At first it was bad but then I had the pleasure to speak with the best employee which is *****************!!! Give him his flowers and a raise immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!. He took his time with me and helped me resolved my issue I will forever be grateful. 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THANK YOU SO MUCH *******.

I had a pleasurable experience with American Databank. Initially frustrated, as I was not compliant with certain vaccinations and titers due to the paperwork not including my full name on certain documents. I explained to them in writing that my doctor's ****** is not in control of their ability to print my name on all documents (even though it is showcased on the first page but not followed thereafter). I ended up calling them as my documents were rejected 3 times and was getting irritated by the delayed response. The customer service listened and was able to understand my situation and upon speaking with the review staff, was able to verify that I am compliant. Thank you for looking into my case and patiently addressing my needs. 10/10American Databank, LLC

I spoke with *********************************** about the *** inability to process my first set of fingerprints, and then their refusal to process my second set of fingerprints. She was VERY professional, patient, and helpful. I have forwarded the first rejection as requested, and hopefully the *** will be able to process my new set of prints. Truly awful people who will disregard perfectly valid vaccination records just because they are old. They've always been accepted wherever I presented them before. But THIS company has decided that THEIR requirements are somehow more important than the Doctor who administered my vaccinations! Practicing ageism must be a favorite pastime of theirs.Try to bring this up with them, and all you get is the runaround. Again, truly awful people.American Databank, LLC

Thank you for your time.We would like to start by protesting the characterization that we practice any form of discrimination. We work with over 800 colleges and university and a very wide range of applicants, ranging from young to old, all races and sexes. Any form of discrimination, for any reason, is prohibited by our company policy, terms of employment and FERPA.
Additionally, since we assume that you are applying to a healthcare or medical school, wed like to point out that the review standards and requirements are not set by American DataBank. The school you are attending or the hospital you are doing a rotation at set the policies for the review standards in order to protect you and their environment they also frequently have external bodies that set many of the rules that they ask us to enforce.
Unfortunately, we did not have enough information to locate your account and look the reviews over to see if there were any errors, but we would like to follow up on the review and see if there were any issues. Review standards only care about the age of the document if the item is something that expires (e.g.: tdap shots, flu shots, etc) so it seems likely that there is some misunderstanding that the age of the document is an issue otherwise. Occasionally some documents may not have all information that the school or hospital requires though, and it is likely that is the issue.

***************** Below basic understanding of medical requirements. Constantly augmentative staff with an inability to perform basic reading of a fourth grade student. If this company was not a requirement for medical schooling it would be bankrupt. Obvious that zero medical staffing is present performing these medically based reviews. After review of your account it does appear there is two categories outstanding.
The first is the COVID-19 category in which you have elected to bypass your school's standard review process and submit for an exemption.
For the Tuberculosis category, you've submitted an annual PPD and a Quantiferon test, but the school's policies do not allow those items by themselves to ***** you compliance. You can submit the initial 2 step PPD, or pend a response from your school the exemption request you applied for.
If the above does not address your concerns, please let us know and we'd be happy to look into other requirements for you!

They have no clue of what they are doing. My kids have more common sense than the people processing the requirements set by the school. Rejecting test results for not having a date that is clearly at the top of the report.American Databank, LLC

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear you did not think the service provided was sufficient.
After reviewing the *** requirement, it appears that in two of the three documents you provided the date you seem to be referencing is so blurry that it initially appears to be a discoloration in the paper. This is probably what lead to the notice that the date was missing.
There is a document where most of the date is visible,but unfortunately the date doesn't specify if it is the date of the test or the date the document was generated. The lack of clarity in that matter prevents American DataBank from approving the document under your school's policies. If you believe this should be sufficient for the document to be approved you can submit the document under an exception and it would be reviewed by the school who has discretionary authority in these types of matters, insofar as they don't have any obligations to their clinical partners or clinical sites.
