    I receive as many as 5 calls a day from a company called Ntherm. When i tell them i am not interested and that i will call them if they do in fact offer the best rates, they tell me the **** or apples to apples website is incorrect & not updated. When i tell them to stop calling, they call back 3 times in a row demanding i get my utility bill (gas bill). I do not understand how a company is allowed to conduct business like this. They must be using auto dialers because there is a moment of silence every time before they say hello. When i hang up, they call right back telling me to stop hanging up on them. I run a place of business. I cannot be playing thug games on the phone multiple times daily.

    I was contacted by a representative of nTherm in October 2022 about switching to them as my electric supplier. They were offering a lower rate than I was currently paying and guaranteed me that that price was fixed for 12 months and could be cancelled at any time without penalty. After the 12 months it would become variable rate until I cancelled it. For the last few months my bill has increased significantly because they have been charging me a variable rate which was not what I was presented with. Im being charged almost double what they told me Id be paying per KWh. It has not been ***************************************************************************** NOT double!

    Ntherm calls me from various numbers numerous times a day. I block the number and they immediately call from another number.

    NTherm calls our office and without a breath, dives into a script about needing to review our ***************** bill and how I need to look at page 2, etc. Yesterday I had a person call with this script, I said, "No, thank you" multiple times as she continued to interrupt me, and eventually I hung up. Immediately after this call, I received another phone call from the same company which was directed to my voicemail. They attempted to call a third time (a different person) and that also went to my voicemail. This has happened numerous times in the past with the callers being incredibly rude. It has been quiet for a little while, but now we are getting harassed again with these spam calls. NTherm does not need to see our energy bill or call us repeatedly when we are not interested.

    Ntherm has been calling non-stop. Today was the last straw. They called about 5 times, one after another. I started to think there was some emergency of some type but each time it was Ntherm. The 5th time I answered saying I wasn't interested and asked them to stop calling. Immediately after I hung up, they rang again. I answered and stated the same, not interested/stop calling. Especially 5 times in a row making me think there was some emergency. This person who called back immediately was rude and demanding. She stated we needed to address this AEP rate comparison and that on our bill we were made aware they would be calling. When I restated, not interested/don't call she said she needed to give me her name and number. I told her we could find any information to address this on our bill. She became more insistent and I restated I'm not going to decide anything and to stop calling. At least for rest of the day they did not call back. This is harassment.

    We receive calls from this company on a weekly basis. The person calling is rude and belligerent. He was told we are not interested and yet he still calls and berates my coworkers. He told someone here we owe a bill, but we never signed with this company and had never heard of them until these harassing phone calls began. Please remove us from your list.     This company calls our office multiple times a day insisting to our receptionist that they have spoken with me and that they do not want a my voicemail which is untrue. They have not spoken with me and have been informed we are not interested in their services. They leave rude voicemails demanding a call back TODAY. I have called and left messages requesting to be removed from the call list but they continue to call.

    Repeated phone calls. Extremely annoying. I wish they would stop.No means no.

    We have been being harassed by a telemarketing call by a company called NTherm. We asked them to remove ** from their list and this one particular caller, named ****** at ex **** called ** back. It is not o to harass a cold call.
