    I purchased a wireless breast pump for my wife as she is breastfeeding. The pump was purchased from Target. Upon attempting to use the pump, it was determined that the breast pump was defective. This was confirmed by a lactation specialist who attempted to assist my wife in using the pump. We attempted to return the pump to Target, but Target refused to accept the return. Target directed us to the manufacturer of the pump, MomCozy. I communicated with MomCozy regarding the defective item. MomCozy directed me to return the item to their warehouse in order to receive a refund. MomCozy refused to pay for shipping or assist in the return of the item. I paid $17 to send the item back to MomCozy in addition to the $111 I paid for the item itself. The item is now in MomCozy's possession, but MomCozy is dragging its feet in issuing me a refund.

    I purchased a breast pump from this company. I tried to cancel it prior to delivery, but could not. Upon delivery, I tried repeatedly to contact them by email and phone for a return. I finally did and complied with all return protocols. I have not received my refund. I cannot get a response.

    I purchased a maternity pillow from Mom Cozy and the quality is very sub par. Since the day it was received I have tried to reach the company by phone and it is nearly impossible to reach them. I have called within business hours on multiple days of the week, left voicemails, tried their live chat and email. Where the tag was sewn onto the product, there is a hole that has just grown larger and large with use. I tried addressing it earlier but no response. I would like either a refund that would fully replace a new cover and shipping , or would like a complete refund of the product. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer support offered by this company.

    We received a broken momcozy breast pump for our baby shower, it was brand new out of the box and we noticed when we turned it on that it sounded like a rattle was coming from the pump and it sounded like it wasnt working properly. so we tested it and it was in fact not working properly. we reached out to momcozy customer service and all phones are down, we got hung up on 3 times. we have tried all resolution and nothing is getting through to them. this is extremely frustrating as we are trying to feed our child.

    I bought a momcozy s12 pro double breast pump from Momcozy through their amazon storefront on February 26th. Within a month, it lost suction on one of the motors. I emailed their support and didn't receive a response. So, I called their customer support. They said since I had ordered through Amazon I needed to go through Amazon. When I go through Amazon it takes me to the momcozy support website. I paid ******. Order number is 111-2023100-0222625

    I ordered three bras from MomCozy. They are too small. I have sent SEVERAL emails to ********************************** for sizing advisement and an exchange. I have gotten no response. I have called all phone numbers I found for them online. I left them multiple voicemails and still no response. Please help me get an exchange for my bras. My order number is JJ253738. Thank you.

    I purchased two nursing bras and an S12 pump on May 15. The next day I was charged an international transaction fee which I disputed because I live in the **. Then I tried the tracking number provided but it didnt work. I received the bras on May 20 and asked about the pump and tracking number. They havent provided me with a working tracking number but claim they sent the pump with the bras. I have asked for a working number at least 3 times in our interactions.

    I placed an order that arrived December 2nd, and did not open until December 28. The item was NOT the same quality and construction of item I previously ordered, and I requested a return. I was sent a link to a page with a 7-day return policy that does not exist on their support page, nor is it listed at time of purchase. Their support page states items can be returned for a full refund if unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, which my items are. I would like a refund of my money for the poor quality items I received.
