      Tried a service through an online recommendation. Did not want to get charged $238 for service and was going through trial to see. Software wasnt for me and I reached out and was told refund wouldnt happen because I didnt meet the criteria and have been going back and forth and just want a refund

      Pending transaction of $36.80 when I had cancelled and went through the entire cancellation process the month prior. It seems it didnt go through to their server-side processing error and I am seeking a refund. My first step is their billing team, if that does work then this will solidify it, then I will take it to every review disclosure organization, dispute it with my bank.       I signed up for a trial and canceled it once I realized it was coming to the end. They tried to charge me either way, luckily I didnt have enough at the time $369 but when I saw it as a declined charge I made sure to message again and get it canceled for good so it cant take anything out. Well a few days later they get ahold of my money even after I canceled it! And for $369? THEY ARE A SCAM. They make you sign up for a big amount and when you realize they didnt cancel your subscription they will charge you and take out an apparent fee that they get to keep and they make it seem like its Shopifys fault. Since they charge a big amount initially they get to take a big amount of the fee. Im so upset because I lost $50 after being diligent and canceling it after I realized what game they were playing. All I wanted was a full refund and i was told I would get that but I did not. And I did not even use the service at all so they basically take money from you without you knowing even if you think you told them to cancel it. All I want is the rest of my money and a full refund. This company is a scam. This should be illegal. I was lied to and stolen from from AUTODS

      AutoDS LTD offered a product that would integrate with various product suppliers in the consumer market place for drop shipping. After numerous weeks back and forth with their support team they could only get one of numerous suppliers to work. Open a case with them to refund my account their post trial fee and they refused. SCAM ALERT

      Hi there,I've asked AutoDS to provide me with a full refund and they insist on keeping 15% because they have to pay a third party 15% even though I haven't really used their service or generated any revenue on my end. I would like a full refund from them. They currently are not cancelling my subscription or providing me with a full refund.I'd like a full refund.       AUTODS scammed me out of $401.00! Let me tell you what happen ! On January 23rd 2023 I Purchase auto ds for $1 as they advertise for their 14 day trial. before purchasing they said after 14 days youre going to be charged ***** per month .The crazy part is the same day I was charge $401.00 on my bank statement! That same day when I noticed I was charged $401.00 I emailed Shopify and auto DS will refund and never receive one today is March 24th 2023 and I got an email stating its too late to get a refund it was past 30 days, but I asked for a refund the same day they took out the money. This company is a scam. I want my refund

      Date of Initial Transaction: January 24, 2023. After being displeased with the service, an attempt to cancel was initiated on 2/15/2022. Predatory customer support redirected this option and encouraged me that the service would improve and works as advertised. I was unable to cancel the yearly plan, according to AutoDS it autobilled for an annual plan after the 7 day free trial.Date of Auto-renew Transaction: January 25, 2023 Auto-renew was enabled without my knowledge, it appers this is a tactic of AutoDS as I've encountered countless negative reviews of similar action. I was also billed monthly for "add-on" services that I had no knowledge of. Date of Refund Requested: February 7, 2023. AutoDS responded that they could not issue refund as this was outside of the week return window. The service is nonexistant and does not work as advertised despite being outside of the return window, this should warrant a refund. The company as a whole is Scam and this business should not be allowed to provide this type of service to new customers eager to use e-commerce tools.

      I wanted to join the plan to try autods with the $1 trial and was alright with paying $10/month for one month. I wasnt able to run my business the way I wanted and decided Im going into a different business. So I decided to not continue my membership. AutoDS charged me $126.00 for a year membership when I never agreed to it. And I contacted them multiple times politely at first and then being a bit more ***** threatening a chargeback if they do not return my money. Each time, they ignored my requests and would just say I should keep the membership and pay the price. I do not want the membership and I now have extreme resentment for this company because of the continued pushing around and unethical tactics. Id still like to continue in this industry but I will steer clear of AUTO DS and suggest everyone else does too.

      i have opened an account in order to sell on ***** I was told to deposit money to my account in order to have the autos making auto payments for me, so I have deposited funds in the total of $500 After selling on **** through the platform, I received a valuation note from **** that this is not allowed.from that moment I have asked an online representative from autoDs to return my remaining balance with no success. they kept giving me the same answers for three months and never gave me the money back.

      To whom this may concern:I start using auto ds that is a dropshipping company but after a few months I start having all kind of problems and there is no way to call anyone and even live chat dosent work 99% of the time the only way to fix anything is through opening a support ticket and it takes a long time for them to respond.After having all kind of bugs in their system and no normal help (I also lost money because their bugs in their system) I decided it is time to close my account, so I closed my account.Now I need back my money that i still have on my account (that they call FBA balance), I tried with them to get it back but there is no one to talk the only way is with emails so I send them email but they claim that they cant refund me,also they charged me now for my membership even i closed already my account so i need a full refund for my money!
