I turned in a jacket to North Face Outlet at ****************** in ******* ********** on 11/22/2023 for a Warranty Repair/Replacement. I was told that it would take a few weeks as it was the holidays, which I understood. Since then I have not heard back from North Face and never received my item back or a gift card for replacement. I contacted North Face customer service and gave them all my information, name/address/phone number/email and they said they didn't have any record of me or my item. I decided to return them because they are not what I expected so the trader created the return label on 8th Mar. and I returned it on 11th March. Hello,I purchased 9 items from the North Face official website on February 6, 2024. Because of the size problem, I returned the entire order. I used the return label provided by the customer service agent to put the 9 items in a large box and returned them. But so far I have only received refunds for three items,Whenever I contact them to discuss this issue, their customer service supervisor always tells me that the warehouse staff only scanned three items and they will issue a refund once the other 6 items are scanned. They tell me that if I don't want to wait, I can contact the bank. Disputing the transaction, I have the return receipt and the return tracking information says the weight is 10 pounds, there is no way it was just three items, North Face's return service has always been very good. Now I don't know what happened. I request you to contact the warehouse staff to process the refund for the remaining 6 items as soon as possible. Thank you!Business Response

I sent my jacket to The North Face warranty department in ****** ** for repair in December. The jacket was delivered 1/2/24. The repaired jacket was never returned to me. I contacted the warranty department and was informed they had no record of receiving the jacket. Tracking shows the jacket was delivered to their warranty center. September 24, 2023 I placed an order with the north face. I ended up returning the entire order. The total of this order was $1938.59. The return got sent to their warehouse and I never got refunded. I contacted multiple times and was told they had a huge outage resulting in them not refunding me and told me to wait. Its been months since this incident and I still have yet to be refunded. They told me to dispute with my bank but I cant because its passed the 60 day timeframe from when I can start a claim with the bank. I was told multiple times to keep on waiting and that my refund was coming but nothing has happened. I need my money back. They havnt resolved this at all and this is very unfair. Hi I called them to ask for my refund after its been returned back to them and delivered and also signed! They keep telling me 3-5 business days and its been back at their warehouse since February 6th I still havent got my refund of 724$ I returned both jackets after not getting my first order then they send me a replacement then I got a return label to return that as I already went in store and bought it for a friends birthday. I placed an order from The North Face Renewed on Jan 29, ****. Immediately when I found out that I wouldn't be in town to receive the product upon delivery, I searched for their phone number to call and cancel my order as I wanted to be around to receive it so it was not lost or stolen. (I saw some videos on nextdoor about theft in my neighborhood.) Not being able to find TNF renewed phone number, I emailed ASAP requesting a cancellation. There was ample time between when I sent my email and until my order history showed the order as "shipped" for them to be able to intervene. Two days later I got a reply saying, item is shipped, that I can start a return by visiting the return page, and another message that if package is stolen after delivery, neither ***** nor TNF Renewed can be held responsible and you may not receive a refund. None of this was articulated on their website and the most frustrating thing is the inability to reach them. I don't have a lot of money as a student and I wanted to invest in a simple jacket, that too, a used one via their renewed initiative, and I am hugely disappointed for their lack of care for customers - and for making it IMPOSSIBLE for us to reach a customer representative real-time via phone to address issues like these. I cannot believe that for a purchase under $100, for a used gear, they cannot help someone like me out.Customer Answer
