      Id give them a negitive number of stars if I could. They have changed adresses I believe 3 times IN LESS THAN A YEAR! I am so tired and fed up with not getting paid by this company. They say they did not recieve my trip log but im sure this is just an excuse to why im not getting my money. I made triple sure I sent it to the right place. The people at the top must need more $??

      Terrible e irresponsable. Im a senior disabled person and I had to wait for over two hours for a ride that never arrived. I kept calling ModivCare with the same answer that my ride was arriving in 10 minutes. The temperature was over 100 F - and my blood pressure was very high. This kind of service requires a more serious and reliable company. They are serving seniors and disable people with special needs.

      Modivcare is very unreliable,the staff is rude and no one seems to care,I had an appointment 7/25/22 no one came to pick me up to take me to my appointment,so I rescheduled for 7/28/22 same thing happened again,and u ask for a supervisor no one ever gets back with you??

      Modivcare is a horrible company. They outsource most of their cs jobs. I used this company thru my health insurance who contracts them for ride share service. Sometimes the drivers don't show up, or pull off and lv before you come out. Sometimes their drivers are late picking me up. When I call to complain the representative will hang up on me. They have even canceled my rides with no explanation. My insurance company has called and complained also and they have been hung up on as well. My insurance does not plan to renew the contract with Modivcare. I have missed several appointments because of their poor service. My sister is in a different city and she uses Modivcare too and complains about the same issues. She goes for chemo and many days they don't show up or return to pick her up. Their CS ***** really bad and I don't think they care. As long as people don't complain and they keep getting paid, they will keep giving bad service and allowing outsourced CS from another country to be rude to customers. They should just do the world a favor and go out of business.

      Today July 27, 2022 I had scheduled a ride to the doctors, mind you this was scheduled 2 days in advance like they as you to. I called this morning to confirm my reservation and was told it was confirmed and pick was between 1:30 pm and 2:01 pm, after waiting for my scheduled and confirmed ride at 2:15 pm I called and found out by the automated **** that my ride was canceled. I then pressed 8 for a customer service agent and asked why this scheduled ride was canceled and I was never informed. All she could say is that they couldn't find transportation so they canceled it. This is not the first time they have done this to me. Mind you it was over 90 degrees outside today and I let this agent know this and that this was not the first time they have canceled by transportation.The first time I reported them to Pacific Source who is the insurance I have for transportation, not only did I report this to them but I also contact the Modivcare corporate office with the complaint. Modivcare is the worst for those of us who need transportation to doctor ************* their call center is in ******* and what they do is take the information then send to a dispatching center who knows where and then they wait until the day of your appointment to see about getting you transportation.This company needs to change the way they do their scheduling. This is the third time in less than a year that I have had to cancel my appointment. This all started when Logisacare changed to Modivcare and do all of their scheduling out of the state you are in.Actually they don't even deserve 1 star more like minus 10 stars

      I needed a ride for knee replacement surgery, had to be at the hospital at 6:00 on July 7th. The ride got here 45 minutes early and said she couldnt wait. I wasnt ready and the hospital said dont get here early. I called booked another ride, at 5:30 no one was there . I called their customer service line and the guy said no one was answering the phone. I was hysterical, crying. My daughter came down and got me there late. And when I called to let the company know, it was no big deal. And they wouldnt even credit me my ride back. I still lost a ride. This was a major surgery and I am a senior , I went in upset.

      This company kept me waiting 45 minutes in 95 degree weather waiting for a ride to my vascular surgeon following surgery two days before. My leg was bleeding and I was going in for an ultrasound to check for blood clots. They NEVER came. Against doctor's ****** I had to drive myself. I followed up several times beforehand and they assured me things were set. Someone should *** this company. They are the worst

      Motive care does not have a dependable hiccup record with me they are consistently late picking me up for the initial trip and what is worse is waiting more than an hour and 45 minutes to get picked up from my doctors for the trip home this has to be unacceptable somewhere. It's not just once in awhile it's most of the time

      They do not pay their gas reimbursement. Ive been driving for them for 3 months its supposed to be weekly pay Ive been paid 4 times in over 3 months they always have excuses an you always get a different person with a different story when you call them
