      They almost never get my rides correct. Several times, they've failed to pick me up, or even worse, took me somewhere, then never came to pick me up. Most recently, they took me to a ******** market. They showed up 25 mins early, so I had to have them reschedul. They showed up and took me to the market. When they were supposed to pick me up, they didn't show up. So I had to call them back, again, and ask for another ride. The replacement ride didn't show up. So an hour and a half later, I had to hire my own Lyft. My frozen items were thawed by the time I got home. Now I can't get Modivcare to reimburse me for the Lyft.Never do business with them.

      I received a call from someone named ******* at ********* SC. She left a voicemail with only an email to contact her back. I emailed her several times to arrange transport with no response. We called the customer service line and found that she left the incorrect email. I wrote the correct email address multiple times with no response so we had to pay for everything out of pocket. **************** was absolutely no help. I used to work with ************************ when they were logisticare and they were wonderful. So disappointing that people who need assistance are unable to receive it.

      Modicare does not go by their motto:TO MAKE A WORLD A DIFFERENCE, ONE PATIENT AT A TIME. I AM 60 yo and I am disabled and do not drive. My only way of transportation to my drs appts is thru modivcare.For the last 7 times tht I have made reservations with modivcare to go to the drs They make the appt. You get text saying when they will pick you up and IF YOUR LUCKY, YOU MIGHT GET A CALL OR SOMETIMES YOU DONT Saying they have. NO drivers !!!How am l suppose to better my health and prolong my life when I cannot even get to the doctor or to get my medicine? Does Modivcare just want me to give up and die??I know that Modivcare receives money from the govt for the programs that I am on;MEDICARE, ********* HUMANA regardless whether they pick me up or not. I am so disappointed in the service and care that modivcare Does not provide. HONESTLY, MODIVCARE doesn't care about thier patients as their MOTTO STATES.

      Zero stars if I could!! MotivCare is the worst!! My 78 year old mother was never picked up for her appointment on 6/25/2024. Had to reschedule for the same day and again never got picked up. Rescheduled for the next morning 6/26/2024 and again never showed up. Transportation providers they use do not come in time or not at all.

      will have to say that after witnessing a driver that works for Circulation go above an beyond to not only pick but also made calls to bring the other lady waiting for ride with us too. Her name is ******** A the driver for Circulation. She gets 5 stars from me. She is 1st driver that I have rode with that drives for Circulation that actually did something to go above an beyond the rider. She got on her phone an made it happen to get us both on our way home. Circulation needs more driver like ******** an all be ok.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. They are always late, and I mean by one or two hours, that is, if they arrive at all. So many missed appointments, so many times my elderly mother had to sit in her wheelchair in pain for hours waiting for the driver who never comes. When they do come, the drivers are usually rude and disrespectful of their elderly patients. This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. Despicable.

      Modivcare stranded me at the hospital all day and refused mileage reimbursement to the person who rescued me. Completely unacceptable. They dropped me off at 9am and told me they couldn't find me a ride home until 5pm. Completely unacceptable.

      ****** did not pick me up on June 18 2024 at 9 am nor did I receive a call from the driver nor from the company prior to my pick up date. When the driver cancelled the ride stating the member did not show is untrue and the driver rode directly past my residence. After I received a text showing the vehicle and name and number of the driver I called the driver and she was rude and unprofessional. Hire employees whom actually want and like their job. I feel as if I were discriminated against do to receiving government benefits which is totally a violation of my civil rights.

      I will Nevet use ************************** services again First time I scheduled an *********** to my Dr's *********** *********** took me to A Liquor Store ?? I am very upset I am 66 years old.

      Multiple transportation providers they use do not come in time or at all. Then you have to go through an automated system just to reach someone about trip assistance or driver ***.
