    O my God! I'm so scared of the reviews. I downloaded and used their phone app on April 5, 2024. My bank cleared the transaction on Monday, April 7th. It is now April 14th and the transaction is still In Progress. I contacted their customer service and all they can say is they don't know why it is still In Progress. They have to coordinate with the local in ***************. Then they just kept repeating that same answer for 3 days now.

    these F*#@ers are a bunch of scammers and hackers they hacked my regular bank account and post payments to themselves I also believe they are linked to terrorism. They need to be out of business

    I dont know anything about this company. They somehow got access to my bank card debit number and took $700 from my account. I filed a police report and my banks fraud department is investigating the transaction. I am hoping to get my money back soon. If I can put zero star as a rating I would give this company a zero!

    Two weeks ago this fraudulent company debited $800 from my bank account. Unfortunately my bank, ***** Fargo allowed it to happen even when this same company attempted to make a second debit for the same amount and that one was denied. Ive never heard of this company until now. AND ***** Fargo is denying my claim when it is clearly fraud. Disgraceful on the part of both companies!!! How is this place still in business?!??!

    Ive use this company for almost 2 years never had a problem until the last couple of months and theyve deactivated the accounts and they say theyre having technical issues. So I dont use it anymore and I have to find ************* or someone because all of the sudden theyre not sending the money but normally customer service is great, and the chat agents are great. Really sad that they had some issues but whoever is doing it in 2024 is not World Remit. I would say as a scam

    I got am alert from my bank they tried to charge me $1,000 to my card... twice. My bank denied it because it was fraudulent. Never heard of this company before until today. Thinking about getting a new card

    If I could rate this review a -10 I would. I didnt even know this company existed until I woke up Sunday morning, 1/11/24, to a text asking if I authorize a transaction of $880 and $860.. ******** initially declined them.but then approved them, with no answer from me! I never wire money and live on **. The transaction was being done by entering my card number. Needless to say, I texted back N and called the bank immediately.I filed a complaint!!! Show me the signatures; show me the cameras. FRAUD. This isnt my first rodeonot having it. Show me where Im there. You cant.You cant even show me where I send wire transfers - in my account of 42 years. Thats right, 42 years. So yes, not even close to being smart. Handling all the other as well.

    This organization needs to be investigated. They needed my information, international passport, bank statements, prove of income and I provided all that through the same email address and same text messages. They keep replying and demanding the same documents and keep sending them. This morning they deactivated my account. I called and spoke with a lady who confirmed they received all the documents but couldnt go further. I called again and a guy picked up and after listening to me hung up without saying a word. I call again another guy picked up and after verification and confirmation the documents are with them was very upset and would not want me say a word. He said management encouraged them to hang up on customers and then belittled me like I am nobody.My fear now is I am not sure I am dealing with a legitimate organization. I have sent ******* messages to the *** *********************** and no response from him. I am scared of my personal information out there. They guys sounds very angry suspicious and disrespectful.

    This is my worst experience trying to send money for two days. I was told its because l needed to upload my ID, which l did countless times and got a confirmation email to the effect. Calling customer care they keep saying they could not find my identification on their own end so l end up sending an email with a screenshot of the confirmation and approval email l got for uploading my ID with copies of my ID and he came back saying l have to continue trying to use the nonsense link or app to upload my identification that they will not accept my email. Imagine after spending greater part of my day uploading severally on the same link, my account debited but no pay out. They know fully well that their app or link has issues but they prefer to frustrate paying customers. I guess its just a way to keep peoples fund for 7days with the opportunity to make profit off the money. This is so appalling. I WILL NEVER USE WORLD REMIT AGAIN and for your information, l have done the transaction with another app which had a better exchange rate and very good customer service. Please return my money, l have cancelled the transaction since morning but have not gotten my refund. I will leave a review each day my money spends with you guys. You guys are fraud!!!
