**** did an awesome job taking care of our sale . He was very informative and was very understanding about the situation and what we desired and made exactly that happen . It really was all in all perfect . I would recommend clearsale to everyone in the need of a company like this . It will be my first choice in selling my second home as well . BEWARE!!! This scandalous company gets NO stars. This company is fraudulent and unprofessional. When you call up they ask you a ton of questions and including questions regarding your relationship and communications with your listing agent, your contract terms and how many showings you have had already obviously to low ball you. Then when the Supervisor arrived at my house today she begins by stating "of the record I need to tell you that you have overpriced your home for sale. After her attempt at psycho babble, I expressed that she was incorrect, insulting and ill informed because she had not even seen my upgrades to the home. After her continued unprofessionalism, I showed her to the door and told her she was clearly here to insult me, low ball me and waste my time. Opendoor representative arrived 30 minutes later with total professionalism, respect and was very courteous. Do not use Clearsale.ClearSale

That was our mistake for not making you more informed before someone arrived.
