      I had scheduled a flight for my husband and I and I needed to cancel just my flight. When I tried to cancel it cancelled both flights. I spoke with customer support via chat and email and they were unable to rebook his flight. Very disappointing as this issue has been brought up here previously by other customers.

      Our flight from *** to ********* during Memorial Day Weekend was cancelled at the last hour. We were so disappointed with Frontier Airlines. They did not offer any explanations or alternatives, so we are now stuck at home instead of joining over 100 friends in *********. I do not know what rights we have as a consumer. I hope the government can do something about flight cancellation and compensation to regular consumers.

      First and last time flying with them. Horrible ***************** refuses to check you in unless you pay 25 dollar per person. They charge 75 dollars for bags each way despite the site saying 40. The site says weight limit is 50 lb but they say 40 at the airport and want to charge for half a pound. The online checkin is horrible. No food or drink served on board.

      My 15 & 19 year old sons have been sitting in the *************** for 7 hours tonight, only to find out that their flight to ************* has been delayed until the following morning. Given no option to transfer to another airline, the flight was delayed, multiple times until there were no other flights leaving. They are literally sleeping in the *************** tonight. I flew in a day before so that they could go to school & this was the only flight leaving ************* after school today. There is no one to speak to on the phone. When I went to the ********************* to get a phone number for anyone in the company, or in ******* to make sure my sons werent sleeping in the airport tonight, I was told that they dont have a phone number for anyone in the company. This is beyond irresponsible for Frontier to behave this way.

      Frontier would not refund me my flight due to a family emergency. This company should not be in business. The customer service is non existent and greediness is out of this world.

      DO NOT FLY FRONTIER!! If you fly this airline they will ruin your vacation! My husband and I flew to *********** trying to get home was a nightmare. We arrived for our departure flight we were told the plane had departed an hour BEFORE it's scheduled departure, clearly a lie, right! So the ***** people in line with ** were all told we were too late and would be stranded for 3 DAYS . We were told no refunds AND that no hotel or food vouchers or anything would be provided. The agent told ** if we needed to "think we needed to get out of line". So book for 3 days from now with no plans and get out of line. Another agent (***********************) steps in and threatened to have ** banned from the airline if we did not leave immediately. We were calm and polite and they were rude and aggressive. Asked for a supervisor, she refused to give ** the name of the agent who threatened ** then PRETENDED to process a refund. Turns out she tapped around on the computer but did nothing. Frontier had overbooked the flight by MANY passengers but did not send emails to let ** know. They bumped ** all then LIED to our faces. Even a couple hours notice would have changed everything but they let ** all check out of our hotels then they stranded **. Me, my husband and at least 20 others were stranded and had to purchase flights costing ** thousands! My husband had to threaten a lawsuit (in chat because there is NO CALL CENTER) to have a REAL refund issued. So the agent lied about the plane being "already gone", the supervisor lied about doing the refund and days later they still will not admit that they bumped ** all with NO NOTICE! Frontier policy is LIE and if anyone asks questions call security because we don't give ANY accommodations! We ended up spending 10x what the flights costed ** to fly with someone else last minute. The worst part of all is how incredibly surprisingly nasty and rude ALL of the Frontier employees were to us when we hadn't done anything wrong. DON'T DO IT!!!

      My wife, *****, and travel with the same backpack for over ten years and never had any issues with the size for a personal item carry on. We have put them into the size bin and never incurred any charges. On the flight from ********* to *************, the gate agents announced every bag will be sized. Since they were personal bags, the items shifted to the bottom of the bag, as I was putting the bag into the bin, the gate agent said the it had to fit into the bin without any adjustment and rejected both our bags after a few seconds of putting into the bin. She was extremely rude and demeaning to two senior travelers. We both felt she was pushing because of our age and not allowing ** to put our backpacks in the bin She directed ** to the counter where the agent charge ** $198 for the bags. After we got back into the line, we were very upset with the discrimination that went back to counter to get a refund on the luggage and trip. The gate told ** he couldn't help, and said just don't get on the plane. I asked if would get a full refund, he replied that's not my department. With little faith we would actually get a refund, be boarded the plane. When we arrived in *************, we stopped and placed both of our backpacks unto the bin. The gate agent said it was approved to fly as personal items. I told her we were charged for both bags. She said to take pictures of the bags in the bin, which we did. Now we are requesting a refund. We do have pictures in *** airport with both bags fit into the bin. Frontier responded that it needed to be resolved at the airport's Frontier manager office before we left the airport. We did asked gate agents in *** and *** many times on the process to resolve this issue before we left the airport. Every agent said can only be done online. If they would of provided me with the correct information, we would have stopped at the Frontier managers office. I have read online that Frontier pays there gate agent $10 a bag for rejected bags.

      What this airline is doing should be illegal! People are put in a compromising position hours after hours. I've been on the road for 3 days instead of a 11 hour day and missed a wedding because they just cancelled ** out of a flight with no explain and delayed in *****. No reimbursement.

      Horrible airline, tons of hidden fees so claims that they have low fares are completely false after youve added the bare minimum services.No Wi-Fi or outlets on plane which may actually be the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard since were in 2023. They claim it allows them to charge lower prices which again is false after they ***** you for standard services.Would recommend flying any other airline, Spirit included, than Frontier as they truly dont understand how to run a business.
