    On 12/08/2022 I placed a preorder (#******) for a graphic novel that was supposed to come out 09/2023. Delays kept happening over and over again and the novel didnt get released until 05/07/2024. Z2 has not only neglected to give updates but they havent shipped the novel despite now being released and they have not responded to any attempts to contact them. Many others are having this same issue as well. I believe they are ignoring the preorders and hoping to get away with it due to it being well over a year and a half since the orders were placed

    Today is 3 May 2024. I placed an order with Z2Comics on 16 November 2022. The order number ******, and it was for the Pantera: Vulgar Display of Power Platinum Edition (SIGNED). I still do not have my full order and Z2Comics is unresponsive to email and has no telephone option. I received part of my order on 21 September 2023, but they still have not sent me the vinyl record, or the resin statue. I'm discussed with how long it has taken to fulfill my order and even more discussed with Z2Comic's lack of responsiveness. Either they need to fulfill the rest of my order or issue me a refund. Either way, they need to be responsive to order status inquiries.

    Purchased a bundle of Pantera merchandise for ****** 70% of it was delivered. We were in contact and I accepted the wait. Partial refund was offered more than once.Now we are at the point where I have not received contact, products I paid for or a refund for missing products.

    I purchased online from Z2 Comics 2 copies of the deluxe edition of ********* Starship - Blows Against the Empire as follows: 10/21/2021 = $119.45 11/29/2021 = $86.02 I have the confirmation and receipts. The packages were supposed to be delivered the following April or May, 2022. The company would seldom answer my inquiries thereafter (I think I received 2 messages total from them). They stated there were delays and, finally, after 2 years of waiting, they sent a message that the product had been cancelled and a refund would be issued. After 2 more months of waiting for my refund, I sent several inquiries to them, never to hear a word back. I have not received my refunds for this purchase to date.

    After some searching, I was able to reach out to one of the people from Z2 Comics.  He was very gracious and apologetic for the situation and initiated a prompt refund in full along with some complementary items.  I am now satisfied and deem this case fully remedied.  With thanks to the Z2 staff.

    I placed an order with Z2 on Feb 26, 2022 for a preorder of Pantera items limited to 500 signed. As the months went on there was lack of communication, weeks and weeks to get an answer, couldnt contact by phone said messages were always full and delay after delay. This year, *********************************************************************************************************************** Finally received what I thought was the entire package for my husband and items are missing. I paid $299.00 up front and am still missing things. Tried contacting them and no response.

    I pre-ordered ********* **** Manor bundle from z2 Comics in May 2022. The original date of release and shipment was October 2022. However, an email was sent a week or two into November stating that because of supply shortage it was to be delayed to April 2023. It's a long wait but its fair due to us still having the shortage effects from the pandemic. In April, there was still no word and I emailed and they told me there was a delay to May. They told me individually and didn't send out a mass email so a lot of others were in the dark. In May, still nothing and I emailed a again they said June. Nothing in June so I emailed again then they said mid July. Nothing in July. They ended up sending a mass email saying mid August. It's not late August almost September and I just emailed again to see if they were on track and the email I got back seemed automated as it was sent back pretty quick and in it says, the next couple weeks. The next couple weeks could be October again and they keep saying the same excuse every time. This is supposed to be a legit company because they partner with famous bands and singers but it feels like a scam. The emails attached are my order confirmation showing i ordered the bundle and the email responses I've received from them after emailing. I just want my product as I was really excited about it, ********* is my favorite band and I feel like I'm never going to get it.Thank you for your time

    I pre-ordered the Super Deluxe Blondie: Against The Odds Graphic Novel Edition on 25th February 2021 Order #***** Z2 Comics charged by credit card immediately for the sum of ****** inc ***** for shipping. Delivery was continually delayed until eventually the order was recieved on 27th February 2023. The goods were very badly packaged with a large tear at one end of the box and the order should have included ten postcards of which I only recieved one. I have sent numerous emails to the help email address (5 in total) and one to the *** with only one response on 23rd March 2023 from customer service offering to pass to the team to ship a replacement. I can't believe a company is allowed to trade and behave to it's customers in this manner, they take your money immediately for a pre-order and then delay endlessly so you have no recourse with your credit card company. They can't fulfill my order but yet continue to offer the items for sale on their website. How hard can it be to send nine postcards? If I had known about the reputation this company has I never would have ordered from them.

    Last year I preordered the In Flames collectors edition with the vinyl, comic book, and figurine. It was due to be delivered in April. Well before its original date, we received an email that it would be delayed to the end of summer.Given that it was a birthday gift for a (now ex) partner, I had to come up with something else, and emailed them Immediately to cancel my order. Again, the email I received stated they hadnt even finished the final product so there was ample time before it was even finished, shipped, etc. I emailed multiple times and havent heard back a single time. Today the product is to be delivered and I want to return it and still havent heard anything That's almost $300 out of my pocket for something that was delayed, came super late, and have 0 communication from this company.

    11.02.2022 I ordered "Judas Priest: Screaming ********************** Edition (Hardcover)" for $34.99 and shipping for $14.99.Money was debited from the account. After several "sorry" messages I've still received nothing. Also, help service stopped answering me for some reason. For now, I haven't any refund or order. Looks like a scam.

    About a year ago, I'd preordered this product on their website: ************************************************************************************************************* The total of the order was $929.63 The package was shipped out in pieces at the end of 2022 over a couple of months, after not receiving responses to my various emails throughout the year. Most contact took months to receive a reply. I did not open any of the products, nor the book, waiting for the entire package to be complete.When I finally received the guitar in December, the collector's pieces in November, and the signed certificate and book in ******** it was poorly done, unsigned and damaged and not as described/pictured on the website when I ordered (they've since changed the wording). I emailed the company right away about the damages. A few weeks pass by, and I hear nothing. I opened a dispute with my bank in January - shortly after I did that, I finally received a response from someone in the company, and it got escalated to Team Member ****, who approved my return and said they would mail a check (as my payment method from the order was no longer valid.) They provided me a shipping label with tracking ********************** and I shipped everything - guitar, accessories, certificate (that had arrived as I was waiting for their response), book, the entire package - the next day. They received the return on 1-17-2023. I did not get an email acknowledging the return. I closed the dispute with my bank, since this was an offered resolution. I did not get an email saying they would be mailing out the check, or when it could be expected. I have since contacted them three times - once through social media, once via their contact on their website, and once a reply directly back to the Team Member who authorised the return. I have received no response, nor have I received a check. Now I cannot re-open the dispute with my bank, as now it's been closed, and I am out almost a thousand dollars.
