12/23/2023 Went to the north face store @ **************** now called ********* Mall bought a mans thermoball, in store purchase, I returned it in store same store I bought it from on Jan 3,**** with receipt and tags it is brand new not worn, I bought it through KLarna App, Ive reported return to KLarna they said they are waiting for The North Face store to register the return and refund KLarna so KLarna can refund me and stop future payments.I followed the return process with ****** and the North Face, The investigation that KLarna did say is they are waiting on the north face to respond and refund.The north face is not trying to refund me or KLARNA and their return policy is horrible, they have no accountability when it comes to refunds I keep getting told by the north face store to call Klarna for my refund and when I call Klarna they tell me to call the north face store to inquire about the registration of the refund so they are passing me back-and-forth to each other since January 3, ****, I need resolution and my money refunded ASAP And I need all future payments to stop because the item was returned.Below, I uploaded a copy of the refund receipt to the North face store.Business Response

I purchased two pairs of ********************** boots for my children on 1/15/24. They wore them once and their feet were soaked. They are not waterproof as advertised. The policy states that unworn items can only be returned. However, my intention was to keep them if the boots were waterproof as advertised. I called the store I purchase them and was told that I can take them back, so I did on 1/30/24. While at the store I was told that because they had been used I couldnt return them and was give the phone number to customer service. **************** said they can only offer me warranty service and that I would have to ship the boots to have northface make them waterproof. This is false advertisement if they arent waterproof to begin with. I decline this as this is leaving my children without boots as there is no timeframe. **************** then took my info and said they would share it with the district manager to inquire if they can help me resolve this. This is very unfortunate that customers have to go through all of this when your product has failed as you advertised it to be.Business Response

On 09/26/23, I purchased a North Face denali fleece, black in color, men's size small via the Dick's ******** Goods website. However, I have not actually worn it until this weekend as it has not been cold enough for it until now. I almost immediately noticed that the left pocket zipper will NOT open. It is literally stuck closed. Both my boyfriend and myself tried to get it to open, thinking maybe it was just caught on the fabric, but it is not. Neither of us could get it to open. I paid $200 for this jacket (total of $189.90), so I am NOT impressed by this serious flaw from what is supposed to be a high quality company. I would like this jacket replaced immediately. I have attached my proof of purchase from ****'s ******** Goods as well as a photo of the inside tag of the jacket. I also have a video showing that this zipper will not open, but I was unable to attach it to this complaint. I need this replaced ASAP as I have many travel plans coming up and need to have this jacket to take with me. Also, if you have this jacket available in a men's extra small, I would appreciate that as well as the small is a bit baggier on me than I would prefer. Hello,I bought my daughter (sophomore) a back from amazon JanSport. on July 26,2023. The school year was already started and she couldn't decide on the back pack. We went with this one because i was telling her how I had a JanSport in highschool and they lasted forever. Boy was I wrong! I asked for a warranty claim.. they told me I have to send in her back pack, pay for that shipping. (now we are backpack less). out more money for shipping. Takes 4 weeks for it to be fixed and sent back! What is she supposed to do for 4 weeks? They have yet to respond. They are a major retailer... there should be no reason for this!Business Response

They are still requiring me to send in the back pack. Pay for the shipping. And I still have to pay for a new back pack for my kid.
They do not realize how much of an inconvenience this has been. No care to remedy the problem. Its a multimillion dollar company. Im sure sending my daughter a replacement is not too much to ask. This is just unbelievable. Im so disappointed!

I purchased a North Face Carto Triclimate Jacket size Medium for women in December 2023. It was purchased from a third-party website in ****** and was a final sale item.I believe that I was misinformed by the sizing chart provided by North Face and the sizing information was inaccurate which led me to make the wrong purchase decision of size Medium.The sizing chart suggests that a size medium should fit a waist circumference between 73 cm and 78 cm. However, when this jacket is laid flat and its width at the waist measures to a whooping 106 cm!My waist is 67 cm, and all this extra room around the waist area creates a huge amount of dead space between my waist and the jacket. Which means cold air gets in freely around my waist and this jacket doesnt hold much warmth at all. I chose size medium instead of small because my bust circumference is 92 cm, and only a size Medium with a suggested bust circumference between 91 cm and *************************************** no way could I have imagined that the waist would actually fit someone with a waist circumference thats much wider than whats suggested.I have reached out and explained the situation to North Face ****** customer service and inquired if they could help me with exchanging this jacket for a jacket which would fit better around my waist. The response I got back was, very conveniently, that they dont process exchanges but only process returns and since I didnt purchase the jacket from the North Face, they cant do anything about it.Through this response, I see a brand which doesnt stand behind its product. For some reason I have to stomach the negative consequences when the product sizing suggestion was so inaccurate and I strongly feel that Im practically being punished by this jacket for having an athletic body type when cold air just continuously gushes into this jacket.Initial Complaint

I never received my north face order #A4103867. When I contacted the north face about it representatives ended the conversation on me twice. Im extremely bothered at the lack of disregard for customer complaints. This order was NOT delivered to the main apartment building as it should have been but instead tracking states package was delivered to other and there was a photo taken from *** of a package that was left under a sign that specifically states Do not leave packages here 1 step away from the edge of a very busy street on the corner of a 4 way intersection. Now because of bad business practices and careless delivery drivers Ive lost over $275. Its clear as day I did not receive my order and its was left in an inappropriate location yet I can not get any assistance from the north face. Its unbelievable the lack of effort that was put forward to help with a resolution. I will not be suggesting the north face to anyone moving forward after this horrible experience Ive gone through.Business Response
