ADB has a bunch of stuff they have to work on when it comes to what's needs to be shown to the user and explanation on what to clearly do in the requirements, but the customer service is certainly not lacking. *** was able to help me get the information I needed quickly and efficiently, while also explaining calmly what I needed and didn't hesitate to ask if I needed more help. 5/5 stars for Bee, 3/5 for ADB's website itself.

I have used this company in the past for my previous institution. I called today to have my account transferred over to the new institution. I was helped by ****************** What a phenomenal experience! He was efficient, Kind, Knowledgeable and patient. He waited on the line to help me setup the new account and ensured it linked and transferred over the data from my old account. While this service is extremely tedious and frustrating due to time delays and the excruciating long waits, ******* made the process smooth and easy! He truly went above and beyond to remedy some of the issues that were wrong with my account. If it had not been for him, I would still be trying to find help. He was patient, kind, professional and compassionate! He is a wonderful face for the company and I hope he, his peers, and supervisors see this review. He assisted at a time when I really needed help. My account was messed up and the service alone costed me $700. Of my account wasnt corrected today, I would have to repay the $700 plus $1,000 for other fee associated with the clearance process. He fixed the account the same day saving me money, time, and delays. I appreciate him being a compassionate leader and his dedication to providing good service and creating should not go unnoticed!
