Smith plumping and heating came by today to service our furnace. **** ****** was out techichian and he was professional, punctual and did the work thoroughly and quickly. He took pictures of the different results which was nice. I was very happy with the appointment.

**** was very professional, efficient & friendly. He went above and beyond by putting the cover back on the crawlspace opening. We didn't expect him to do that but it was definitely much appreciated.
