    Thank you for sharing your frustrations with us. 

    After review of the account it appears the initial cause of the issue was the cancelation of your fingerprinting package. If you could clarify why that was done we would be happy to share the circumstances with the school and see if they would be able to allow us to accept the fingerprints.

    We would be unable to accept the *** results at this time without the school's express direction due to the elapse of over a year since they were completed.

    I was told I had to use American Data Base for a background check for my school,WGU, in order to complete student teaching. I mailed my 2 fingerprint cards off on 4/5/24 and they recieved them on 4/11/24. They said they were processing my fingerprints and that I would recieve a email within a few days with the link to my background check. Fast forward to a week later and I never recieved anything. No email or call. I called then to find out the status of my background check and they claimed they were waiting for my fingerprints. I told them I git an email saying tou recieved them on the 11th. The lady checked and sure enough they had them. She said she would get the ball rolling and start the background check. It would take 24 to 48 hours. A few days later I recieved an email stating I had to print a waiver out because they could not process my finger prints through their old vendor and they switched vendors. I called because I thought I had to pay more fees. The guy informed me that all I had to do was print the form out, sign it, scan it, and email it back to them. When asked how long will it take he told me 24 to 48 hours. Waited a couple of days and got an email from them. I'm thinking it's finally my background check. Nope, another thing to sign because they switched vendors yet again. I have been going back and forth with these people. Fast forward to today and they are telling me my fingerprints were processed on 4/15/24 and expired on 5/15/24. I never recieved a link and they are taking 0 responsibility. I paid for a service that I did not recieve. This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Nothing but scammers. They keep saying I have to make another order. I will not guve these people another dime of my money. I have every email and call logged. This will be going to court. I'm probably not the first person that they have stolen from and I probably won't be the last. I only left one star because I couldn't post without putting a star.

    After review, I do see that the communication surrounding the fingerprints was not to the standard we expect and we have provided further training to the employees involved. I apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this caused.Due to the errors in communication, we can process the fingerprints again, free of charge, if you can send a new set of prints to our current address (see below). Please note, we moved offices this weekend and your previous documents will reflect an outdated address.
