***** has provided excellent customer service. ***** has listened to my concerns attentively without interruption and displayed great listening skills and was able to solve all my problems with uploading documents in Complio correctly. He is a great asset to American Databank and hire more representatives like him. I hope this review is seen by the right department to ensure he receives a raise for such stellar customer service! This is one of the worst companies I have ever experienced. I have had to go through multiple background checks and drug screenings for many of my past employers. *** is by far the worst I've used. *** is a huge rip off in terms of price and services leading to false advertisements in there descriptions of products offered. Their customer service is the absolute worst, and the website is impossible to navigate and looks like a high school student designed it. GO someplace else.American Databank, LLC

After review of the account it appears that most of the communication you had with us was in regards to the drug screening, so we are assuming that is the core of your concern. If not, please let us know.
It appears that there was some communication regarding the fact that the background screening service purchased did not also include the drug screening service. The two services are offered independently as per your School in anticipation that not all students will need both at the same time. To our understanding this is done to keep the costs as low as possible. If you believe there is a way to make that more clear at the time of purchase please let us know, we'd be happy to review specific feedback.
Additionally, unfortunately, due to your location, there were no in-network *************** Centers available for your drug screening collection. As a result, we provided you with out-of-network collection sites, which did incur additional fees. The possibility of additional fees if an out-of-network collection site was used is noted during the ordering process and when we emailed you the alternate site information as well as in subsequent emails.
We do utilize the largest drug collection companies to try to avoid situations like this, but they still do unfortunately occur.
Finally if you could clarify what your concerns regarding the customer service we would be happy to have the opportunity to make improvements.Regards,

Until Now the process has been magnificent, and the attention by the representatives when I have called has been professional, I have called in two opportunities and the two persons that have answered have been very professional, including *******.
