Very quick with helping fix issues, I had transferred between schools and needed to switch some stuff around for the new school. They immediately knew what to do and patiently walked me through the steps.

Bee was exemplary in every way. In order to solve my Complio issue, he had to put me on hold multiple times -- and within a few minutes (for many times) he touched in to let me know that I hadn't been swallowed by the cellular vortex. When the problem wasn't solved the first time, he went back and tweaked and voila, it was fixed. He was patient, personable, kind and he fixed a problem that had been hounding me for more hours than I can count.American Databank, LLC

2 starsThe website flat out *****. A 12 year old could write better code. Trying to stop the barrage of not compliant emails after I graduated took two emails of instructions, a screen shot, and the use of Opera to force the view into desktop mode in order to reveal the menu item I needed. How about an unsubscribe button maybe??
