Levi was awesome. Scheduled service time was between 10-12. He called prior to coming by and asked if he could be here earlier.
Did a great job servicing the furnace / HVAC system, went over everything once he was done, included before and after pictures and, recommended services to consider in the future (no hard selling).

Called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving.
Introduced himself, explained what he would be doing.
Put on booties to protect my floors.
Once job was complete, explained what he did and the outcome.
