Order #CA146435. I purchased a jacket on January 2, 2023. I bought this jacket for $470.39. I purchased this jacket as a parting gift for a family member who is going out of the country for a couple of years. However, I still have not received this order. I even paid extra for shipping hoping that I could receive this order without any problems. I should have received this order over a week ago and after contacting North Face multiple times I was told that I could not be refunded since they believe it was delivered without any proper evidence. I would also like to state that I am disabled and have to use a wheelchair to move around. Just to make sure North Face did not deliver to the wrong address I had to go to my neighbour's houses to check whether they have seen the package when there was a rain storm. All I would like at this point is a refund since I have lost $470.39 and North Face without any care for their customers has not resolved this for me. This has left me very stressed and disappointed for the last week and now I will not be able to give my gift to my family member before they leave. This experience with North Face has left a sour taste in my mouth and I most likely will not ever go back to purchase anything.Business Response

Im trying to get an explanation with my order I will still do not have my order I speak to a supervisor, and he tell me that they gave me a $20 gift card but it is not solving my problem now getting my package so basically he tried to buy me off in chain conversation many times I speak to a manager he doesnt get enough solution to my situation. I placed an order for an item from The North Face and received an email saying its shipped and on the way dec 21. With 2 day shipping I expected this to get here before Christmas. I originally thought because of the recent snowstorm is what caused the big delays. fast forward to even after the new years/holidays and the order is still showing it the same thing it has been since 12/21, that the package is awaiting carrier pickup. Can someone explain to me that after 2 full weeks wh y have not even received a simple update on a product that I have paid for and have been already TOLD that it has shipped. I give them a call today only for them to explain that the package was lost/stolen! Was north face going to explain or tell me any of this or was I just supposed to forget I ordered something from them? The customer rep was friendly and helped me but told me they dont even have the color I ordered in stock anymore. If someone had actually notified me of what was going on then I couldve had time to at least get it reordered. Now I cant even give the specific gift to the person who wanted it because of Norths Face unruly incompetence. This is genuinely some of the worst customer support/handling I have ever dealt with. Purchased a mens jacket November 10, 2022 while on vacation at The North Face store in *********** **. This was a holiday gift. Jacket is too small and need to exchange. Contacted North Face December 26 via email requesting to conduct an exchange via shipping. Email response from North Face was that I needed to return to a North Face store, nearest store is over three hours away. I did contact local stores that carry the brand and one asked their rep/buyer and they stated unable to accept a return, again I need to go to a North face store. North Face has not responded to my email from December 27 stating this is unacceptable and I am filing a complaint. Return deadline is January 6th. And there is no way I will be able fit an 8 hour trip to a north face store into my schedule prior. Plus weather and road conditions in ********* this time of year are unpredictable making travel unsafe.Business Response

The North Face warranty department received Mr. ******* jacket on November 2, 2022, for a requested warranty repair. On that same day,the jacket in question was returned to the address provided by the customer on their claim form. ********************** is in receipt of the delivery notice and photograph from ***** showing that the package was delivered to the proper address on November 5, 2022. To the extent that the customer did not receive the jacket, it is now a matter between them and the delivery carrier, and we recommend that the customer reach out to ***** to determine where the jacket is at present.We hope that this matter can now be closed.

order number CA106301 on 2022-12-02 I purchased a north face puffer jacket as a Christmas gift for my brother and me on 2022-12-06 I received an email saying my package was delivered but I didn't receive it at all which was weird so I generally thought that was package was delayed so I waited over a week and I still hadn't received anything so I contacted the live chat and they didn't even help me at all just told to call to get my issue resolved and when I called a rep took all the info and said she's going to start a package trace and I would expect a follow-up within 7 days and 12 days passed I called back and they told me they're still investigating and they just hung up the phone on me at this point in just absolutely done and I just want my money back to take my business elsewhere for a jacket, because this was over a $451.99 jacket and it's lost and I'm not getting any helpBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: the business did not make several attempts to contact me that was just an exaggerated lie and I can show proof also of the amount of times they tried to contact me. I send them all the information which they asked for and about a day later I received an email saying they cannot provide a replacement or reimbursement, even though the package wasnt even signed in my name, and the business acknowledge this, but they dont care and they were quick to jump to the point of me disputing the charges which is absolutely ridiculous and they didnt even bothered to assist me properly in the first place to assist me properly I just want the business to return my money and I just want to take it my business elsewhere because this jacket was supposed to be a gift for my brother for Christmas and now I am out of $450 and I dont even have a jacket
