The worst bank to ever bank with. I opened an account when I moved here. I called ent on multiple occasions to set a setting for no over drafting. They do not have that capability which is ridiculous. I added my card to my phone to download a free application thinking my DEBIT card wouldnt be charged because no money was on it. I received a text from the bank confirming the payment and I DENIED it but ent did not care and went ahead and charged my card ANYWAYS. Of course because it over drafted, I have to pay 3 times the amount for courtesy fees that are NONREFUNDABLE. The MOST money hungry credit union Ive ever experienced. I will NEVER be banking with this company again and will always tell others not to as well.Ent Credit Union

Today i went to atm at the drive through to get cash out because the lobby was locked. i waited in line for some lady for 35 minutes whike your teller decided to have a conversation with her. i was trapped in the line because there were cars behind me and beside me. you cost me a very important appointment because of your ignorance. If theres a customer that needs that kind of attention and you have 12 cars behind them, you need to address the issue quickly or tell the customer to come back during normal business hours. This is the 2nd time at this location ive been stuck in line because of a slow customer. You need to fix your parking lot so people arent stuck in line or make the lobby open so you can access the atm inside.Ent Credit Union

5 stars****, at the *********. **************** branch was one of the most pleasant people I have had the pleasure of being assisted by in a very long time. He was informative, courteous, listened and heard what I was saying, and was a huge asset in assisting me with opening an account with ENT Bank. He explained all pertinent information and I will forever be grateful for such amazing service. Zion is a wonderful asset to ENT. I hope he is acknowledged and rewarded accordingly!! **** is a keeper!!Review fromNikolas D

I recently switched my bank account from ent to another provider and had some unforeseen ACH transactions hit and I received a NSF fee. I get a $50 fee. I took a while to get around to paying it, and I find out they take money out of my MOTHER's account to pay my late fee. Are you serious?! I got on the phone with the collections person and questioned them saying that she never consented to this and the collections person back peddled and lied saying that it was a mistake on their end. Never doing business with ENT again. They completely lost my respect after that.Ent Credit Union

In response to Mr. Delgado’s comments, as part of Ent’s membership agreements we are allowed the right to offset balances from joint accounts and transfer funds to the account that is in a deficit if that is a possibility. This can often prevent an account from being charged-off which might result in a negative impact to the member. If Mr. Delgado would like to discuss his specific situation he may contact our customer service area at 719-574-1100 x6950 and press option 1.Review fromRobert W

1 starI got a flyer to open an account and get $200. It was a huge hassle. The website and app were very problematic. Not worth going into. I finally got a nice guy from tech on the phone. He was nice but the solution was to go to a branch somewhere. I had already wasted too much time and was pretty aggravated by the experience, except for him, so I had him cancel my account. I hope thats the end of it. What a hassle! I tried Ent and will stay with ***** Fargo.Review fromJustin S

THE **** CREDIT UNION EVER! We had the unfortunate experience working with end when my girlfriend had her car loan with them and the car was stolen. Garbage customer service can never get ahold of anyone and they are zero help when you do. Always directed to a message saying they will get back to you in 3 to 5 business days first off thats ridiculous but big surprise they never do reach back out. Management has zero clue whats going on over there or how to resolve a dispute and get the correct numbers to insurance companys so you can pay the loan back mean while the will destroy your credit and you cant talk to anyone in the credit dispute department. Stay away from this company the worst the absolute worst.Ent Credit Union

We, of course, never take allegations of poor service lightly. Though we are not able to ascertain the details of this interaction, we encourage ****** and his girlfriend to contact us (whoever is the account holder or either if both are on the account as we will only be able to discuss this matter with the account holder). Please call ********************* at ************ or ************************ or ************* ****. Or **** ext. ****. Thank you.Review fromEric H

On Monday, February 5, we experienced multiple outages that impacted both our employees' and members' ability to access their accounts. We deeply regret the disruption and any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. Please know that your accounts were and remain secure and have not been compromised. We do have plans in place to respond when incidents like this occur and took the necessary steps to ensure all systems were restored and functioning properly. We will always do what is right for our members.Review fromTim M

Ent on ****** continues to treat long term customers - 20 plus years poorly. Ask to talk to manager for assistance - response there not available. Some employees have no business working there as they are rude to customers.Ent Credit Union

If you're black don't bank with this credit Union. The disrespect I receive every-time pay my bill is disgusting. As many Americans I have fallen into financial trouble. But, the belittling I receive from the reps in the collections department is just horrible. It almost makes you feel less than a human to be spoken to that way. I've gotten experiences from two other African American account holders with military background and they've expressed the same thing. I cannot wait to depart from this financial institution.Ent Credit Union

Thank you for allowing Ent the opportunity to investigate the complaint. Please know we take any claim of discrimination seriously. Quite disappointed with ENT. They tout great rates, and "help" when you need it, in many financial forms. I've been a customer of ent for a long while,my first savings and checking acct I opened when i was what, 14 or 15 yrs old, with ent. I've had success barrowing money from them before, although before it was lent not only to myself but my wife at the time. Now, recently divorced, still not finished with much of the fiscal separation of the 15 year relationship, a loan would really help me out. I have no bad debt. my credit score was 830 before i had to begin giving my lawyer what pretty much amounted to another small mortgage payment every month for just short of the entire year of 2022. I've maxed out my line of credit w ent. My credit cards have escalated beyond the 75% usage point. Trying to do the responsible thing and consolidate debt, amongst paying some other small (under 500$) fly by night synchrony accts., they've now refused to lend me a dime!!! My credit score has dropped to 732 (according to my rejection letter) which is still pretty good i hear, never been late on a bill- ever. Their primary reasoning is because ive used to much of my limits on my accounts. Well thats what im trying to get taken care of!!! ***** the point of asking for $$ to take care of debt when you say my debt is to high to lend me the $$?? IF my balances were low then i wouldnt need a loan !! I sent them guarantee legal documents stating alot of $$ is coming my way once the **** is finished up- then loan i applied for would be taken care of in whole once the our assets (me and the ex) have finished up the fiscal separation. And still NO !! This is where i know the banks - even the ones like ent , who say they're for the little guy- there when you need them, they are not. They know im trapped into paying hand over fist interest for a long while. . This is where they want you. Deep in their pockets. They dont want you to get out. shame on you ent.Ent Credit Union

We would like to thank **** for being a longtime member at Ent and for giving us the opportunity to review his request for a loan. We certainly understand the stress ***** current situation has placed on his financial wellbeing and understand his disappointment that we were unable to honor his request at this time. In similar scenarios, we have referred applicants to visit with a certified financial coach at Ent to help them determine if there are any measures they can personally take to help improve their situation and that opportunity is certainly available to Mark. Conversely, if **** would rather have similar conversations with an organization (other than Ent) about debt consolidation, financial counseling and more, we recommend Greenpath at www.GreenpathREF.com or ************** (please contact Greenpath regarding pricing as sometimes there is a nominal cost depending on the services they provide).
