I ordered the book "Goriilaz Art ***** on December 13th 2021, but I havent received it yet.December 13, 2021:Ordered the book from the website May 19, 2022:The company "Z2 comics" said they would let me know if they ready to send.September 30, 2022:I contacted support center since the book had not arrived.October 5, 2022:Customer center told me that they had sent to their ***** distributor about my order.Since then, I have not replied from them even I contacted them again.Customer Answer

I purchased from z2 comics in march of 2021 for a pre order for April 6th. I hadn't gotten any messages about it being shipped out, so i emailed customer support April 30th. I recived a reply May 3rd saying they were having production issues due to covid, and would release at the end of May. I sent multiple more emails in June, August, September, October and November of 2021, then May, June, August and September of 2022 and each time I was told they were still having issues finding a place to produce the statue they were supposed to be sending out....a small statue.... I requested a partial refund but they refused saying it wasnt possible to split the cost. I sent them another message at the beginning of 2023 and got the same exact messages as before. I demand a full refund this last time beacause I have been dealing with this for way to long, but haven't heard back. The reason I'm reporting them now is because I was giving them some slack cause of covid, but their entire social media page is filled with people making the same complaints on different products, and there is no way they are still having this much supply issues still. I purchased the ****** tree super delux version for $199.99 and only recived the vinyl and the comic book, they have yet to send out the statue.Customer Answer

I preordered a product from this company in March of 2020 with promises to be delivered within the year. The dates are continuously delayed and communicating with this company is terrible, vague answers when you get the rare reply. *** asked for my money back numerous times over the past 2 years. Only to receive an incomplete order with another promise of the complete order to be fulfilled at a date TBD Again asked for a refund and was given a return label. Purchased "Self Defense Family: Run the Dungeon-Deluxe Edition" 11/07/2021 for $102.28 order # ***** I have yet to received the vinyl record.I reached out by email on these dates:03/07/2022 10:53am 04/23/2022 12:30pm 07/02/2022 8:49am 12/11/2022 9:35am 12/15/2022 9:39am by instagram on these dates:12/16/2022 10:31am 12/29/2022 11:51am only received auto responses or vague answers on status, including a "but youre not the only customer who has messaged support about this vinyl" (that doesn't help)i've been waiting over a year. I pre-ordered a comic book in April 2022, which was supposed to arrive in June. It never arrived and I didnt receive a notification. I emailed Z2 comics and they said it was delayed, so I decided to wait a little longer. I then emailed them again a few months later and they said it wouldnt be available until April 2023, so I asked for a refund. They responded and said they could give me my money back, and they cancelled my order. Purchased The Illustrated Al on September 11, 2022 for $99.99 and was to ship in November. Then they changed date to Dec. 5th. Nothing sent and no response from company. Hello I ordered and paid in full for a special box containing items from the band Pantera for my sister . It was due out in Sept I needed the gift for a occasion in October .. it is now Nov. I ordered a book "********************************* Heartstrings" in July 2022. Kept getting emails that the delivery was being pushed back. Two weeks ago I got an email that the book was back in stock and would be shipping that week and I would get an email with tracking information. A week past and no email was sent. I emailed their help line and it has been 5 days an no one has returned my email. My order number is #*****. On February 2, 2022, I preordered an item from this company. I requested a cancellation and refund on August 16, 2022, by email. They quickly responded and told me it would be **** business days for the refund to show in my account. The order was quickly canceled, with confirmation. However, I did not receive a refund. I contacted the company again on multiple dates, the last being today, October 25, 2022. There has been one time they asked for my PayPal information, yet after sharing this information with them, I still did not receive a refund.
