      They are very careless they have not pick me up from an ** appointment .they had me wait 2to3hrs never showed this has happen more than one time they left me stranded

      This company does every thing it can to make you upset. Last year i had to fight with them to give my the proper ride for my appointments , they were insisting on sending **** or lift. Neither of these companies are allowed to handle medical equipment and I'm a fall risk and use a ****** which i would have had to try to figure out how to get into the vehicle myself even tho i need it to help me stand. not to mention many cars in the **** and lyft system are to small for a ******. Now I'm scheduling my trips online and they are trying to say I'm not filling out right so they leave it as pending until i call and get their broken **** system that wont give you a human for over 5 mins All these insurance companies need to get up and change transportation hubs . Modive don't provide transport they just do the logistics and they do it wrong cause patients are suffering and i am fed up!!

      Modivcare caused my father who is very ill to miss his appointment twice! On 8/30/2024, the driver was a no show, even after Modivcare was called prior to the pickup. Then they blatantly lied- stating they got to the home and no one answered. How did we know to call? In 2022, the same thing happened- after my fathers hip surgery, his follow up appointment was scheduled and Modivcare was a no show, causing my father to miss his appointment. Modivcare should be shut down. This occurred in Southern **********- *****************. Logisticare (now Modivcare) had the worst reputation when I worked at a hospital. Strong disregard for ******** and ******** recipients- guess these businesses only want to rip the taxpayers off. I chose 1 star because I had to.

      **************** puts you on hold and after 10 minutes of waiting they hang up on you. Movidcare uses various companies that are unreliable, I've been left stranded for hours with no call or pick up to go back home. Transportation companies that Movidcare use will set up a pick up time of 7am for a 9am appointment.

      Motivcare is unreliable for trips. I had an appointment to test for cancer and the driver didn't show up. I called they said the driver would pick me up at 1:30. I ask how does that work, when my appointment was for 1:00? This is the second time I've had bad experience with them, they left me without a return ride home 2 hours from my home. I was stranded for hours there until me niece could come get me. This company needs investigated for fraud. I would leave a no star but apparently one star to them is acceptable.

      Absolutely worst experience with a service Ive ever had. First time user. App would not complete registration, error with insurance id. Online registration would not complete due to different error. Phone AI voice system is a nightmare. 1st customer service agent had all wrong information and refused to help, told me to call my insurance which I did and obviously one company cannot fix anothers system. 2nd agent appreny entered more wrong info. 3rd agent took my corrected info (so I thought) and set up a pick up, 4th confirmed pick up the morning of. Confirmed address, destination etc. Ai confirmed pick up and eta multiple times after pick up was late. Pick up was even more late, 5th agent confirmed ride was 2 minutes away, gave car info. Never showed. Next call AI said ride cancelled. 6th agent confirmed ride was cancelled, driver was given phone number to the destination facility instead of my number to contact me! Acted like it was my fault for not getting call. I was waiting in parking lot from 9:45 on for a 10:15 pick up. The driver never showed at all. Incompetence and lies at every step. I prepped for two days for procedure, waited 3 months for appointment and had to cancel because no show and only suggestion was to wait another hour for a car that *** or *** not show up.

      "good grief", Modivecare does not answer the phone. The trip log forms are almost impossible to find, in order to take to the ************ for initialing a trip, why? P.S. It's like someone is scamming the State in these type businesses........you people certainly are not trustworthy running your company's business with any accuracy nor consistency, and doing a disservice to the medically handicap. So, in all human fairness, forgive me for being blunt because I am reminded of the ** that is going on-how it-in it's self has no humanness-therefore-a lot of these discrepancies have to be blamed onto the 'virtual' assistance/artificial 'intelligence'.

      Well.Modicare has provided bas customer service, The representative(s) have no empathy regarding where I need to go. Ex. I have a benefit of 30 round trip non-medical rides however going to the ********** of ****** is not covered. I spoke with my insurance company and they are under the same impression. Someone plays help.

      They leave our patients stranded at the office for hours, or they don't bring them to medically necessary appointments at all!! They cancel transport w/o informing patients and if they don't cancel the patient is late because the company takes the incorrect address and drives around in circles. They also make elderly people in the ** heat or rain wait OUTSIDE for them. THIS IS ELDER ABUSE!!!! They should NOT allowed to be in business and scam the elderly or disabled.
