We refinanced our house through Ent and had a great experience. They were professional and prompt. We would recommend them for refinancing and banking.

I will not support a company who puts race first. If they want equity they should be fair to all races not just one and treat everyone the same. As a person of color, I want everyone to be treated equally. Today I noticed that someone was in their long line of people and they had a clerk go through the line to only help black people and then expected white people to wait. I also noticed the same rhetoric in their commercials after this occurred where black folks only got the home loan and the piggy would help them. Thats offensive! We no longer live in that world. I wont support ideologies from the ****s as it continues to ****** the idea that we are helpless and that we do not have the same opportunities as all people. Fix it or I will take my business somewhere else.

I had another bank account due to ENT not working well with some of the apps I use to pay bills or get paid and ENT cut off all transfers to and from my other bank due to reasons not connected to my personal activity. Because of this, I could not tranfer money to ENT to pay certain bills. I had told them I did not want transactions going through if funds were not sufficient several times, as it takes a whole afternoon trip now to withdraw money from my other account and deposit it at ENT and they charge $30 FOR COURTESY PAY! Then I went to deposit a check to cover a bill that was on autopay through ENT. Apparently they took so long to process the check that the bill was paid and I WAS CHARGED $30 FOR THE COURTESY PAY I HAD ASKED SEVERAL TIMES NOT TO HAVE ON MY ACCOUNT. I called the service line and I was told I had asked to have courtesy pay on. The person on the line said they could turn if off like I had been told several time before, but said there was no way I would ever get my $30 back. Now I'm stuck out of town with no way to pay my other bills due to a measly $30 missing and no way transfer the money I need. ENT IS BEING RUN BY THIEVES.

Poor customer service at the video drive-up. Microphones do not work and have to raise your voice so the teller and everyone else at the drive-*** can hear. No $100 bills available there. Not very good instructions on where to place your ID

I have a checking acct with ENT, as well as a business acct. Recently, I accidentally setup for funds to be automatically taken out of my checking acct on PayPal because the last four digits were so closely related to a credit card number. Nine days later PayPal notified me they couldnt pay a $3.17 purchase, which is when I realized my error. To my dismay, ENT had taken five - $30 courtesy fees and two- $30 NSF fees out of my account over that period of time. On day ten, I received a letter notifying me my acct was over. No email, no text, but a letter that took five days to arrive after they mailed it on day five! They refunded the courtesy fees and kept the $150 in NFS fees. Basically a bank taking total advantage of people. I had to manually go in and setup a notification that my acct has gone negative, so ridiculous, and still no way to get them to notify a customer when they have taken money out of their acct except a letter! This isnt ****. Never had a financial institution play so dirty. All the other banks have notified me by email or text immediately. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Its too bad because weve known some of the employees for years.

ENT business credit card is horrible! 3 entities service their cards, US Bank, Elan, and ENT. I have multiple employees with cards, and the way it is set up is one main account that has to be funded to make payments on each card separately. Theres no way to make automatic payments. I have to go in every month, figure out what the balance is on each account, manually transfer that amount to the main account, then pay each card. I called today to close my account. I had to apply cash back credit to pay the balance, which will take at least 3 business days. Once I see thats applied I then have to call back to have them send me a check for the balance of my rewards cash back which will take at least a week to receive in the mail. Once thats cleared I have to call back again to close the account. I have several other business credit cards with Chase and AMEX. So much better and easier to work with as they credit my bank account tied to the account and all transactions are automated and its only one call to get anything done. ENT bank is good, but do not use their business credit card. Absolutely terrible and such a huge haste and waste of time.

We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience **************** experienced with our partner credit card company, Elan. **************** has expressed that he is happy with Ent overall, but less than happy with this particular experience. While we are pleased to hear that overall we are meeting Mr. ******* expectations, we take accountability for both our actions and those of the partners who provide products and services in our name. Our expectations, both for ourselves and our partners, is to deliver the best experience, in every area, every time. We will work closely with **** to improve the member experience relative to the credit cards and service they provide on our behalf. We thank **************** for his comments and for being a valued member.

After 15 years banking with them I am finding another bank- they have put polices into place that they think justifies their random and unreasonable fees (aka stealing your money) and the customer service might as well be a computer because they just spit corporate jargon that still makes zero sense when you ask them to explain the random fees they charge. I have been charged over $300 in fees for no justified reason in 2023 alone in my checking account. They let me know my overdraft account had magically turned into a small, paid-off loan- It was never an overdraft account (even though that's what I opened it as over 10 years ago?). Just done dealing with their surprises, fees and lack of understanding or customer service.

I tried to access my online account from home this evening. Going through the process I encountered the two step verification. I waited for 5 minutes and no code was received. I tried again and to no avail. The screen stated that if I encountered problems . I called and it is after hours and the conversant system doesn't have an option to talk to a live person. I reverted to an option that I could speak to a live individual which identified that they were located in Asia and of course I talked to **** and he wasn't helpful and could not provide provide my any other avenue and stated that I had to wait and call during business hours. This created an inconvenience because of needing to download some information for some financial reports. I have encountered this problem before during business hours and have been transferred to the Security and ****************** who can see if any attempts have been made on my account. I get that during business hours but creates an inconvenience if I have to try and login on the weekends and it is after hours and encounter this issue. The conversant system is something to be desired and should have an option where a live person can be contacted. It is apparent that the technical department is not staffed 24 hours. I am giving this institution a try hoping to change from my present one that I have because of their same practice for customer service. These numbers listed are contact numbers for Ent.

I had high hopes for this credit union, having moved from out of state where I had a credit union that was amazing, but my hopes were quickly shot down. I am first to take responsibility, I had made a mistake, but the least they could do was be a little bit understanding, unfortunately that's not the case. They just want to take all the money they can. I had received an email from my direct deposit company stating my check was available at 10:40pm on 2/14. At 1am 2/15 I was awake with my infant when I saw said email and was thinking, great, my check was deposited, time to pay some bills. I made 2 small payments and tried to make a 3rd when it kicked back and said something went wrong. This is where I had messed up. I hadn't looked at my banking app prior to making payments because, what the heck, the email said it was available, it's never said available when it wasn't in the past, but sure enough, there my account was, showing -$250 $90 worth of overdraft fees! I called and got through to someone quickly and was told that Ent doesn't have a way to credit back., there was nothing they could do. Clearly it was a mistake, it wasn't like the payments were scheduled to come out, I could understand if this was a regular occurrence but for a first time offense? Again, I take my part in the blame, but from everyone that I spoke to, they all say, credit unions are forgiving, they'll reverse the charges. Obviously Ent is not one of those and I will be closing my accounts with them at my first opportunity.

Without getting into the specifics of Ms. ****** account, Ent does offer a voluntary Courtesy Program which members may opt-in to in order to prevent overdrawing their account and having their charges be returned to the merchants as non-sufficient funds. Conversely, members can opt out of this program at any time if they would rather not have these purchases covered automatically in the event that they do not have enough funds in their account. Ent does not refund charges made through this voluntary opt-in program across our membership base. If ************** would like to review the specifics of her situation with a member services representative and discuss possible options and/or consequences for potentially similar situations going forward we would be happy to connect her with such a representative.

I got suckered into a home mortgage with these alleged people. It has been a nightmare. We thought we would be saving a little, but they have more than made up for any savings we might have realized. They have most recently, one day before closing, caused the insurer to increase our rate; they have forced ** to get a repair bid for needed repairs and deposit 150% of the bid into an escrow (good luck on recovering that money); they have required full documentation for my divorce of ten years ago. This lot is not worth the hassle. I wish I had gone with the conventional lender.

All of the items referenced by Mr. Hancock would have been required to be mitigated by any reputable lender Mr. Hancock would have applied due to the nature of the collateral and conventional loan requirements. We would be happy to discuss his concerns with him.
