    I ordered a breast pump from Momcozy. The pump quality is horrible. I have another pump as well but wanted a hands free one. I get half of the amount using the momcozy and its a waste of time and money. Ive been trying to contact them for three days to return it and they just contacted me back and said its not returnable. Their website very clearly states that it IS returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. I contacted them to return it on the 6th day so I had time to return it!Very greasy business and I want to return this and get my money back. Attaching proof of their return policy from their website. Thanks!

    I purchased the new m1 breast pumps in July 2022. I used them for just over 3 weeks when one of the pumps overheated after 25 minutes of use while I was wearing it. It started speeding up, then slowing down, then cycled through all of the modes (massage, expression, massage and expression). I could not get the pump to turn off no matter what I did. When I took the pump off it was incredibly hot to the touch. It automatically turned off after 30 minutes, and about ******************************************** touching it. Again, I couldnt get it to turn off. It continued to cycle through different speeds and modes until it completely burned out. I do not want a replacement. I do not want a refund. I simply want them to fix this problem before someone gets seriously injured from the motors overheating.

    I purchased the mom cozy s12 on March 31st. First of all it took 8 weeks to arrive (not the issue) now less than three months later the buttons on one of the pumps has stopped working. I reached out to the companies customer service and they said since its outside of their warranty period (7 days) the best they can do is offer me a 50% discount on a new pump.
