      This is the worst airline to book a flight. I booked a return flight from ******* on June 5th but I had to cancel my flight for my children and I due to my son testing positive for covid19. I was unable to speak to a live agent, only an automated service that did not help me with a refund. Upon canceling our flight I received an email stating the I will not receive any of my money and I can't receive a credit. This airline will take your money even if they did not provide a service. So I tried and tried to at least find a phone, and I did, only to be sent a text with a link that sent me back to the automated service, so I pressed the the service and finally was able to text someone and they told me that I will need a doctor's certificate (note) and attached an email. I am so annoyed with this company. All I want is my $188.94 refunded back to me. Why keep your customers money? Things happen in life that are out of our control. Why add insult to injury. I give this company a negative 1.... - 1. I would like a full refund. If you don't provide a service, why keep the money.

      Horrible! Bought flights ending of 2020 for 2021 caught ***** tried to get refund with insurance they denied it. Rescheduled flight. Couldn't go the following year financial reasons from civic and losing vehicles from hurricane ***. Loss my credit because they said I didn't reschedule in 90 days. I lose out on 1200$ never again I'll use this flight.

      Horrible airline!! I purchase a ticket with my husband and did not not purchase my seats. I received an email saying our seats have been selected and we are not sitting together! The flight is not full. Why would the system not seat us together if we bought OUR FLIGHT together! It makes no sense. Always something with these companies.

      I cancelled my flight approximately two months before the flight and tried to get a refund and they told me it was non refundable so then I tried to see if I could keep the tickets or Atleast ************ credit and they refused to do either. Ill never book with them again.

      Booked this airline for my 17 year old daughter and her friend who were coming out to see us in *****. They were told their first flight out of **** was delayed 2 hours, then after talking to a guy who worked for Frontier who said hed make sure they got on their flight, found out that he sold their seats. After they got upset and had a lady call security on them, I had my daughter hand me the phone where I told her she could not just strand two underage girls in an airport and that a flight needed to be found for them. Frontier also refused to give them food vouchers or a hotel room. Apparently stranding underaged kids is ok to them. I was furious! The girls were highly stressed and in tears, yet the Frontier people were horrible to them and acted like it was their fault staff didnt show up to work. Not impressed at all. And Frontier put their bags on the flight but was refusing to let them on?? They finally got on (after stating there were no more seats) and saw about 10 empty seats once in the plane. Their excuse to us was there were no more seats. Though they finally got on their original flight, we ended up paying an extra $500 to switch airlines for their next connecting flight. Tried to get ahold of an actual person for Frontier but could only text with someone. After telling them what happened and saying we wanted a refund for their second flight and getting nowhere, we had to threaten to get an attorney just to get reimbursed for switching airlines. So yeah, first and last time we will EVER use Frontier Airlines. It was completely unacceptable how our girls were treated. I would think its illegal what they did to us, but thankfully we will gladly pay more money to fly with a reputable airline than these horrible people. Cheaper isnt always better. I highly recommend no one uses this airline ever!

      I have went through situations where the people who have worked with Frontier were so rude to me and I was so dealing with do many delays Friday and I didn't get home until yesterday. So when I was trying to get from ******* to ****** to get to my connecting flight to **************, my flight at ******* kept on being delayed all night till the next morning. I was supposed to depart from ******* Friday but didn't depart from ******* to ****** till Saturday which I already missed my flight from ****** to ********* Friday night. So when I arrived to the airport in ******, the next flight wouldn't depart till night time which was at 10:25pm while I arrived in the morning. At the ***************, I even asked where I would sleep while my flight kept on being delayed and they completely ignored me. When at ******, my flight got delayed till midnight to get to *********, they told me that my ticket was invalid. I don't know how since Frontier were the ones who printed it for me. They literally tried to charge me $90 and I was yelling with my eyes full of tears and said that Salt Lake was my home and that it wasn't my fault that flights were being delayed. That agent said if there was a problem, then to go talk to customer service. So they refused me to let me in the plane. So, I talked to customer service and told them what happened and they printed my boarding pass for Sunday afternoon to get to Salt Lake. I have asked them where I could file a complaint and request a refund, and they gave me a card to just do it online. So, I was stuck in ****** for a day and didn't get to ********* till the next day. It took me 2 days for me to get home which was unbelievable. When I got home to Salt Lake, I did file a complaint and a refund request and they denied the refund because they said that had no control over the flight delays. When I tried to ask for a refund and said I would never fly with them again, they said the best they could do was a voucher.

      Paid for a all you can fly pass it will not allow me to book anything. I try reaching customer service and they have a computer answering questions that are not being asked. I try calling the customer service number it refers me to some other number that is not even Frontier Airlines. I spent $800 for two all you can fly summer passes that I can not use. They also changed the terms of the pass after the first day of pass being open to book flights.

      5-28-23 will be my last trip with Frontier. We were delayed 3 times, with no explanation or other flight options. Apparently, from talking to other people who fly Frontier this is standard practice.

      I booked two flights with frontier. I had flown with them before. But this time I had an emergency and had to cancel both flights. I paid the upgrade fees for that reason as I always do. Just in case something happened. This time it did and frontier refuses to refund or credit me $571. Consumers beware! I will never use frontier again.

      I had made a reservation back in Jan . or Feb. w3ith FRONTIER AIRLINES when get to the airport on May 12th I find out I have no plane to get on . so I asked the so called supervisor what am I going to do my cruise leaves on the 13th and she *** I could go to another airline and when I asked if they were going to pay for it she said no . I had to put out another almost ****** dollars so I wouldn`t miss my ship . Then after the cruise I had to take a cab from ********* to ***** airport which cost me 110.00Dollars . I get there and go to check in and was charged ****** dollars for my bag because the girl said I was ************************************************************** because I had a bag with my medicine and they wanted to charge me so they kept picking at me until I was crying so I showed another girl that my medicine bag fit in the personal bin and she let me pass . I get to the gate and the 2 that were at the ticket desk were at the gate and the one would not let me on the plane so i asked her if she was going to hold me HOSTAGE and she said YES so I told her that was my only way home .I slept in the airport for 3 nights and ran out of my insulin. If it wasn`t for another ticket agent in the morning I would still be sleeping in that airport . WARNING DO NOT FLY 3WITH FRONTIER AIRLINES THEY TREAT THE ELDERLY HORRIBLY . I HAVE BEEN IN BED SICK SINCE I GOT HOME . THESE 2 WOMEN WORK AT NIGHT AND THEY TRAUMATIZED ME .
