1 starI travel a lot. My first experience was a disaster. I called to change my flight from a 14 hour trip to a 7 hour trip. I was made to pay the change fee of $99 in addition to the extra cost of the ticket, $149. My cousin gets to the airport and the ticket had the same 14 hour scheduled flight i paid to change. I called in and was told i had to pay an additional $99 fee to get on the shorter flight that i paid for the prior day. Why would I pay a change fee twice? The agent was so rude and belittling and would not transfer me to a supervisor. I spent over 35 minutes on the phone with this agent and the last 12 minutes begging to speak with a supervisor and I was denied that. He then told me to call back because he was not going to put me on with a supervisor. HE LIT**ALLY REFUSED TO PUT A SUP**VISOR ON THE ********* We had to spend more money to catch another flight with another airline. In addition Im getting married next year with a guest list of 200 and my travel agent has included a price package as Frontier being the airline for travel... I WILL BE CHANGING THIS AS OF THIS AFT**NOON. I have never felt so disrespected and mistreated by an airline like i have with Frontier. My family was traveling due to the death of a family member and to be met with such rudeness and confusion just made the situation even more harder to deal with resulting in me visiting the ** after being so overwhelmed with that phone call due to a spiked blood pressure because of the actions of Frontier and its rude representative. 1 starWatch out in buying tickets from Frontier's website. I was allowed to buy a ticket for a flight on its website and 20 minutes when I arrived at the airport and the Frontier clerk desk, I was told that I was too late. I ***** that I was only 45 minutes ahead of take-off, but the clerk never gave me my ticket and told me to ask for a refund through the website. After doing so two days later, I was told that since I never reached the airplane that I was considered a no-show and therefore, would not be refunded. I think that the clerks should have given me my ticket and let me try going through TSA to catch my flight. Instead Frontier's system let me buy a ticket knowing that I was going to be fully cheated out of my money.Review fromWendy C

1 starI was promised a full refund due to their last minute cancelation. I was told by one of their representative the full refund would be issued in **** business days, even received a confirmation number. Turns out she lied and only a partial refund was issued. 1 starI booked 3 flights between ******* ******* and ********** for business over the course of 2 weeks. Each experience was terrible. Not a single flight was close to being on time. No staff at the gates to pass information along and the one time a person was present they had no information and walked away when asked. I attempted to contact customer service which was also a nightmare and almost impossible to talk with a person. Finally after multiple attempts and being placed on hold for almost an hour I managed to speak with someone. They were unable to answer or address concerns so I requested a supervisor. Another 20 minutes later I finally spoke to a gentleman that stated he was a supervisor. I addressed the many concerns and absolutely poor customer services. He stated he will forward my complaint to the appropriate person I asked if I called during normal business hours if I can talk with someone else further up the chain of command, and also requested a callback from corporate. He stated that wasnt Necessary. It is grossly apparent that Frontier is operationally dysfunctional and there is little to no importance to the customer. Sitting in the airport it was very obvious that on each of these 3 occurrences the patrons of this airlines grew impatient and dissatisfied. Plus the apparent supervisor didnt even offer an apology. Terrible service, terrible communications, terrible support and from my perspective they dont care.Review fromRyan g

1 starHorrible flight bad experience never again. Wednesday 8/3 had a flight from *********** ** to ******* flight **** never showed up til 1145pm 8/3 making me late at ********* airport to catch my flight **** which was suppose to leave at ****pm Now your frontier supervisor name ****** was checking on putting me on another airline spirit. She clearly express her apologies for the plane never arriving in *********** on time telling me that she will pay for my flight from ********* to ******* but the next day at 12 noon and also offered me my refund back to me which I have her in video clearly telling me that and another customer. Now that I ask you guys for my refund now you guys dont know what Im talking about after I showed you the video over and over again. Now everybodys trying to push me aside like you did at the airport making me wait all day being a disabled veteran with no left foot having a wait for wheelchairs pushing me all over the airport from one guy to another because nobody wants to take responsibility and then after going to Spirit Airlines they want me to pay $285 after you said you would pay for the flight which is also on video Im sick and tired of being pushed around and the sad part is Im on dialysis and I miss my dialysis treatment because of you guys making me very sick and having to go to the emergency room from the airport trying to get back to make my 12 noon flight which was delayed five times in spirit which has nothing to do with you but youre the cause of the whole thing in the first place which is a reason why I want my $368 refund or a check sent to me to my address **************************************************************** ***************************. Since you like to push me around now its time to tell the Better Business Bureau about your services and the whole world what I went through as a disabled veteran and the only veteran in ************* that has two purple hearts from two different presidents thanks for the treatmentReview fromKari W

1 starFrontier made a offer to me that they would refund my flight after it was canceled being that it was the second time they change my flight which there is a recording of such promise. Now their customer service and customer relations dont want to honor the promise their supervisors gave to me and just want to say sorry you should not have been told that. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE especially when you left a disabled person at the gate and rendered them no assistance.Review fromIHSAN H

1 starI booked a flight with Frontier Airlines for Jun2022. I'm active duty and contacted Frontier in advance to determine how to secure military bags. The rep told me that active duty military are allowed 2 checked bags, 1 carry-on, and 1 personal item at no cost. The rep directed me to go to Frontier's website by clicking the link to purchase baggage (located in my email confirmation). He stated that I would be refunded the baggage cost at check-in once I presented my military ID. As instructed, I purchased my baggage online. However, when I arrived to the check-in counter, Frontier's check-in rep told me that I was misinformed by the previous rep, that I was supposed to present my ID at the ticket counter to have the baggage fees waived, and that they could not issue a refund. Instead, Frontier's check-in rep handed me a piece of paper with contact information necessary to get a refund. I contacted Frontier at the completion of my travel and was told that I would be refunded for the baggage cost. I later found that Frontier did not refund the full amount ($322). There remained a charge of $124 for 2 checked bags. When I contacted Frontier Airlines to dispute the charge, Frontier accused me of purchasing bags for the other non-military passenger traveling with me (which I did not as shown in my confirmation), of checking 4 bags, and told me that Frontier waives the cost of 2 bags per reservation - not per departing flight and returning flight. I stated that those details are not clear on flyfrontier.com and were not explained to me by any Frontier rep who assisted me. I then requested to speak with a Supervisor. The Supervisor stated that he understood my issue, but did not have system rights to refund the remaining amount. When I asked to speak with a Rep who did, he said no one could issue the full refund and that I would only be told the same info. After nearly 3hrs of back and forth, 4 reps, and multiple callbacks, I was transferred to a rep who issued the refund.Review fromTeresa M

1 starThey literally admitted they emailed me the incorrect date I land then STOLE my money AFTER emailing me Id get a credit, if I could afford a lawyer Id ***, but I get it, being robbed is actually the only consistently in my excruciating tumultuous disgusting life, so thx! 1 starHi BBB,On July 23, 2022, I bought a flight destined for ************ with take off on Friday Aug 5th, 2022 and a return flight on Aug 7th, 2022. I verified these dates and time, time and again before clicking pay on their smartfares website. A couple of days after, I found out that my flight itinerary was completely changed to departure Saturday Aug 6th (morning) and return Aug 6th (evening). I called to get it fixed and the lady on the phone told me I chose that date and time. She can only fix it after another payment. I called again on Sunday Aug 31th, another lady told me they're not responsible for the errors made by the website and so I have to pay $400 to get the dates and time fixed. This is ***. How could we allow such scammers operate in broad daylight and running a website? Please BBB, can I get my money back?Review fromMike H

1 starFrontier changed my flight time from 330pm to 6am without notifying me in any way. I only found out when I tried to check in the night before. After an hour on the phone arguing with stonewalling representatives, I got a refund, but I still had to get home somehow, so I had to book last-minute tickets with United for three times the cost. Never fly Frontier!
