      I hate working with this company, just put everything off to side like its no problem. Had a serious incident with one of their private companies called to make a complaint they did absolutely nothing about it. The complaint was one of the workers showed up to my house after the ride being canceled in there personal car i might add it was suppose to be a vechial that equipped for a stetcher. Also one of their workers called me at 11pm at night from his personal phone number. Not to mention I got locked in the van with no ac for 10 minutes outside my house and they had to ask my grandma for a screwdriver to unlock the door. Then today I received a letter from motivcare stating nothing can be done because the company has a different side of the story. 1 why would you ask the company of course they are not going to tell the truth ridiculous. All my people who can not defend themselves going through them be very aware of the drivers who you are with and dont complain to motivcare nothing will be done. Also after this I requested female drivers only or atleast one 1 female driver and 1 male driver motivcare couldnt accommodate that crazy. They do not care about our safety just here for the money. By the way I am 25 year old woman

      This company is beyond awful. I was stood up for a ride twice after being told that someone was definitely coming. I called multiple times before my appointment and was lied to and then later told my transportation was rerouted. I'm not sure if this company is low on drivers or if they don't care because this is a ******** covered service but this has to stop. I am 8 months pregnant and have bleeding, this could have been rectified during my scheduled appointment. I am very disgusted and these people need to be penalized for this. It has to be really nice to have a job or contract and still get paid for a service that is not rendered. I will also be reporting this to Humana. I really want this company shut down.

      I have been stood up twice by Modivcare while waiting for them to pick me up for a Doctors appointment.I am very sad and disappointed that this company would do such a thing because I really needed to follow up with my Doctor and now I missed another appointment due to no fault of my own.Im not understanding why the company would ask me my name, address, phone number, DOB, my insurance ID number,and my Doctors information when they know that a car will never come for me.Who will hold these people accountable for leaving the disabled without transportation so that we cant get to the Doctor for care?I want this company held accountable because not only is this unfair, it is dangerous!Please help!

      We tried to set up rides for my mother in law to and from chemo treatments. My husband has zero days of sick/vacation days left and we needed help in getting her there because we cant afford for him to miss work. We h set up two dates and Modivcare has yet to cover one. My husband had to leave work yesterday to get her to an appointment and they were late. Her ride didnt show up this morning either. If theyre charging ******** for her, its fraud.

      Sent in for fuel reimbursement in June and July, 10 trips total for 65 miles. ***** 4 cancer treatments. Called in August and was informed they had no record. Told me I must get the doctors to resubmit the millage reimbursement forms with the original approval numbers (15 digit number assigned to each trip). They could not email me the numbers even though I used the Modivcare App and Modivcare assigned the numbers. They said they could however read them off on the phone for me to write, once again I'm stage 4 under treatment and hard of hearing. In perfect health writing 150 letter and number combinations correctly would be a serious challenge. I asked for a supervisor but they "couldn't find one", I filed a complaint on the website and have received no reply. I live on disability, every single ***** counts but the hoops you need to jump through make it so stressful that it's not healthy. It took almost 2 years (I have been a member) to get a functional app running and you still need to submit a paper? I registered the trips on Modivcares app so why can't they just call my doctor's and get verification. Why is everything so difficult in 2022 From seeing the 100s of other complaints I hope the government takes notice and drops this incompetent business off it's vendor list

      The absolute worst service ever! I didnt even wanna give them 1 star. Ive had several appointments that Ive missed because drivers never show but try and get paid my last appointment the driver that picked me up was driving 50 in a *********************************************************** off 2 doors away from my appointment and I had to hop the rest of the way . They are not professional at all I will never use service with them again.

      I am supposed to be able to use this service for medical tramportation, but they have failed to provide adequate drivers for persons who rely on this service to get to and from appointments. For the past 3 months I have had nothing but major problems with this company. I have been stood up at least 3 times in the past few months. I have been lied to by customer service saying there was a ride on the way when there were no drivers.. I have had to wait for hours trying to get to surgical appointments more times than I can count.. As a result, I have had to cancel multiple surgical appointments for the past few months, arrived late to my appointments and have had some very unprofessional drivers. One such driver refused to roll up the windows when it was very hot outside and I asked for him to turn on the ** and I told him I was on chemotherapy. He ignored me multiple times during one of my trips and the car smelled like Marijuana. This medical transport company is by far the worst I have ever used and they cannot be trusted muchless be a dependable service for people like myself who need assistance getting to very important medical visits. I have already spoken to a manager about these issues and was assured that I wouldn't be stood up again. My last appointment was 8/3/2022 and the driver was a no show. The company never called to tell me a car wasn't on the way so I called customer service after being put on hold numerous times to see what was going on. They offered no immediate resolution except to apologize and immediately cancel my ride. This is inexcusable, medical malpractice of sorts and medical negligence due to my urgent medical needs. I am so upset over these issues as this has caused me serious issues with my doctors where I could lose my doctor **** I demand some answers why this continues to happen. This cannot continue to happen to anyone.

      Modivcare is horrible I filed a Grievance because I had surgery 1/27/22 and I had dialysis on 1/28//22 and no one picked me up I was told Im sorry we have no one to pick you ** in fairburn so my son took off from work and took me so since then I have been driving myself I had the log sheet paperwork emailed to me and I print them and got them filled out and faxed them back because Im disabled and keep using my check for gas and gas is high so today I called to check on the status of my paperwork now the lady told me I canceled my trip on 1/28/22 because I wasnt feeling well I told her yes I called to see where the transportation was and I was told they didnt have anyone to come get me and they were sorry thats a shame I pray Humana finds another contact for transportation because Motivcare is definitely a no no and Humana is going to lose so many of people because Modivcare name is attached to Humana so they have to make a decision because they are running them in the ground so now the lady tells me Im not getting gas reimbursement so I canceled all my appointments Im not using my disability for gas this does make you give up they just dont care because its not happened to them thats why evil people

      Horrible! they confirmed a trip for a disabled senior citizen, but then failed to notify his care giver that the contracted transportation provider ( ******** transportation of ******** **) refused to pick him up in the afternoon because he utilizes a wheelchair, even though they provided the morning trip! he was left stranded! complete neglect! motive care and ******** transportation.

      ***y are kind people but they never show up on time, if they show up at all. *** kind woman this morning told me the driver was full of excuses. My doctor has even recommended that I get a new doctor because they are making me miss appointments for critical needs. This is a common understanding about this company: ***y will likely be late or not show up at all even though you must wait and watch for 45 minutes. I am constantly watching the wind to only find unreliable. I hope they will do better but now I must get a new doctor because I moved in subsidized housing and their service is not "working out". It's a shame because the needy and sick should complain about a free ride that will not show? This is our concern. We are already struggling. May *** Almighty do for our cause.
