared by Plumbline and during the process I heard a loud bang on the first floor from the plumbing and pipes in my house. After the tech had completed his work, I asked him what the noise was and he said that his partner who he was training had bumbed his head. No human bump could cause the sound. I am concerned about potential damage to my sewer line. He told me that he saw some water in the line but no obstruction. In his write up he described "a bunch of water". The trainer recommended a $280 camera inspection of the line.Review fromJohn M

5 starsI needed to have a drain unclogged as well as have the system scoped (with video) to see what was going on in our sewer line. Plumbline arrived for the cleaning on short notice and did a quick and excellent job on the issue.The second appointment I had with them was to run a scope through the effected line and see what had caused the first blockage. The representatives of Plumbline were great - again showed up as scheduled and were efficient and able to explain to me what was going on. I have complete confidence in the professionalism of the company as well as its knowledge of all plumbing issues. I will definitely be using them again.Plumbline Services
