Working with **** at ClearSale has been great. He is a first-class person who I hit it off with right away. I knew he would be honest and has integrity and that is what I look for when I do business with someone. Oftentimes I'd feel bad when I asked him questions I knew I had asked before and I appreciated his patience and understanding through the whole process. Not that this was all about the money, but in the end I got close to the money I waa hoping for given the condition of the property. **** is a kind and professional person and because of this I have recommended him to at least 20 of my friends and acquaintances. More recently, my eldest son had an opportunity to talk to the ClearSale "office" and he waa very impressed with their assistance and professionalism. Working with **** and ClearSale has exceeded all expectations.

When **** came to meet me and see the property, we spent alot of time talking about what my needs were. **** made me a very fair offer, and I really liked how flexible ClearSale was on timing given that I still needed to find my new apartment.
