      I contacted North Fave customer service and explained and issue I had with my north face Nuptse jacket that occurred while I was walking my dog. I simply bent forward to pick up my dog and the right arm ripped (as if there was a defect in the jacket). There was no abrasion, no damage that occurred from west and tear the jacket simply ripped at the arm. The customer service representative told me this would be covered under warranty (explained the lifetime warranty details to me) and sent over the warranty form. I filled it out And paid to have the jacket shipped. I received an email confirming the jacket was received and I would be informed whether my jacket could be repaired or if there would be an option for replacement. A few weeks later I received a contradictory letter in the mail from the north face claiming my jacket is not covered under warranty (how if this jacket is only 2 years old, rarely worn and has ****TIME warranty). I have 2 other nuptses that *** had for years and never had any such issue. I assumed this had to have been some type of manufacturing issue with poor quality on this jacket. Every time Ive called northface to get further details there is a recording stating they are understaffed due to covid and no one is available to assist. Its now been weeks, with no response and no jacket? I now have no jacket and I just lost $320 because your team did not return it. Im highly disappointed in such poor customer service from a company I purchase so much of my winter and outdoor gear from. I have never used warranty and I explained my issue and was told by a north face customer service representative that this is covered under the **** TIME WARRANTY. If they choose to not cover damage due to defective items, why offer lifetime warranty? Im also extremely confused as attached documents from then northface that claim it was repaired. Can someone actually help?

I contacted customer service the next day and they said they could not give me a refund. I spent approximately $339.94 and i want my refund for my missing package.

      I have placed an online order from North Face (my first time) and received my item without issue. However I changed my mind and returned the item without opening the package of the jacket. My return has been delivered back to the warehouse last week, however my return has still not been processed and no refund has been issued. Order #A2170657, Return tracking: ********************** (FedEx)I just want my return be processed ASAP as I am out of $800 now and I need this money to cover my living expenses. Thank you

      I ordered a coat through The North Face website. Order Number A0942845. I was emailing back and forth customer service because I never received my package. They offered to reship the item or issue a refund. I told them I was able to find another coat at the north face outlet store and chose to issue a refund. I went out of the state after that and thought they issued the refund but now Im looking back at my bank statements and never received a refund. I posted email receipts below being offered the refund

      I purchased a ski outfit for my wife on 2/10/23 from Northface land she wore it once - not even to ski; just to test it out on a cold, snowy day. In less than 2 hours, the seams at the bottoms of the pants began to degrade and she was frozen. It felt like it had no wind protection whatsoever. I brought it back for a warranty claim to the Northface in **** Village, ****, ******** (141 ****************************************************), and Northface refused to accept the return, stating it doesn't stand behind its products *********. I was shocked. This is supposed to be performance apparel for athletes. If a ski outfit can't stand up to a short hike at the base of a mountain, how could you trust it to actually ski in? Appalled Northface won't stand by its products given it warrants their performance for 2 years, supposedly - false advertising. This outfit hasn't even been skied in. Thank you.

      January 30, 2023 The North Face order #: TU155557, Lasership tracking is 1LSCYFB00985278, amount is $313.56, this order was not received, The North Face did not want to refund it or resend the merchandise and just ask me to dispute my own credit card. The North Face did not care and one of the representative just disconnected the call and I have to try calling many times. They did want to deal with the problem.

      This complaint is for order # CA149094 as I purchased a jacket from North Face and spent ****** CAD for it on 06/01/2023.I had to return the jacket as the North Face company sent me the WRONG jacket which were totally different from what I ordered.that retuned reached the warehouse on 15/01/2023 and since then I called numerous times and ask for the refund of the jacket as it was so pricy.I am out of ****** CAD from my pocket and been waiting for the refund for almost a month now for a reason that I had no fault in it.please North Face representative if you are reading this claim , issue me the money ASAP.

      Right after Christmas, we ordered a coat (Order# A1867647). We received the coat and it was just too big. We utilized the Return process found on the North Face website and printed off the return label and dropped it off at the *********** as directed. That was on January 10. When we look up the tracking number that we were given at the ***** it still says 'moving through the system', two weeks later. I finally went to the *********** where I dropped it and she says it made it to the **** warehouse, but from there a 3rd party is supposed to pick it up. Basically she said it is out of her hands and there is nothing she can do. I then called North Face customer service and she said the same thing. So my $325 coat is just lost and no one wants to do anything about it.I want a refund, but in the meantime I would just like a way to know where my coat is. Who is the 3rd party responsible for delivering it back to you all, and how can I track it?

      I actually got the refund later the same day that I made this complaint, so Thank You. 

      My biggest issue is once we dropped it at the ************ we lost the ability to track it and no one seemed to be able to tell me if our package had made it to you all, leading us to believe it had been lost.

      Purchases two different sizes in Denali Hoodie jacket. Received them a few days apart from one another. I returned both of them seperate packages. The one was refunded the other still has not been refunded its been over a month and my tracking number shows it was delivered to them. Customer service states they have not received or processed my return still and offers no other help.
