I am rejecting this response because: Healthgrades is lying, and that is the reason I reject the Response.

Healthgrades said the same thing 1 1/2 Years ago...."we are reviewing the matter".

In addition, the ******************** Respondent from Healthgrades is "hiding" to protect themselves from Accountability and Transparency.  They left a space where there name goes.  They did not give their title or phone number to their desk.  They did these things purposely so as to be hidden and therefore not Accountable.

Herein, Healthgrade ******************** is acting Unethically, and dishonestly and has hidden themselves from Accountability as they act Unethically and Dishonestly with the Honest Citizens *** only want to find Doctors *** are Rated Good and will not hurt them.

In the future, if a Person *** was previously an Accountholder at Healthgrades can no longer access their account and then chooses a wrong Doctor *** hurts them; I do hope their Attorney then adds Healthgrades ******************** as Defendant's in the Complaint filed in the applicable Court of Venue as Contributing Medical Malpractice Agents; I know I would.     It appears that ******************** at Healthgrades (*** will be named as **** and **** ***** in the first fied complaint; their names will be identified and corrected and added in the second amended complaint when defendant's lawyer turns them over)  will only stop with their lies and deceits when they must pay money over/out of pocket for this evil, lies, unethical behavior to gather Cell Phone Numbers for the sole purpose to Market then for profit but continues to lie about claimining "to verify you", and/or the other lie "for security reasons".    They will be Deposet by Plaintiff Counsel and grilled "explain what security reason..etc", "explain Verify them"...in great detail relating it to the daya they supply

I am rejecting this response because:

Healthgrades both: "The Team" and "Regards ____________" at Healthgrades,  have been stating they are looking into it for almost 2 Years now.  They are liars.  They won't even supply their names and contact telephone numbers to their desks.  Therefore it is easy to see there is no accountability at Healthgrades.  I would not be surprise if it is discovered by DOGE and **** **** that Healthgrades LLC get millions of U.S. Taxpayer Dollars in ***** the Criminal Organiation that takes U.S. Taxpayer Dollars to fund Trensexual Opertions around the world, to fund Fertilizer and Irrigation in *********** to grow Heroin to sell and fund the Taliban Terrorists Killers, etc.

Healthgrades LLC seems an evasive company with no transparency but lies.

Thank you BBB for attempting to help but Healthgrades LLC is a liar organization with well paid employees on the books that hide from the public and hide from the truth and appear now to be working against the best health and interests of the Public.

I will contact you in 1 Year and ask this complaint be reopened so we can confirm that  Healthgrades LLC "The Team, and "Regards___________" , at Healthgrades LLC will say once again "The Team is looking into it".

Health grades has allowed a patient to post an untruthful defamatory review about me. This patient was reported to the organization for use of profanity and threats towards staff. Health grades does not allow me to respond to this patient or defend myself as it limits the amount of characters I can use to reply but allows the patient an unlimited amount of characters to allow this person to assassinate my character. I would like this review removed immediately

I am rejecting this response because: when you ****** my name, the ratings are still reflected under my name and also on a web site named Sharecare.  I do not want any of Healthgrades ratings to be associated with my name or on Sharecare website. Healthgrades allows a disgruntled patient to write a lengthy untruthful review about providers but does not allow a provider enough characters to respond or defend themselves. I will be satisfied when Healthgrades either removes this negative rating associated with my name and it is not reflected in a ****** search of my name. If this company claims that this is not possible, then I want my reviews to be kept as are but given an adequate amount of space to reply to this patient. This is unacceptable

As a healthcare provider, I cannot delete my profile on ************************** nor can I create a new profile. ********** has control over my profile directing clients to their website. I do not work for them, never provided any service for them as employee or contractor, and am in practice in a physical location with in-person clients. I have been unable to put my practice information or update my work hours, etc. despite "claiming my profile" and updating certain areas due to Betterhelp maintaining control. I emailed Healthgrades initially on 11/27/24 and this has dragged on for over a month. Healthgrades can either delete my profile or give me control of it ASAP or my next step will be going through a lawyer.

HealthGrades is 3rd party website which posts public profiles regarding physicians without their consent, authorization, or ability to opt out. They also reportedly receive reviews from patients regarding physicians, however they have no verification process that the person submitting the review actually saw that physician or actual proof that it is a real review from a patient. When asked nicely to remove the information and profile from the website, an automated response is generated which attempts to force the physician to comply with their website, make an account, and participate in their fraudulent website. They essentially force you to participate in their website in order to correct their false information about you. This practice is dangerous on many levels. It can inhibit patient care to a point where their false information may lead patients in another direction. I suspect their website directly results in confusion and indecision for patients and hurts their health. It violates the physicians right to privacy and autonomy regarding information published about them. Much of the information on their website is outdated or false and they force the physician to make an account to fix it. The false reviews are also damaging to physician reputation and patient care. At best, these reviews can be submitted by anyone and are not necessarily verified patients. I suspect that the website submits these negative reviews themselves to force physicians to direct patients to their website and increase traffic in order to ****** good reviews from the vast majority of their patients. This review process should only take place through the institution which is fairly able to ensure all patients of a physician are allowed the offer to review the doctor.

As we responded to you previously, Healthgrades provides information on healthcare providers as a free service to consumers, patients, and other healthcare professionals. As a practicing provider, and the published information regarding your practice is publicly available and of interest to the public, Healthgrades will continue to publish this information on our website.

You may update this by claiming your free profile in the Healthgrades portal or send us the correct information and we would be happy to make the updates on your behalf.

      Complaint: 22724273

I am rejecting this response because: this company creates a profile under my name with inaccurate contact information without consent or authorization from me. This is a violation of privacy and professionalism on their part. They use inaccurate contact information. In order to correct this, they require that I claim the profile on their site through coercion, which I do not wish to do. This is a danger to consumers and patients because it creates a false and inaccurate method of communication and lead to confusion for patients. The reviews on their website have no way of being verified patients and have no method of contributing to open communication for patient satisfaction and process improvement within the authorized organization. This website is a danger to the public. I simply want my falsely created profile to be removed from their website, which, I have politely requested multiple times, only to be coerced to claim the profile they falsely created. They do this to coerce physician to direct traffic to their website and is an outright fraudulent practice.

      Sincerely,

      ****** ******

I stated my case with Healthgrades using the best description of words possible based on my experience with a dentist who explained that they would and could help me regarding my dental concerns. It did not turn out that way. They did not follow through as agreed. I am very disappointed of such a poor service. They did however make themselves available 'front and center' when it was time for another payment to be made. Healthgrades has rejected my explanation twice because of the content of my writing not being described with candy canes and roses so that they (Healthgrades) can benefit from getting a positive response from the medical profession who my complaint is directed towards. I edited my writing twice at the suggestion of Healthgrades. Yet, it was rejected a third time based on the mere fact that such a writing did not comform to 'their' wishes and for their benefit. What I have expressed is 'fair and square' with no sour notes in between other than what has transpired. My writing is a 'matter of fact!' Healthgrades however does not favor it because it doesn't favor the 'actual' tone that they are trying to project - to benefit them within the medical profession. Healthgrades will only approve and allow a personal experience to pass through if the content of the writing is expressed in a manner and form that they approve of -regardless of the patients experience. In other words, they are treating me unfairly because of their discriminating and conflicting differences. Shame on Healthgrades for being such a bias identity. They are off base and not in the arena of being the neutral 'third party identity' that they are selling off to the public. Instead, Healthgrades is engaging in discrimination by going against the genuine experience of the writer / patient regarding what has occurred between the medical facilitator and the patient. Shame on Healthgrades for revealing their biased colors and playing favoritism!!!

Message to the BBB on Tuesday, January 21, 2025
Thank you ******* for replying back. This is Mr. *** *****. I did see the acknowledgment from Healthgrades. As they suggested, I sent my positive feedback (comment, complaint) out to them once again and once again it was returned. My writing is respectful and diplomatic. It is a normal writing giving my unsatisfied experience with a doctor.  I went through the changes four times now. I need to file a complaint from BBB.

I would like my case with the BBB re-opened again - that is if it was closed. I want to follow through until this is fully addressed. It may be fair for me to say that Healthgrades is taking this a bit too ******.

      Mr. *****

      Dear *******:

      Thank you for following through.

Below is the written document that I have earnestly attempted to send over to the dentist who failed me with my overall dental work.  I've strived to post it through Healthgrades. I ask you the following please: 1.) "do you see anything unusual about the way I expressed myself with my communication below? 2.,) Do you see anything out of the ordinary? 3.)  Do you read anything that is disrespectful?" I would have to say absolutely not to all three. What I have written below is 'matter of fact" based on my experience which was truly uncomfortable and unsatisfactory with respect to the dental work performed by the dentist named within. She clearly misled me and she didn't follow through with her word. She informed me two different times by saying the following: "if it isn't right we will make it right." Well, it wasn't right and she failed to not make it right.

If Healthgrades does not stand by with who they are portraying to be to the public than they too are deceiving the public. Healthgrades is interfering with my First Amendment rights. There is nothing out of place with my complaint below other than Healthgrades not in alignment with it -  and for possible hidden reasons on their behalf. Perhaps Healthgrades is being paid a commission from doctors and dentist and such... if they succeed with implementing their stronghold tactics against the public to provide only positive statements about their experiences with merchants who failed them.

Can you also please forward this here what I am writing to you also over to Healthgrades as well as what you read below. If Healthgrades once again fails to forward my respectable written self-expression of what I experienced with the named dentist than this would make it their fifth time - which will clearly reveal their true colors.

Thank you ******* for your service with the Better Business Bureau.

      Mr. *****

      ______________________________

The following is my opinion based off of several appointments with Dr. ******* *******. Due to my experience with her it is imperative that any new patient seeking dentistry to fully screen ******* ******* before putting any trust in her regarding her lack of professional skills in dentistry. ******* ******* mislead me. She did not stand by her word regarding the quality of dentistry she promised to deliver to me. Because of her unfavorable treatment toward me as a patient in regards to my dental case, I found her to be not genuine and irresponsible. She needs to be questioned by the ********************. I've recently experienced 'another' defaulted crown that ******* ******* incorrectly set into position. ******* ******* informed me twice by saying: "if my dental program isn't right, we'll make it right." Well, it wasn't right and she failed to follow through to make it right. She deceived me and she knows it. I Mr. ***** attest that the above is true and correct and is my unsatisfied experience with Dr. ******* *******. Shame on her.

Healthgrades allow the degredation of a professional reputation from people who was not in direct care of the provider. For example they allow family members to complain. Yet not allow the provider to explain that family member was neglectful to patient under provider care. And when provider confronted them they got mad and went on Healthgrades for revenge rather than report facts. Healthgrades should have options for those being accused to reply to wrongful accusations.

Thank you for contacting Healthgrades via the BBB.

The purpose of the patient experience review is for consumers/patients to express their opinion through a multiple choice format and now an optional comment area as well. How a consumer rates his/her experience with the provider and/or the providers office staff is a matter of opinion. Ultimately other consumers/patients, who view these ratings, draw their own conclusions and decide on whether or not they will rely upon that information.

Healthgrades is a third-party collector of the personal opinion of patients. The feedback and comments do not represent the opinion of Healthgrades, and we do not mediate differences of opinions. As your provider profile does not contain any patient reviews, please reach out to our Customer Support team to discuss any specific reviews.

      Thank you,

      Healthgrades

I have no way of verifying the patients who left reviews to corroborate their claims from this website due to *****. Furthermore, there is falsified/misleading information, such as, I'm the head of a department and I practice regular therapy, even though my job title was to manage psychiatric medication treatment during my tenure at ****** and ************************- I never been the head of any department. The negative reviews are slanderous and unfair since I do NOT have a way of actually verifying the patient, the encounter and actual services rendered. This has become problematic to my current practice for my psychiatric patients who are inquiring about these reviews, to which I have no way of accurately responding, other than saying these are falsified/unverified. I did not receive any of these reviews through a formal complaint to verify their legitimacy so that they can be addressed in a HIPPA compliant manner. This can affect psychiatric care were building rapport and trust are paramount when helping the psychiatrically vulnerable. Concerned,-Dr. ********* **********, DO
