      The most incompetent idiots Ive ever seen. TWICE in under 2 months they completely cancel a flight without any excuses. Please take this trash airline off the market. Not only that but they absolutely scam you.

      **** and ******* are genuinely angels sent from God! I forgot my purse on the plane, which contained all my important documents, especially my green card. I immediately started crying because getting that replaced is nearly impossible. They went above and beyond to help me find it and succeeded! God really put the right people to work that day. You could see that they genuinely cared for their customers. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but they deserve this and so much more. I am forever grateful to them!

      Frontier airline upcharged for a pre purchase luggage. Stating that luggage over limit. Already pre purchased $74 for check luggage. Frontier stated on arrival to airport the new weight for luggage went from 55 to 40 pounds. Charged additional $100. Luggage was weight prior to giving to luggage personal and weighed in at 38 pounds. Rude attendant relies," Well take it or leave it. Check in app did not work on phone per attendant we had to pay $25 for boarding pass. Our family members were not allowed to even pay for boarding passes to be printed. The family was told it was too late by 1 minute had to find alternative arrangement home from *******. There should be another organization who will look into all these complaints from the Frontier Airlines company. I believe this is extortion. The return trip from ******* was during spring break and the plane was 3/4 full.

      I had a HORRIBLE experience in the *************** and was never given a boarding pass via the website, once I checked in online. I looked all over the site to find where to get my boarding pass, and found nothing. My dad looked also and found nothing. I HOPED I would get it emailed to me, but didn't get that either. When I went to drop off my bags, I was told I had to pay $25/person ($50 total) to have our boarding passes printed. This is OUTRAGEOUS since I was not able to get it on my own.Once at the gate, after paying hundreds of dollars in up-charges for a checked bag, I was stopped at the gate and told I had to pay ANOTHER $99 for my backpack that FIT under my seat, because it didn't fit in the ridiculous "under seat space" reference frame outside the plane. It is obvious that all this company does is find ways to weasel out more money from people. I did NOT need to use the overhead compartment for my bag because it DID fit under the seat, because their reference is HALF the size of what is actually under the seat. The whole point of a "carry on" bag is that it takes overhead space, which mine did not. Their policies are inhuman and I will never fly Frontier again. I also found out from other passengers that this flight was giving away FREE carry-on bag allowances for many of the passengers!

      Frontier is the worst airline if I could give them 0 stars I would. Paid for a checked bag round trip on the app upon leaving my destination to return home they charged me again saying I didnt pay for a checked bag to return home. Upon retrieving my bag at my destination I noticed they tagged my bag with my travel companions name. So essentially the ignored the fact that I paid for a checked bag round trip and instead moved it to another name so they could charge to get my bag home. They are a scam! DO NOT FLY YHIS AIRLINE!

      Absolute joke of an airline and extremely sneaky! We booked our flights 3 months prior. You know the new law recently passed that airlines have to reimburse you if the flight is over 3 hours delayed? Well they found the loophole and don't care how it effects their passengers! We receive and email about a week after booking and they delayed the flight just shy of 3 hours. As this is a significant amount of time and messed up our entire trip, I requested a refund as this trip was so far in advance. ****. Only a credit that has an expiration date. Never again will I try to save money with this airline.

      Worst airline I have ever flown in. Flight was delayed 3 times after they third time they announced they had no crew to fly us home. After waiting in line for an hour a customer service *** at the airport announced that they were not giving out hotel vouchers they only sent out $15 meal ticket which that doesn't get you anything considering how expensing is the food at the airport. I called customer service and got hung up on twice. I tried chatting and they only offered a $75 flight voucher to which I ***lied what makes you think I would fly with Frontier again? and he disconnected the chat with no other solution. I incurred ************ expenses because of this incident with no help from Frontier. When I arrived in ******* I went to the Frontier counter and the only thing they told me to do was file a complaint. He was very apologetic I get it its not his fault however that doesn't makeup for the ***** airline and their customer service ***s.

      Im here to add to the growing pile of 1-star reviews, and trust me, its well deserved. The owners of this airline clearly have no idea how to run a business, or worse, they simply dont care. This airline has caused more pain and suffering than any other, and my recent experience was no exception. I was stuck on the tarmac for a soul-crushing 7 hours before they finally canceled the flight, leaving me stranded and out hundreds of dollars. I couldnt even check into my ****** because of the delay, resulting in non-refundable fees I couldnt recover. Believe the incredibly bad reviews you read about this airlinethey are 100% true. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.

      I really don't know where to start ?? I'm so overwhelmed with the horrible experience with frontier, it's like where do I start .From checking in online trying to download your boarding pass from hidden fees, and lastly when the flight finally landed we were stuck on the plane for over a hour due to know gate opened gate for *******..it's like where do they treat people like this at..I'll never ever fly frontier again..Horrible it's not worth it for the price. ????

      Pilot Review:I want to share my experience to help potential pilot candidates save time and maintain their dignity by avoiding interviews with this airline. Initially, I intended to write a detailed review highlighting my concerns, but after seeing their rating on the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I felt it was best to simply state my thoughts. Their 1 out of 5-star rating speaks volumes.Let me explain why I consider Frontier Airlines "cheap" and "unprofessional." First, unlike nearly every other airline, Frontier does not provide any transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, or snacks for candidates during the interview process. You are essentially on your own.Secondly, the level of professionalism exhibited by their recruitment team is concerning. Calling them inexperienced would be an understatement; it felt more like a joke than a serious recruiting process, which is disappointing.I hope this feedback helps future candidates make a more informed decision. I recommend staying away from an airline whose "professionals" do not know and follow the rudimentary professionalism guidelines.
