      I was promised all these perks for opening there credit card none of it happened ever. No one knew how to link the card to the airlines so I ended up paying for the bags and disputing the charges but of course they refused to return my money I closed the card and will suffer the consequences on my credit report I have never dealt with such horrible customer service ever. 3 hours on chat for nothing they promised no fee till after first year they charged me right away. Absolutely the pits

      Im writing to share the incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience my family endured with Frontier Airlines on 6/5/25. We had a trip planned to celebrate my sons graduation and birthday, including a prepaid all-inclusive resort stay in ******. Instead, the experience turned into a nightmare due to Frontiers delays and complete lack of customer support.We were booked on Flight F9 2818 from ********* to ******, connecting to Flight F9 71 to ****** (Confirmation # QBKDTV). Our first flight was delayed over 3 hours, causing us to miss our connection. Even though the plane to ****** was still at the gate, Frontier agents would not let us board. We explained that we were late because of Frontiers own delay, but they refused to assist and offered no flexibility.From there, things got worse. We were told to go to the gate counter to rebook. There was one overwhelmed agent helping more than 200 stranded passengers. After waiting for two hours, she clocked out and left. No one replaced her. Another Frontier employee walked around flashing a QR code, telling us to use it to rebookbut the link didnt work. A airport staff (not with Frontier) finally helped us find our way out of the secure gate area and to the main ticketing counter. There, we waited another four hours in total disorganization. We rebooked our flight over the phone for the next day and were told to wait at the counter for meal and hotel vouchers. An agent told us the vouchers would be emailed within 30 minutes. It never arrived.Stranded in ******, we ended up paying out of pocket for hotel, food, and transportation. We also lost a full day of our vacation.This ordeal caused us financial loss, emotional stress, and ruined a milestone family celebration. Frontiers customer service was dismissive and failed to meet the basic standards promised in their **************** Plan. I hope they do the right thing and provide a full reimbursement.*****

      Frontier was the last minute option, since my flight was canceled, and it was the first and last time we flew with them, starting with, if you are not an American citizen, you cannot check in online and they charged us $ 25 per person to check in at the *************, the plane seats were very uncomfortable and with little space, all drinks and snacks have to be paid with the lowest price of $ 4.99, on our return, we had a delay of 1 hour, because a flight attendant in a very bad mood, decided to get off a passenger, because the man took his vape out of his pocket and called airport security, she couldn't even give him a warning because it was the first time, then when we landed we had an hour and a half on the runway to get off for reasons that we still don't know, first if there were more planes in the line and then if there was bad weather, And during all that time they didn't even give us water and there were more than 10 children on board, some with special needs. The truth is that not even the immigration officials knew why the plane was stopped on the runway for more than an hour and a half. A very bad experience.

      GoWild! All-You-Can-Fly Pass Buyer Beware: GoWild Pass is a Scam I regret to inform you that the GoWild Pass is nothing short of a scam. What I initially believed to be a fantastic bargain for frequent travelers like myself has turned out to be an utter deception.After an hour-long, frustrating search on June 21st, I found zero flights available under the GoWild Pass for any of the numerous destinations I checked. My search included:******* ***** ********* ******** ******, ****** ****** ********* ************* ****** *********** ********* ************ *********** ***** ******** *********** ********* ************* ***** ****** The promise of this pass is a cruel joke, and the inability to find a single redeemable flight makes it clear that this "deal" is designed to fleece unsuspecting customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid the GoWild Pass at all costs.Adding insult to injury, not only is the GoWild Pass a monumental rip-off with its non-existent flight availability, but I discovered that a popular third-party booking site was actually offering flights on Frontier Airlines at a cheaper price than what I, a supposed GoWild Pass member, could access directly through Frontier.This unequivocally confirms that the GoWild Pass is a deceptive marketing ploy, designed to lure in unsuspecting customers with false promises of cheap, unlimited travel, only to leave them stranded with an expensive, useless pass while better deals exist elsewhere. It's an absolute disgrace and a testament to how little Frontier Airlines values its "members."

      If I could leave a 0 star I would! This airline is the worst! My husband almost missed his father's funeral because they canceled the flight after delaying it twice! Then they don't fly out on other days! Then his return flight overbooked, cramped and delayed another 2 hours!! The compensated us half the ticket and a voucher that would not even get a one way flight!! My friends and family will never use this airline again!

      Worst airline ever! Kiosks didnt work so we had to wait in line to drop off our checked bags, (which we were already checked in and paid for). We got in line with three people ahead of us and they only had one lady working. By the time it was our turn she told us we were too late by TWO minutes to check in our bags and she would not let us send our bags even though we still had an hour until our flight. No way of getting ahold of a real person to at least get a refund for our checked bags and seats that we didnt even end up using.

      After trying the phone number that automatically hung up on me several times after directing me to their chat I waited in customer service chat for over 2hrs, confirming to the robot I was still there every 5 mins during that time. No agent ever joined the chat. Finally gave up.

      If i could rate them 0 stars I would. I was optimistic and trying not to belive all the bad reviews of the company but now i am a believer. Seats are hard and uncomfortable, flight attendants have attitudes with passengers. Our Flight to get from our destination was abruptly canceled the day of departure without any reasoning behind it. Only provided a $100 voucher to rebook but no accommodation for another flight, hotel if Needed or anything. We had to come out of pocket to switch to another airline/airport to get home since they ultimately were going to leave us there stranded, especially with their next flights out not for a few days. Looking to get a refund. Will never fly them again, if you do, fly at your own risk.
