      I created an account with AutoDS 13 Sep 2022.I attached my **** store with it but it got suspended on 22 Nov 2022.Ebay told me that my account was suspended because of AutoDS.I removed my only store from AutoDS and cancelled its subscription.Recently, I checked my mail by mistake and saw that I was being charged by AutoDS.There was no activity on my AutoDS account for november and december, but I was still charged.I contacted AutoDS and told them averything and asked them for my last 2 month's refund, but they said they can't do that.Now I only want them to give me refund for my last 2 month deduction, which were wrongly deducted.

      I signed up for a trial subscription with AutoDS. This included something called Auto ordering. Before my trial period ended, I decided I'll sign up for one of their paid plans, which I did.A few weeks later they charged me for add-ons on top of my paid plan! I emailed them and they said this is for the add-on (auto ordering) on my free trial! I explained to them over and over again that I should not be on a free trial anymore as I purchased a subscription, but no one listensed!I asked for a refund and they refused to refund the money! Eventually they said they can keep it as credit for future subscriptions! I said I no longer wanna work with them for being unprofessional and still they refused to refund my money!Please note that I haven't ever used that service and that they charged the amount without even emailing me about it!I demand a full refund and an apology for the unprofessional attitude of that company!Thanks

      10/08/2022 "We (autods) offer 14 day trial periods on all our automated dropshipping packages". I sent notice of cancelation on day 12 (10/20/2022) however they are refusing to refund my money and are now insisting on unlimited access to my financial account and an additional $120 to continue. I refused and they blocked my account and are still refusing to refund my money.

      Hello. I started a trial and began getting charged after it. I was able to start looking at what the company offers but what it advertises is NOT what is offered. I signed up because they say they Dropship from *** warehouses. After looking further this is NOT true. They show links to amazon products to sell. Specifically was looking to dropship using my **** store. While they offer this it is against Amazon AND ****'s Terms of services to do this. Both Amazon and **** will terminate your account for violating this.I feel it is quite deceiving to state and advertise (on ****** and elsewhere) that you can drop ship from us suppliers. Amazon cannot be a supplier. They are willingly encouraging people to violate.I'm requesting a refund for the below charges. I also have no idea why I'm being charged for two **** subscriptions - and for orders processed. I sold NOTHING using AutoDS.46.83 - Shopify subscription payment ***** - **** subscription payment(43.9)+orders processor(8)0.99 - trial for shopify ***** - **** subscription payment(23.41)+orders processor(4.27)Thank you

      i complained to the company via email. I asked for a refund just after they charged me an automatic payment as the service never worked. They (several different respondants to my email) absolutely arrogantly and insufferably insultingly ignored my request for refund with a level of disdainful attitude I have seldom seen matched in my life dealing with online services etc. They repeatedly responded stating "I understand you want to cancel"....."but how can we persuade you to stay" and ignored my request for the REFUND. I attempted to dispute the charge with paypal, they waited until a day or two before the time had expired and told me to contact someone in their org. Then paypal told me the time had expired. They are calculating scamming unbelievably gross in their practices and they need to be investigated to see how often the do this to their customers in my opinion.

      First of this company is a scam. I have tried over four times to contact this company to get it to stop billing me and cancel it service. The service doesnt even work. They keep killing me and refused to stop. I would like my money returned to me and for them to stop billing my card.
