      I wish I could leave 0 stars!! Theyre by far the worst airline or company I have EVER dealt with. They delayed my grandmother and little brothers flight 3 times, ***** stated she could put a note for a meal voucher since she does not have the ability to provide one and my brother would just need to let the woman at the gate know so that he and my grandmother could eat. The woman at the gate then stated they do not deal with that and the representative ***** absolutely has the power to do so and should have emailed it. When calling back to frontier I spoke with ***** about this issue, she stated she could not do anything so I asked to be transferred to an higher power to discuss this. She said theyre unavailable and therefore I requested a corporate number. The corporate number was FAKE! I dont know what this company has going on but they are SHADY!!!! I would LOVE a refund I have blocked them from my bank because they are scary scammers.. please anyone who wants to fly with them DONT you WILL be disappointed..

      If i could leave a score of zero, I would. We paid for our bags online when we booked the flight. At the airport, we visited the kiosk, printed our tags and proceeded to the bag drop. We were then told we only paid for one bag, even though our app showed we had paid for two bags. They made us pay an additional $104 for the second bag. Never flying this airline ever again.

      Worst airline Ive ever flown with. I received a notice that my entire flight was changed resulting in a 8hr delay. No help or adjustment. Employees are rude and not helpful at all. Especially at the *************. Not friendly at all.

      If I can leave zero start I will leave. But system not allow me thats why I leave one star. May 4, 2025 i had a flight from ********* to ****. And because of huge line in the security check and control my backpack twice in the security, i reach to gate D18 at 5:19 instead of 5:16 and flight was 5:36 PM and its departed 5:22 PM. And Frontier Airlines associates send me back to ticketing office. They sell it to me another ticket with $130 for next day May 5, 2025. Next day i arrive to airport more early and i reach to the gate and i found flight has been delayed to 6:00 PM instead of 5:36 PM. They start boarding around 5:30 PM and flight should started in 6:00 PM but Im still in the plane and flight didnt started while the time is 6:15 PM. Previous day they cost me $130 and flight started 14 minutes early and because of that i miss my flight and I couldnt go my work on Monday and I lost also $560 earnings on my work. Plus $130 new ticket cost and second day there is a delay from Frontier Airlines and nobody paying any extra because of this delay. Its not fair

      WARNING stay away from frontier airlines. their customer service is horrible. Purchasing tickets from their online service was much more difficult then any other airline I have ever booked with and then when we got to the airport we waited in the checkin line for two hours and ended up missing our flight becuse they where under staffed and then the agent at the desk wouldn't give us a refund or another flight. She said that needs to be done online but their online claims does not offer a refund for missed flights. So I would never recommend Frontier airlines to anyone. They may offer cheap flights but you get what you pay for. I would give them zero stars

      The Frontier Airlines Go Wild Pass is almost impossible to use. The airline provides no assistance, and it seems to be a borderline scam.

      Lots of trouble their mobile app. It didnt allow to upload the documents for an international fly which are required to be able lo check in. This happened going and coming from my trip.

      Absoluetly Horrible. Got the confirmation for tickets for two people, i still have proof. Agent name **** Loit said we only pay for one.....Absolutely liar..so disgusted
