      I know it feels like youre getting a low fare. By th time you tack on th bag, check in, carry on, price on seat it turns out better just to go with the other airlines. My anger comes from the little games like when I asked to be sat next to my wife, they said that if I dont pay for our seats the airline has to keep us separate. It even turned out that two seats next to ours were empty both ways. And they said, thats why you got such a good airfare. I dont know what they considered good, I paid about 800 for the two flights. Fly The Unfriendly Skies!Do yourself a favor, Read the reviews

      The worst airline experience ever! ???? My flight was delayed for 10 hours, and I only got an email the night before. Then, the morning of the flight, it was suddenly canceled to *********** with no warning or contact! I ended up wasting money on a hotel and car rental. Their customer service is TRASH! they dont have a working phone number, and the one they provide doesnt connect! They couldnt rebook us on any other flights, claiming none were available. Terrible service; this airline should shut down!

      Horrible customer service and business practices. Will never fly this airline again. This has nothing to do with a delay just overall experience in flying this airline.

      Woww nunca pens que existiera algo as.Frontier es lo peor que me ha pasado.Compr 4 boletos para mi familia en los que **** +700 dlares.Ellos ****aron con tiempo suficiente y les dijeron que el viaje haba salido ya y que tendran que comprar otro pasaje.Como no pude resolver ***** tuve que volver a comprar otros boletos pero con otra aerolnea.Esa tarde llam al terrible customer service pero no me daban solucin as que decid decirles que los iba a demandar con el departamento de vuelos de ***. Ellos decidieron darme un crdito por lo que yo haba pagado as que me pareci bien.Decid darle otra oportunidad a las tres semanas de ese evento y compr un boleto con ese crdito para una hermana que vena a visitarme. Cuando ella **** al aeropuerto le retrasaron 3 horas el viaje.Ella estuvo esperando, despus le cancelaron el viaje porque el avin estaba lleno. (Esto le pas a ms de ****************************************************************** hermana ya ***** documentado maleta) en fin, me toco comprar otro boleto con otra aerolnea ya que no solo le cancelaron, peor an!! Los dejaron a todos botados en otra ciudad (******) ya que era con una parada. Wowww era la primera vez que usaba esta basura. As qie definitivamente perder ese crdito de +700 dlares porque jams usara de nuevo esta aerolnea.

      Frontier Airlines: A Nightmare from Start to Finish!I wish I could leave them a Zero. This airline should close their doors. My family of 25 are extremely dissatisfied with Frontier Airlines. Our recent flight was a catastrophic experience from beginning to end.We arrived at the airport a generous three hours before our scheduled departure. To our astonishment, we received a text message a mere seven minutes after arriving, informing us of a flight delay from 2:20 PM to 5:00 PM. When we reached the Frontier counter, we were promised a food voucher, but finding a Frontier representative was akin to searching for a needle in a haystack. After much searching, we finally located an employee who promised to assist us after boarding her flight to ******. Needless to say, this promise was broken.Upon requesting a manager, we were met with rudeness and hostility. The manager adamantly claimed that vouchers were only provided for delays exceeding three hours, disregarding the ambiguity of whether that timeframe started from boarding time or departure time. Despite presenting Frontier's policy, which did not clarify this detail, the manager refused to budge. This airline charges for everything from selecting your seat, to check bags, carry-ons, priority boarding and boarding passes. Oh and if your luggage is over by 4 lb that's 75 additional dollars.Our group of 25 individuals is appalled by the lack of customer service and the blatant disregard for passenger welfare demonstrated by Frontier Airlines. We will NEVER choose this airline again and strongly advise others to do the same.

      A horrible night mare of a trip. Nobody should use Frontier Airlines . I fell twice in the airport. I was in a wheelchair and they changed gates on us. The one who pushed my wheelchair left. I tried walking with the wheelchair and fell. My knees are still sore. My husband lost his computer in security . He had to pay ****** to get it back . They over charged on luggage and carry ones. They are a horror show

      This never fails. Once gain flight delayed. I keep telling myself not to ever fly frontier yet I take a chance. This truly is my mistake to use frontier. My original flight was at 6pm and I paid $94 extra to change my flight to an earlier flight leaving at 3:49PM from ************ to *****. That flight got changed to my actual flight time which was 6pm. I walked up to the counter and asked the agent would my change fee be reimbursed because the flight is still leaving at the original time. The agent was very unprofessional and very loudly and rudely said no sir you changed the flight thats on you. Ridiculous customer service. I have been at the airport since 11:00AM because unpaid extra $94 on top of my original ticket cost and yet still leaving at the original time at 6. You should be reimbursed my ticket cost plus the additional $94 change cost. This has happened every single time I flew frontier and this is unacceptable to us. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AGAIN!!!!!!They responded back and saying that this is my fault for changing to an earlier flight and we cannot refund the amount. If you guys are reading this boycott Frontier and let them go bankrupt

      I would give it a zero if I Could. Upon trying to check in to the first time I flew with Frontier The representative asked for my reservation and if I had a carry-on bag. I answered yes and he proceeded to ask me for my credit card. He immediately swiped the card and said that is $99 for the carry-on. I told him that I did not want to pay $99 and my daughter would take my luggage with her, and that I was not gonna take it on the plane. I asked for that charge to be reversed it back to my credit cards since I was not taking a luggage with me. He said he couldnt reverse it and called The manager. I asked the manager to reverse the transaction and he said that I had to request a refund online . I was not happy customer at this time, but proceeded to file the online claim. After much back-and-forth, they declined the refund of the $99 even though I never carried the bag on the plane. Make sure they explain everything before you give them your credit card will not be flying with frontier ever again.

      When my husband initially booked our flights and paid for our seats , as soon as we got to the counter they immediately changed our seats 10 rows further then where we were supposed to sit.
