      I'll never never never fly with this airline again. When they wanna charge *************************** with a person that's about as low as you can go. Do not fly with this company

      I flew round trip with frontier to ************ and back to *********. We did not find out the flight out was canceled until we were checking our luggage and we're told by staff. She offered to put us on a 16 hr layover flight 2 days later. after checking the flights online ourselves we found a direct flight the next day with no layover. she insisted the flight did not exist until we physically showed it to her on our phones. we were stuck at the airport another day with no offer or accommodation for a hotel or extra expenses like food or **** due to this unexpected cancelation. we never received any email or correspondence that our flight had been canceled or we would have stayed home that night which was over an hour from the airport. one hotel room, two ubers, and a painfully 12 hour wait in the airport later we finally boarded our flight 24 hours later. very little legroom and the seats were more uncomfortable than any other airline I've flown. the returning flight was delayed by 5 hours again with no communication. we found out when we arrived at the airport and had to wait yet again. this time because they did not have the staff to fly us home. This airline has incredibly poor communication, no accommodations, and is truly uncomfortable. the only positive thing about the flight was the flight staff. the staff at the airport was not. especially when they tried booking us on a 16hr connecting flight 2 days after our canceled one when there was one the following day. I've learned my ****** and will never fly frontier again.

      This all started with expedia when they used a wrong last name, they told me i had to call expedia when i called expedia i was mad at that point, because expedia lied to me. By the time i got Expedia on the phone the agent told me to change the last name would cost me ***** additional i went to explain to him and he overtalked me this was not my fault he said i would have to take up with expedia so i use prog=found language and out of nowhere i get a text my flights been cancelled i called back and that agent said i use profound language so they never told me it was cancelled i just got a text i am mad about this if any has ever called a airline and the agents don't give a c*** i could not afford to pay for another flight and they never refunded it my husband and i are taking Expedia and frontier to court i c=would like my ticket refunded that's it that is all I'm asking for no one is listening to me why because they don't care they ruined my vacation to see my sister which i had not seen for years. I want to resolve this civically not going to court and have all the records pulled they had my last name as ****** ******* my name is ****** ********

      We arrived 2 hours before our flight to ****** from ******* - at 3:15 am, so what should NOT have been a busy time at the airport. The line to check our bags was beyond the stansions, and not moving because there was ONE PERSON at the counter checking bags, and at least 3 flights from Frontier taking off around the same time. The line moved so slow that we, and many others, missed our flights waiting to check our bags with the airline. Then, in the ultimate predatory practice, in spite of their failure to staff appropriately causing us to miss our flight, they both refused to refund our money, AND wanted to charge us full price to rebook on another flight with them to get home the next day. I contacted customer service. They say that while they understand why I'm requesting the refund, they won't grant it because I was a "no show" at the gate... righhhhtttt... Buyer beware, stay very VERY far away from this very dishonest company!

      I have had the worst experience with Frontier Airlines customer service. They are the rudest people and dont care at all. I booked a flight with them in a moment of panic after some medical news of a family member not realizing I wouldnt be able to make the flight. Immediately after booking it I realized this and called them right away to see if they could reverse the charge. Getting ahold of someone was a joke. Theres no number to get someone on the phone immediately. I had to use the chat feature and then someone eventually called me after I tried multiple times (long story). They would not allow the funds to be refunded even though it was minutes after and a simple mistake. She was so rude and just repeated her script over and over. When I asked for a supervisor she claimed there wasnt one so I asked for them to call me when there was one. They never called. So I disputed the charge with my bank and Frontier told my bank I was trying to use my flight credit and trying to get the funds implying I was being fraudulent, which was not true at all. Because I disputed the charge they took away the flight credit. So now Im out the money and flight credit. I called again and they said I was going to receive a refund and that it would be in my account within 10 weeks. Its been passed that and I havent received the funds. Then in calling again they went rounds with me again and said that it wouldnt be refunded. So I have no idea what to do. Im still fighting this but the lack of customer service is astounding and I would not ever fly with frontier again.

      Although I checked in online they forced me to pay $25 for a paper boarding pass when I got to the airport. They repeatedly practiced extortion with other travelers for exorbitant bag fees as I looked on in shock...they are bold thieves...never again!

      4p flight from ***** to ********* delayed 1 hour for late arriving aircraft. Delayed at 7p flight crew regulations, 7:30 aircraft maintenance. Boarded plane 7:30 flight, delayed until 8p, 8:15, and 8:45. At 9:21 flight was cancelled. Frontier could not get us home until Tuesday February 18 at 8:36 pm from ***************. Told Frontier would provide ********************** in email from corporate. Never received an email. Told Frontier no email said corporate sends info. Paid for taxi to ***************, hotel, food for 2 days because Frontier cancelled our flight. Filed complaint with Frontier requesting full refund for the flight home. No response. Called and made a formal complaint. Received email from Frontier stating we flew home Frontier could not refund our flight. Not responsible for paying for a hotel, food, or transportation. Terrible, inefficient and rude staff.

      Frontier airlines seating policy for families is simply predatory. I checked In Early on a flight where the seats were essentially empty. We have a child that requires extra care. My family was separated. at first the simple fix was to move my wife to my row and eat the seat change fee however one seat I our row was taken, with the plane completely empty. Called customer service to move our rows they informed me that I would have to pay to change all members seats and its there policy to only book one adult with a minor. Keep in at the time of writing this there are still 10+ empty rows on the plane. The only resolution per policy is to change all 3 seats they could not simply move me and my child to an empty row and allow me to pay to change my wifes seat. The only reason for this is money! I have flown frontier once before with nothing but issues. I asked the customer service *** if he understood how this is nothing but a scam, he explained I should try living in a third world country. I will never again fly frontier. This company is nothing but a scam stay away.
