  I contacted ClearSale along with 3 other home buying companies when I was looking at options to sell my home. I met with the Acquisition Manager, ****, who came to the house and sat down with me and explained how their process worked. After doing his walkthrough and doing his homework, he contacted me with an offer. ****'s initial offer for my house was the highest I received from the buyers I spoke to and it was a very fair offer given that my house does need some updates. Since I will be moving out of state, ClearSale was very flexible in giving me the time I needed prior to closing to do everything I needed to do to prepare for the move. Overall, working with ClearSale has gone exactly as **** said it would from day ****easy and stress free. I would recommend ClearSale to anyone looking for the simplicity of a cash sale of their home.

  Clearsale was just as we thought it would be after reading about them online. I felt like I was dealing with professionals from my 1st call and every step through closing. **** was so respectful and helpful. He replied to my every text as soon as I sent them no matter how late it was. I felt very confident with the whole process. **** followed through with everything he said would happen. I sold my house at a fair price and will recommend Clearsale to everyone I know thats even thinking about selling their home. **** didnt give up on our deal even though we had some legal issues to overcome. **** was also very patient and knowledgeable. He guided us through obstacles that we werent prepared for. **** did an awesome job!

  Our experience working with Clearsale has been outstanding. We initially contacted their company because we were looking for an easy sale process and didn't want to go through the time and uncertainty of listing with an agent. Our first meeting with the Acquisition Manager **** was very pleasant and he explained how their process worked. We really appreciated the fact that he didn't put any pressure on us and was interested in making sure that we were comfortable with everything that was happening. At our 2nd meeting with ****, we discussed the offer and other details of the transaction. In the end, we received a cash offer for our home that was very fair, and we also appreciated the fact that Clearsale is allowing us to stay in the house for a few weeks after closing. The closing process was very easy, and they even worked directly with the title company that is handling the closing on the purchase of our new home to wire funds directly to them so we could do both closings on the same day. Everyone involved made this process far easier than we could have hoped for and we would highly recommend **** and Clearsale to anyone looking for an easy sale process.

  I first contacted ClearSale last fall and met with their Acquisition Manager, ****. At that time, the real estate market was going through a rough stretch and we weren't able to put a deal together that worked for everyone. But, **** kept in touch with me over the last 8 months and now that some stability has come back to the market, **** was able to increase his offer to a price that I could make work on my end. I appreciated his regular check-ins with me and once I decided to move forward with the current offer, the process was fairly easy. Selling a home and everything that comes with it is always stressful, but working with ClearSale certainly helped make it less stressful. And the fact that they were able to close within a few weeks was very helpful as well. I would recommend ClearSale to anyone looking for a streamlined sale process.

  We had no idea what we could do before we were going to lose our property? We were so stressed out until we spoke to ****. He was incredibly understanding and polite. **** understood what we were going through and exactly what needed to be done to help us?   We were looking for a quick sale due to living out of state. ClearSale was exactly as advertised and made the transaction quick and easy. We showed up in town on a Monday and by the end of the week the house was sold. We took what we wanted from the house and left the rest, which also made the whole experience easy. **** was a pleasure to deal with and walked us through the whole process which was as he said it would be. As long as you go into the process knowing you will not get the Full Market Value but a value you can live with, this is the way to go. I would highly recommend ClearSale for anyone that just needs to sell quick or doesn't want to deal with the whole process of getting the property ready for sale.   We had dealt with other cash buyers and weren’t happy with their service. They changed the terms and weren’t dependable or trustworthy, so we backed out. Rick was very helpful and followed through with everything he promised us. When our situation changed for the worst, he spoke to the owner to make sure we were still taken care of. They helped us in so many ways and we are so appreciative. We even got paid more than we expected. Rick was so polite and professional. We couldn’t ask for better service. Rick was very understanding and listened to our needs and made sure they were all met. I will recommend Clearsale to everyone and use them again whenever I sell my next home.

  I wasnt sure what I was going to do at first? I honestly was just trying to see what my home was worth so I can figure out what my options were? **** was so easy to work with and he explained every step of the process so that I could understand it easily. **** was very respectful of my time and of my situation with my daughters revolving due date. He offered some possible solutions that were very helpful in relieving some of my stressors. To my surprise he made me a very fair offer and was able to meet my close date even when I had to change it. I am very pleased with Clearsale and will highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home for a fair and honest deal. This is a great company with professional people. They care about more than just buying your home.

  We were dealing with selling a home as part of settling an estate, and we decided to explore the idea of a direct sale. We contacted multiple companies, including ClearSale, and in the end we received 3 cash offers on the property. ClearSale's offer was by far the highest we received and they were also very flexible with the timing of closing. From the beginning their process was easy and stress free, from the initial conversation with ****** to our meetings with the Acquisition Manager, ****. The entire process was explained up front and happened just as we were told it would. The ability to leave items behind that we didn't want to keep was also a nice benefit.
