      Frontier employee decided to close the gates early to an international flight while several people were lined up to board the plane. We had trouble pulling up our e-ticket do to lack of service, but instead of waiting until 5:44am to close the doors at it stated on the boarding pass she closed the doors at 5:40am. 18 people ended up missing this flight.

      I paid to upgrade my seat but was denied the overhead bin above it. I was told it was reserved for seat oneeven though it was directly above my assigned seat. Meanwhile, others who didnt pay for upgrades freely used overhead space nearby. If this is policy, it should be clearly stated and applied to everyone equally. When I calmly questioned this, a flight attendant named ******* continued to engage with me after I told her I was speaking to my wife. She then called security. **** approached and claimed I was undermining their authority. When I asked for an example, none was given. I was warned that if there were any more issues, Id be removed from the flight. I did not yell, use profanity, or behave aggressively. I simply asked why I wasnt allowed access to what I paid for, and why others were. The response I received felt like an attempt to silence a legitimate concern rather than address it. Im requesting a full explanation of your policy on overhead bin use for upgraded seats, a refund for the upgrade I was denied the full benefit of, and a review of how the crew handled the situation.

      We had the worst experience from rude flight attendants, I was given a meal voucher and had to report to my bank because they made excuses for my refund. Delays in ****** 3 times. You cant get through to anyone when you call and the wait time is hours to speak with anyone. ******** customer service. They promise but dont follow through.

      Had a flight in December they lost our luggage. Had to buy clothing and essentials for 2 days until they found our luggage and returned it to us. After numerous chords fondants with customer service we were assured that we'd get a reimbursement for our expenditures, now 6 months has gone by and we still have not received any reimbursement and they have stopped answering any emails and it's impossible to talk to them by phone. They have absolutely no customer service!!!

      My flight was denied well more than one hour before boarding due to a sudden, uncommunicated policy that required checking bags three hours before the flightfar beyond the usual one-hour rule for domestic flights.The airline made us purchase completely new tickets and pay fees for a later flight. The staff were specifically rude and unresponsive. It's important for fellow travelers to be cautious about this Airline. I will never fly with them again.update: it seems that they had oversold their seats so they just intentionally denied us for this reason.

      Flight F9-1068, originally scheduled to depart on May 2, 2025. I and many other passengers boarded the plane and remained seated for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes before we were instructed to deplane. At that point, we were informed the flight was delayed until 9:30 a.m. on May 3, 2025, which was subsequently delayed to 11:45 a.m., and then again until 1:00 p.m., when we finally departed.Adding insult to injury, Frontier Airlines has denied providing any refund or travel credit, citing that passengers had boarded the plane and therefore the initial delay does not qualify under your policy. This rationale is extremely disappointing and feels like a manipulation of technicalities to avoid compensating passengers for a major inconvenience. It is especially frustrating given the total delay extended well beyond 12 hours from the original scheduled departure.

      worst airline experience. We new a family of 6, my husband and I and our 4 kids, we booked months in advance a trip to ** for spring break and the day of our flight we get to the airport 2.5 hrs ahead and we just saw all lanes closed with a note saying the flight was ************ emails or text provided prior. and no representative at the gate to talk to the customers. We had to be on hold for 1 hr and we were told we only had 2 options or get a full refund or wait another 2 days for flight to our destination. we were so frustrated that we had to find last minute flight on a busy spring break time of the year for 6 ppl that cost us 3 times what we originally paid for and cost us 17 hrs of flight and 3 stops to get to our destination one day later and we lost one entire day of our hotel and our vacation. we were devastated specially traveling with small children.never will book with this airline again, the little savings the offer at time of booking doesn't composite the poor company management and customer frustration. All they did was to offer $60 voucher for future flights only good for 90 days. Like if that $60 would compensate the ***** extra expenses we accrued to get to our destination and all the frustration and extra stops and lost of vacation time. very unhappy

      I wish I could leave 0 stars!! Theyre by far the worst airline or company I have EVER dealt with. They delayed my grandmother and little brothers flight 3 times, ***** stated she could put a note for a meal voucher since she does not have the ability to provide one and my brother would just need to let the woman at the gate know so that he and my grandmother could eat. The woman at the gate then stated they do not deal with that and the representative ***** absolutely has the power to do so and should have emailed it. When calling back to frontier I spoke with ***** about this issue, she stated she could not do anything so I asked to be transferred to an higher power to discuss this. She said theyre unavailable and therefore I requested a corporate number. The corporate number was FAKE! I dont know what this company has going on but they are SHADY!!!! I would LOVE a refund I have blocked them from my bank because they are scary scammers.. please anyone who wants to fly with them DONT you WILL be disappointed..

      If i could leave a score of zero, I would. We paid for our bags online when we booked the flight. At the airport, we visited the kiosk, printed our tags and proceeded to the bag drop. We were then told we only paid for one bag, even though our app showed we had paid for two bags. They made us pay an additional $104 for the second bag. Never flying this airline ever again.
