I greatly appreciate all the help from American Databank. Trying to submit the correct paperwork to the right category was difficult. I called there customer line and they helped me sort it out. Unsatisfied with the service received from American Databank, while signing up for the drug screening package, selected a site from American Databank's selection. Once paid I went to the site only to find out that the collection site no longer performed drug screenings. Paid the fees again to pick a different site. After speaking to a representative and a manager. American Databank refuses to issue a refund, for the collection site not being able to perform drug screenings. States they cannot refund expired drug screenings, one day out of expiration window. when the date issued has not been 30 days.American Databank, LLC

Thank you for reaching out to us about your experience.
We do want to note that if a company fails to remove themselves from the ******* list of locations there is little way we can know that they have stopped offering the drug screening collection service. We apologize for the inconvenience, but these types of rare circumstances are why we advise calling the facility ahead of time.
To the point of "Paid the fees again to pick a different site." we do contest that framing. You contacted us on 10/16 and we located and provided you a new location, free of charge, on 10/17 via email. We do see you chose to pay for a new drug screening registration in the interim, but that was not necessary.
Regarding refunds, you did agree, explicitly, to our no refund policy while placing an order. We do try to approach refunds practically though and take into consideration the circumstances where possible. In this case though, no exception could be granted for expired services. The expiration was after 15 days, in accordance with your school's policy as they set that deadline, not American DataBank.
We would like to invite you to share any recommendations you have that could make the expiration date on the drug screening more clear if you believe that was an issue.
